[00:00:00] Have you experienced the awesome power of the Panasonic Real 3DO System? Obviously.

[00:00:06] Presenting 3DO, the most advanced home gaming system in the universe. It's time to put away your toys.

[00:00:17] 3DO from Panasonic, Gold Star and Creative Labs. Anuril Pais and 3D.

[00:00:22] The graphics of Panasonic Real 3DO. 3DO.

[00:00:37] Hello everybody and welcome back to the 3DO Experience, the 3DO Retrospective Podcast, where we talk about all things 3DO, the 3DO Company and everything in between.

[00:00:45] Although we're probably not gonna be talking much 3DO today. I am Bill and this is Thrak. How you doing, Thrak?

[00:00:50] Ho ho ho and a jolly Kwanzaa to you, Bill. I am doing fantastic. How are you?

[00:00:56] I am doing well. It's been a... I have been on vacation for about half a week now. It's getting...

[00:01:06] I am still like... my sleep schedule is so messed up from like working night shift that like I am all over the place. But it's been relaxing to say the least.

[00:01:14] That's good. That's good. Yeah, I've been off work the last couple days, but it's been busy around here.

[00:01:21] So like this week is, you know, it's still gonna be kind of busy. So basically I won't get like a real nice break until Sunday.

[00:01:29] Yeah.

[00:01:29] Because then like Sunday through Wednesday, basically like the final couple days of the year and then into the first will be like my proper like...

[00:01:35] Okay, like I'll have to do shit for like a handful of days and it's gonna be fantastic.

[00:01:41] But yeah. But yeah. But it's been chill, you know, you know, holidays weren't too bad.

[00:01:49] Got a couple neat gifts. Nothing, nothing terrible happened. Like nothing blew up. It didn't turn the lampoon. So yeah.

[00:01:59] Yeah. I just got back. I did my, uh, my our annual drive to our parents house two hours there, two hours back.

[00:02:07] Um, it was fun. Saw the family at the hangout. We watch Christmas vacation like we always do.

[00:02:13] Um, shared gifts, ate a lot of food and then I went home and fell asleep.

[00:02:19] Actually, actually I went home last night and I chatted with Tony in a Danny server for like four hours last night.

[00:02:26] Just shoot. Yeah. Yeah. I saw you guys are sitting in there. I just didn't feel like hopping in.

[00:02:31] Hmm. So yeah, it was relaxing because I was so hyped up on caffeine. I could not sleep.

[00:02:38] You needed something. So yeah, yeah. Another Christmas in the bag, you know, nothing, nothing too crazy.

[00:02:48] So like, like, I'm glad I'm, I'm past that point where it's like, I'm not like upset. I didn't get what I wanted anymore. You know?

[00:02:56] Cause I think we all kind of go through that phase when we're younger. And so I'm at that point where I'm like, any gift I get it's it's I appreciate it. Doesn't matter what it is.

[00:03:05] You know, like, like all, like all these fucks, like you fucking Aaron, Tony, then and fucking jelly, like all bought me shit, you know, bought me fucking games. I mean, thank you all. It was very nice. But now it's like at first I already had too much to play.

[00:03:21] Now I have too much more to play now. And I got to fucking prioritize all these. So it's, it's, it's, I got quite a bit, man. I got, I got like Bellatro, Cyberpunk, Phantom Liberty, Alan Wake 2, Disgaea, fucking shape-shifting. I made a list of it somewhere, but it's like, I think it's like, I almost got like a dozen games now. Like, thanks, assholes. Yeah, I got, I got a few. I mean that lovingly.

[00:03:50] You know. Yeah, because I got a few from Aaron and Tony as well.

[00:03:54] I got you a couple.

[00:03:56] True, true. Yep. You did at, oh yeah, when we were playing Bomberman.

[00:04:00] Yeah.

[00:04:01] We were just all gifting each other.

[00:04:02] Basically what I did is I went to everybody's wish list and found like the cheapest shit and just got you a couple of those.

[00:04:07] Yeah.

[00:04:09] So, except Jelly, I bought her, what did I buy her? I bought her Penny's Big Breakaway.

[00:04:16] Because I was telling her to play it and it's very like Sonic-like.

[00:04:19] So, now she has a reason. Then she bought me Pizza Tower.

[00:04:22] So.

[00:04:22] Nice.

[00:04:23] Yeah.

[00:04:24] Yeah, Tony got me a Pac-Man World remake, which was nice.

[00:04:29] Oh, nice. That is, that is a very solid game.

[00:04:33] I've played it on Switch. I've never played the PC version though, so I'm curious to check that out.

[00:04:37] My guess is it'll run better.

[00:04:40] Probably.

[00:04:41] And then Aaron got me Rono Trigger and a, or set of Corsa, which is a racing game.

[00:04:49] Oh, cool, cool.

[00:04:51] So, that'd be fun to mess around with.

[00:04:52] Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

[00:04:53] And I also discovered on Steam that my email was linked to an older Steