Monster Hunter Stories 3, Replaced & GamePass Updates

Hello everybody, and welcome to another episode of the Older Trolls gaming podcast. If you are new enjoining us, we are two brothers who talk about gaming. We may also talk tech TV and movies and other needy kirky stuff too. I can't get that. It's like a twister now. I don't think you have ever gotten it. We may also talk tech TV, movies and other nerdy geeky stuff too. But I'm nasty night. You just need to go slower. You need a little bit slower, a little bit more methodical, and I am taking easy JOHNO. Okay, okay, I myself a nice chocolate protein shake yogurt protein. Oh yeah, I have some in the fridge, just BioSteel ones I. I'm having trouble with this window. Oh that's because this big fucking thing. It's like my monitor is so big. My monitor is so big. How big is it? Well, it's so big that whenever I look on one side, it looks like I'm looking a complete different directions. So with the camera, like it's hard to like, you know, so it looks like I'm looking away from the camera a lot when I'm either looking at you or reading my notes. So it's hard to orientate the friggin stuff on my screen so that it's ideal for looking at the camera, which is there. Yep, So maybe thinking. I put you at the top off center a little bit. So now I'm looking at you, but now I'm looking at me. Now I'm looking at you. Yeah. Here, I'll try that. I'll try that too. This is me looking at you right now. How bad is that look on the camera? Okay? This is me looking at my notes. Okay, fine, okay, this is me looking at myself. I have to look away over there. Just fine. So spring is in the air. Finally, you know. The grubs are in my lawn. The grubs. We gotta skunk, skunk and raccoons digging up my front lawn. And it's the most disgusting thing in the world. So we're just gonna leave it because I'm not gonna do well. I'm gonna rake all the dead. Ship off, put some seed down. No, like I've tried. I've tried to grow lawn and I just can't do it. It's the one thing I can't do, the one thing, the one thing I can't do, and that's grow grass seed. I think it's because you're on your head. Sprinkle some grass seed on. I think I think it's because I you have to be watering that lawn like constantly and on such a riggid, rigid schedule that I always screw that up, and then I always just get lazy and stop watering my one. That's what happened. Sounds great, that sounds really cool. Man. What are you doing there? Nothing? All my stuff's done. I spent a lot of money last summer and now it's done and I'm not doing it ever again. That's it. It's nice to have a no lawn like you. Yeah, I have a lawn in the back. I actually have to plant some grass and maybe water it because they Branden and Chris just stomped the ship out of it and there's dirt everywhere from doing the fence. So well, well, well that's it. That's it. I got. We got a lot of game time, I think to cover here. I've got you do, but I missed I think you do. I don't have much to I've been playing the same freaking game. Yes, we have a game that we've knew, new game that we've been playing. Though, also, oh yeah, I suppose yes. And then we get into some gaming news or some stuff to talk about. Okay, let's do it. Let's get a transition going here. Well, welcome to game time. Yeah, ok, let's do it. Let's do it game time. Okay, Well, what do you want to start with your Monster Hunters? Monster Hunter Stories three? Okay, I completely forgot. I think I've gone like two episodes without even mentioning this game that I beat like a month and a bit ago before Crimson Desert came out. I beat it right or no, before I started playing Crimson Desert. And I'm forty hours forty two hours into Crimson Desert. So this was ages ago that I did this ages. I wanted to finish it before jumping into Crimson Desert. So I did it. It took me fifty five. Hours to beat this game, Monster Hunter Stories three, and I'll just kind of go through I guess each kind of maybe little category here, little categories graphics and performance ran and look really nice, snow issues with the performance. Visually, it does have that art style very much like Breath of the Wild Tears of the Kingdom, kind of like soft anime, you know, like love that. It's not cell shaded, it's not cell shaded, but it's kind of like a soft anime, you know, soft anime esque, lots of cool looking monster gear that you can craft with the different monster parts and stuff like that, so it looks cool, looks very nice. The environments are also cool. There's different biomes, different maps, different regions that are all all completely different and very cool. Very nice. The story was really good. It definitely kept me playing the main mission. I didn't actually really care too much about the side content, but they kind of forced you to do side content for multiple reasons, which I will tell you now. Now there's three basically reasons that that I think they forced you to do side content. I did like this one. It was fun, which is the the monster grinding and the like the habitat leveling, So you need to grind and level up. Catch your monsters, sorry, hatch your monsters. Find eggs. Hatch your monsters, and that increases their their rank in the area if you re release them. So, if you hatch monsters and you release them into the habitat, their rank goes up in the habitat and you're the wild habitat is into the into that region. Yeah, that area, that map, So if you release them, and the higher the rank of the monster you release, the more like XP you get towards it. Okay, so once you reach a certain rank, every egg you get for that monster in that region is going to be that cool if you get if you get all the monsters, you release a bunch of them and you get that monster to the rank S in the region. Every egg that you get from that monster from then on is going to be higher rank. It's going to be like S basically S S tier. So that was kind of fun and it's kind of addictive grinding. The releasing monsters going to get more eggs, see what it is. And then the higher monsters that hatch with a higher rank, they have special moves, egg moves or whatever that you can only get if they're a rank in the habitat is that. Is that level. So that's that's a whole set you can do that side part of the Yeah, like side part of the game. Now, this part I did not like. It was a giant pain in the ass. You're basically forced to the side quests to gain the currencies like these. The currency in the game, there's three currencies. There's a bronze coin, silver coins, and gold coins. Okay, you need them to buy moves, you buy items, whatever, and the only way to get the gold currency is by doing you get a little bit like from the main quest like storyline, I think, but the only way to get the gold other than that is by doing these higher ranking side missions, and they are not easy, like there, they take time to do. It's like a grind, and you need the gold currency for buying these specific items that you basically have to have to survive combat later on. Which I'll get into later. The third part is just general grinding. I just don't like general grinding to level up, because up just to level. Up because the story wasn't paced properly. Just because you're never you're not high enough at yeah, to do like the regional quest of the main like that was annoying because the combat wasn't amazing. Didn't love it. Didn't love it at. First first when I first started, it was a bit confusing, a bit complicated. There's a lot of stuff to to know about the combat, but even after learning everything, it just takes way too long to kill anything. Like monsters are just damaged sponges, even when they're like weren't even comparatively supposed to be as strong as you. They just it tick forever to kill them. Yeah, it just took forever and that was a pain in the ass. That's Liken's like Monster Hunters, like the Yeah Flagship games. It's ridiculous how much damage you have to do these freaking things to like kill the Yeah. And even if they don't do that much damage back to you, like, they just take forever. Now they The thing in this game is they do do a lot of damage back. But you get one shotted all the time. No matter what, you cannot avoid getting one shotted variously in this game. It happens all the time, even with like even if you're defense stacking or you're doing moves that give you extra defense, or you're using resistance gear, you'll always get one shot. You do not get a lot of HP, Like I was level seventy seven or something like that and I had like four hundred and twenty five HP, like it was nothing. The way they mitigate it is you basically have three hearts in combat. In each combat, so you can be reduced to zero HP twice before you fully die on the third last on the last heart, but you can regain your hearts in combat with this specific combat item called like the Vitality Essence or something like that, which you can randomly find in rare treasure chests or whatever quests, or you can buy it with the gold currency. Yes, of course, now you basically have to grind to find these things or buy them with the gold currency. So you have to grind for the gold currency to buy these things because you just need to stack them. All the time. For the boss fights. It's so annoying. It was the biggest gripe I have with the game, along with like that's part of the combat gripe. The by the boss fights are so annoying because I try, like for an hour to beat this fucking boss only to realize I just can't do it without more vitality essence. I have to go fucking get more, and you use it all going to get more, like grinding those hard. Quests so you get the gold. You spend the fucking vitality essence and the monster fights and the gold quest, like, it's so frustrating. I was so frustrated towards the end of the game, like ah, and like there's these little combat mini cut scenes. Cool that are cool for like the tag team moves. Oh yeah, they're cool at first, but then like how many times am I supposed to watch this? You can skip them? But I'm just like skip skip, Like these fights take so long already, Like skip this shit, let me skip it, Like, let me have an option, just like, don't even show me, just do the fucking move and give me the damage. Uh. So you can saying that you can have different like allies and teams that you can team up with, you have the different teammates, but I just usually just settled on the one guy, this old dude, because he gives like party buffs and all his attacks give like a buff of some kind, which you need, and I like, I found like he was the only one that I could really use that i'd get success just because he's buffing you all the time. And then I like he seems stronger than using any of the other allies, and like I found myself using the little guitar thing like the loot, which gives you buffs. It's like a bard. So we were both just buffing the shit out of each other. And that's how I that's how I played, because it seemed to be just the most powerful because the other guys were not really that good. Other than like, that's all I really have to say. I mean, it's a good game. I would give it maybe a eighty maybe a seventy nine, which is lower, a bit lower than it's open critics score of I think it is around eighty five. Just the grinding, the general grindiness of the combat and the grinding of those vitality es and so that really pissed me off. Yeah, this is it like friction. We go back to friction. Right, If you're going to be playing a game and the one mechanic of the game, you're going to be doing a lot, you have to make it less of a chore, you know what I mean, or find different ways to make it less of a chure. And like if they're just the same thing over and over again and the fights are so long, like that can just take the wind out of your sales and don't want to finish anything. Yeah, it was a grind for sure, And like it took me so long to beat the last boss of just like and there's like different phases that take fucking forever, and then you get to the third phase and you die and you have to start over again, and it's just like, here's another fucking half an hour just to get back to where I the third phase. Like I always dread last boss fights. I hate it. I always dread them. It's like, oh, okay, like I've played the whole game. I was like, don't make the last boss like easy, but don't make him such a wall where I'm going to be stuck on him for as long as I was playing the game for you know what I mean. Like that's what happened to Neo three. I didn't even finish Neo three because I can't beat the last boss and I'm not going to grind because I don't want to grind, so like I just left. Oh wow, damn. Huh mm hmmm. Yeah, it's annoying. It's definitely annoying, But yeah, give it around seventy nine to eighty. There's any games that I want to get on discount, but like even though I get it on discount, I still have to have the time to play them, you know what I mean. It's crazy. There's yah. We didn't think twenty twenty six was going to be such a the gaming year, you know, and what happened here We go, it's true, six games I want to play. And then like there's three games that say that are coming out that say twenty twenty six, but they don't have a release date yet that I want to play as well, Like it's It's crazy Marshell two Lord of the Fallen two. Oh yeah, Marshell. Those are the same game, So you can choose that one, you cause one. You could just PLoP them in together. You just mix them together. They look they look the same. Yeah. I started playing Slay the Spire too. I was grinding Slay the Spire one for a while. I was, and I was like, why not just want to just get the second one because I heard it was basic. Man, I was watching the I was watching a Steam video on the store for the Crawlers. Yeah, well it looks pretty cool. I might. Actually, it's only like thirteen bucks or something. Yeah, it's cheap. I got. I picked that up my Fantasy critic. It didn't do as well as I had hoped. It got like eighty two. I think it's overwhelmingly positive on Steam, like everyone loved it. Yeah yeah, but the critics didn't love it that much. I guess, you know, bitches be it just but I like Slay the Spire too. It's good. It's it's harder in the first one, definitely harder. The damaged output on the monsters is just way more. We can get into Replaced if you want. Yes, sure, speaking of games that didn't do as well as I would hope on the old Fantasy Critic Replaced. Yeah, it's at like a seventy nine right now or seventy eight, which is not good on the eight points. We have a little bit of differing views about this game. Where do you want to start? I don't know. I can talk about everything, talk about each thing. I mean, I like it. I like the game. I don't mind it. I don't mind it at all. It's been slow, but it's a deliberate thing. It's a deliberate slowness, and I just don't like it. So it's uh, obviously the game looks unbelievable. I absolutely love the aesthetic and the two D three D thing that's beautiful. The lights, the HDR beautiful. Yeah, the art direction is very cool, heavy bombiyond and the somberness. Yeah. And I was like, am I missing the music? Like is there any music playing? There's no music playing? When you were just like riding the levels. It's just sound, you know, sounds sick and the sound design is so good and it's just like the puddles splashing under your feet and like the rain. Keyboards, keyboards, typing, like they definitely use some like nice mechanical key keys and mechanical switches. That are very like thalcky oh man. I love it, like really satisfying, satisfying. And just like the like the they nailed the arm beyance. They nailed all that sound, like the rain pouring on the leaves and the tin like the spatter on the it's unbelievab. Yeah, you want to play with headphones? Yes, it's a headphone game, definitely, much like much like Citizen. Sleeper, much like that. Okay, yes, definitely headphone game for sure. And the story. I'm enjoying the story. I'm pretty far. I think I'm almost done. I think, yeah, I like the story. It's a decent amount of world building too, in such a small like a short game. If you kind of read all the scans and the x stuff, Yeah, it does paint a pretty good picture of the backstory of like the Phoenix Company and the city and the outskirts like there's small little stories that you find. Oh, pretty cool. Can we sum up Phoenix City? So I think I've got it right, So tell me about Phoenix City. Do you know about Phoenix City? Phoenix City? Well, I guess there was a nuclear disaster and this company called the Phoenix Company started this city, this settlement, and they started researching on It's mostly based on health research and like biological research to improve people's health, yeah, or the rich people or something. Yeah. Basically, yeah, it basically plays it out and it paints the picture where they made themselves seem like the good guys are trying to save Yeah, they're trying to save everyone. They want everyone to be healthy, and so they're they're researching into biology and and longevity, and they're they're committing they're committing their funds or whatever and their research towards that. There is a large portion of the population obviously that is kind of being left behind. And then I guess it seems like they're being harvested for organs and shit and like experiments. So there's this dark side of it. And that's what the reach, like the AI thing was was built for, was to find these people that were compatible like their organs were not compatible with whoever's in the city or the powerful people, so that they go out they snag these people yea harvest, and then dump them back outside the city gates. Yeah. Man, it's so fucked up. Yeah yeah, So that's pretty the story. And then you at the beginning are dumped outside the city gates and you have to like and you see these people outside and you you live with them, and you you learn their stories. And as rich as the AI. Trapped in the science trapped in the scientist's body, but you're the AI learning about all this, and I'm guessing he's kind of going to become like softer and because he's lived with them and he's met these people, you know what I mean. So that's what I assume is going to happen later. I'm not done. I'm about six hours in. Oh what did what did you do? Last? I just beat a boss of some kind, the commissioner, the cop guy with the Yeah, I just beat him. So did you do what I told you to do? I don't know. I just in that fight. That fight pissed me off because it's so slow. In that fight I fight, I'm beating all the guys at the beginning, and then the commissioner comes in and I beat the commissioner and then I use my power up on my pistol to shoot multiple times and I shoot the generator. Then the generator's life goes down. Okay, and then more guys pile in. I have to beat those guys, and then the commissioner comes in again. It's rinse, repeat, And I was like by the time I got to the commissioner's second the second commissioner, I was like, half heart left, no fucking potions or anything. I'm like, man, are you playing I got a question for you. Where are you playing this? Are you playing this on your couch with moonlight screening? Because I tried, and it's impossible, Like you can't. I did a few times, and I was like, yeah, this is terrible. It's no you need the leg. You cannot. You cannot have the leg like the input leg. Yeah, like especially for this and even though it's slow, like you have to like nail those those counter attacks. Yeah, and sometimes man, like the people, like the enemies in the back layer of the screen, I can't differentiate if they're in the fight or not. I don't know. I was like these are a lot of guys, like and like they would come in because I'd kill a couple couple guys, and then the background guys would come into the into the foreground and fight me. Yeah, and like sometimes it was all at once, like two guys shooting at me, one guy's running at me, one guy's like throwing at a. Space for yourself. You have to create space, like you can't be near too many guys at once because. I try to get it all the way over to the one side of the screen and kind of push everyone else to the one side of the screen, and I just try to I try to reorganize myself back, so I'll go in, I'll punch, kick, and then I'll try to get back to that side of the screen because it separates me. That's another thing, separates me from the enemies. Like it's all brown and black and dark, and I can't really when everything's going on, like, oh, I gotta dodge this, I gotta carry this guy, I gotta I can't differentiate myself from many of the enemies. Sometimes combat I can't stand the fucking combat in this game. I fucking hate it. I don't know, really, I think you can't. I think it's because you can't interrupt yourself with another move if you've already committed to one. So it commits the many animation. Animation it commits so long, so it does feel a bit delayed, their laggy, but you have to keep that in mind and play it slower and more deliberate. Ah, then you would like spamming buttons, like you can't do that. It's just that's all it is. Like really, I mean it's slowly. Yes. I don't really have that big of an issue with it though, And I'm playing on hard mode. Like I'm playing in hard difficulty. You can't even change it. You can't even change it once you start your game. I don't know. I didn't try. So I go into the settings and it's grayed out. I'm like, okay, maybe I have to go back to the main menu. Go back to the main menu, and there's not even a selection for difficulty. So I don't know. Anyway, after the commissioner, I was like, what the fuck? So I was like, okay, what if I save my unpower up for all like the second wave of guys. Then you can't hit the generator shoot goal. Yeah, So I went I beat the commissioner, and I went over to the generator started smacking it. Yeah, melee, and yeah it takes a while. Yes, there's a little red circle in front of the generator. I guess that indicates you can stand there and smack it. I guess. I think I did that a couple of times. I was smacking it and it went like halfway down, like the first part of itself, and then some freaking cinematic play to cut see, and then I was done the game. I was done the fight. I was like, what was I supposed to do that this whole time? Yeah, so I don't know if it was a bug, and they're like, I skipped the fight, but thank god. Thank god. I don't know, man, I like it. I think it's cool. I think it's a cool vibe. The only it's the only thing I don't like about is how slow the combat is. It's just like the animations and like the dodging, and like whenever I do parry, I'm in this big Perry animation and guys still winding up, ready to shoot me right outside or ready to run at me, and. I'm kind of pause though sometimes like it'll pause their attack until the animation is done, and then you know it's coming at least so you're like, Okay, that guy's gonna shoot me, so I have to dodge the or counter it with the fire pistol, with the whatever like shoot back. It would be cool if they're like if there was an option in the menu that was like speed up combat by one five times. Oh, maybe there's a mod. Check your mod list, bud, ah, maybe your fucking mod list, bud. Let's go see. That's a good Let's see are there any freaking police mods? Check the community hub. Oh damn, there's a photo mode mod. That's cool. There's got to be some CRT monitor mod. It already looks like it's on a CRT monitor photo mode. No hud no, No, no speed mod. It'd be sick totally. Maybe there's like a maybe there's one on Are you looking on your mod site? Yeah? Are you looking on the community workshop thing? No? On the Vortex site. Maybe soon. The level design is amazing, it's so good. I love climbing, climbing around and ship it's very cool. But the one thing I will say, yes, it doesn't it doesn't really give you a good indication of there you can grab onto. There's no journal. There's no quest journal also which it's in your path. Oh I didn't. Even Yeah, you go your pad and it's down as like objectives or something in your pad. Ah shit, yeah, well fuck but it's like, oh riis has to do this. You're like okay, but it doesn't like. Yeah, it doesn't tell you where to go or and for the climbing and the parkouring and whatever. It doesn't really highlight places that you can climb very well. I mean it does do it, but they kind of blend in with the with the esthetic, with the background. Because there was one part where I was trying to jump across that stadia know what to grab, yeah, but I didn't know you could go the other way and there was a ledge that you can grab to climb up above. You're supposed to jump from higher up across the thing, and I was trying to do it from where I'm like, how are you supposed to? I was like same, there's no I cannot just I. Had to look it up. I had to look it up and it said, oh, you go to the left and climb the box. I'm like what And. I go and there's a little ledge like it's not just to the left, it's like two screens over. Yeah, it's over. It's like over the next screen over. Man. Yeah. That that that drove me crazy, and because I was like, there was another spot where you've got your pickaxe right. Some of the pickax spots I cannot even see. Yeah, And there was a lot of times where I was like what am I doing here? And I had to like pump up my gamma or whatever just to see the little cracks in the cement that I had to. Do you pick out like LUTs on or some shit reading. I was like, oh my god, so then I saw it was a clock hit the There's a lot of frustrations in some of the platforming. Especially there was some spots where like the I said, I sent you a video where there was like steam. There's like fire and then steam coming out of the walls and you have to like wait for it to die down and then cross over it. You have to wait an extra like second or two after the steam is gone for you to go over it. Because I was have a video, I have fucking proof, Okay, steam is gone. I remember that part over and I just dropped. I was like, well, I had where I got shot by the thing over again, when got shot by a drone, when I was definitely oh yeah. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. I was like I was behind them wall that's I think that spend all the time, I was like what the I was like, no, no, fucking. I'm liking it. It's a it's a cool. Game to well, you know, maybe smoke a little grass, get a little get a little vibe on. And you play and it's. Like, oh yeah, you get but like it happens where it's like after the frustrations I have, I get on this really cool sequence or really cool new level or new mechanic, Like there's a hacking mechanic that comes next for you. Did you get that point? No, okay, that is super cool. And I was like, oh man, that's sick. And then I kind of forget about my frustrations and it's like I'm back and forth with it. But like overall, like I like the game, but man, there's sometimes I wanted to chuck my controller. Well, and then whenever real issue. Whenever combat, I was like, I see I'm about to jump into like a combat arena. I'm like, I don't want to do this. Can I just skip that. The combat is the best part, is my favorite part of the game, Like I want to fight guys, like I'm my least. But like when you're when. You're just it's in between the combat, it's like you're just walking and kind of jumping around. This is when I'm like, Okay, let me get to some combat here, let me beat some guys up. I like it. And then you pick up the songs, like the music only plays like whenever, it's like in the combat or in between the cut scenes or something like that. But when the music does play, or if you're listening to the music on your pad man, you're just sitting there. Yeah, Like I sat there for a couple of times, a couple of times listen to a fulls like song. But you have to like sit in the menu of your path to listen to music. It's like like having an old iPod, no sitting on the couch listen. But I think I'm done. I'm like, I'm pretty sure I'm like an hour left because I got to like I got to the lab okay and all that stuff. So unless they decide to throw me a loop and have to make me go somewhere else, which I won't be very happy about. But nice. Well, then I release my review, were playing some more, I'll be playing some more that soon and then i'll I guess I want to finish it and then just play Crimson Desert for a shit ton of hours to get to get ready for our next episode, which we will probably do about Crimson Desert. And no one will be No one will have beat it, so no, probably it's impossible. It's an impossible game to beat. It's impossible. I'mbout eighty hours and I haven't even got into like I've got into the second area. There's three areas. I've got into the second area. Just mean there's only three areas. There's gotta be more than three areas. Three Like there's a her nand or no, what's it called her nand dimiss the themiscus or something, and then there's a third like a third map. There's a Crimson Desert. Yeah, that's uh, that's part of. The third part of the third All right, Well, hopefully we'll get some time in that. But I don't think there's anything coming out. Uh, hold on, I think Double O seven is coming out this month, right, Double O seven First Light May may yes, is it may not? May Hernandy, there's Hernando the missis and whatever the thing. And then the third place is even it's as big as the first two places. The first two like, what the fuck, my god, it's huge. You gotta find that dragon. I think I know where the dragons are to find them and ride them. They're like in the bottom right corner of the demesis diminisis diminissus. It's like area you maybe have to clear and you can get maybe a dragon to ride, maybe possibly. And then there's dragon battles and all that. Because if you can ride a dragon with infinite staminay fly it around, you can go anywhere you want to be, way faster to traverse. Is it infinite? Dama? Did you read that somewhere? Well? I remember seeing the videos and there's a stamina bar that just doesn't move on it, So I think, so it's a mount, it's. A flying mount. So we'll try to do that. I'll try to maybe try to find that straight to it. Yeah, good luck. Yeah, anyway, that's all we got for game time. We got some gaming news, yes, gettings, we got some gaming news. We've heard rumors of of all sorts of shit coming down the pipe ship pipe. Yes, there are rumors, but some of them were kind of confirmed by what's her name, ash Sharma? Shawarma? What's her name as Shah Sharma. So Sharma, Yes it is. Her last name is Sharma, Asha Sharma. I always think Shawma. Oh okay, ye Ash Shawarma, delicious. Maybe I'll have Oh I'm gonna have a nice smoked ribby tonight. Oh diam I got a I got one in the rubbing in the fridge, just dry brining. So game pass price reduction thirty dollars US two twenty three dollars US, even though what a year ago it was nineteen dollars US. The patient presents as a young male who destroyed his partner's property, surveilled her social activities, competed for her attention during a family medical crisis, and then publicly misrepresented the incident online while genuinely believing he was the wronged party. Narcissistic features grandiosity disguised as reasonableness. He generally writes like a man making a board presentation. I decided to step in. I figured he appointed himself the excident, the man. There's too many big words for me here anyway, So he appointed himself the executive decision maker of her leisure time, without a flicker of self awareness that this was wildly inappropriate entitlement to her attention and resources, lack of object permanence for other people's inner lives. The public post itself is telling, Yeah, I mean, I was just to say that the fact that he thought he was justified enough to write a post, make this post, it's crazy. It's crazy, crazy, like you are fucking insane guy, Like crazy, Like that's crazy. To think that everyone else would kind of like understand that he's doing her a favor or something. That's his narcissistic yeah tendencies, Like he just thinks, he just believes that he is, like he's right, Like he's obviously insane. This guy's fucking insane. Wow. Okay, so likely diagnostic impressions again, not real diagnostic, but the behavior primary strong narcissistic traits possible coursive control disorder patterns. Oh yeah, increasingly recognized clinically. Uh contributing anxious attachments express through controlling behavior rather than vulnerability. He can't tolerate the anxiety of not being needed, so he engineers situations where she has to need him. Uh M interesting. Interesting a prognosis without intervention. Poor people with this profile rarely seek help because they rarely believe they need it. Is reddit post, written as genuine am I wrong, suggests he has almost no insight into the severity of his behavior. This guy's completely clueless, completely insane, out of touch clueless. This guy be a politician. This guy's a politician. Yeah, oh, you don't watch that. Maybe he's not a jock, he's just a politician. He's maybe running for governor or thinking he's twenty years old. Yeah, but you gotta go to school for that shit, and like you don't, no, you do not. Yeah, but those ivy leaguers, you know, those rich kids who like go to school and like they wait whatever, you know. Yeah, final clinical notes. The most revealing sentence in his entire post is this one. Maybe now she can focus on more adult interests like loved ones. What does that even mean. He didn't say, like, loved ones are not an adult interest. That is not that doesn't make any sense. It's not like a hobby. My hobby is loving you, loving my family and my friend. I know, what does that? Are you fucking dumb? He didn't say it like us or like our relationship. He said loved one singular direction him loved one. He said loved one his lover loved or loved one. That one word tells you everything about how he understood this, the whole relationship, not as a partner, but as a service she owed him. There you go, Claude's clinical diagnosis. I'm gonna save this uh Claude project, I guess to make him into one of these fake psychological. Would feed the project a bunch of like textbooks about like psychology, psycheatric evaluation. Yeah, like studies. We'll make a shrink. We'll make a shrink. Yeah, we'll make an AI shrink. Oh my god, Okay, Uh definitely the asshole, probably the biggest asshole I've never seen. I've never seen a more definitive asshole. Yeah on an am I the asshole post not once ever. This guy is a psychopath and he needs help yeah, he needs clinical help. I think.
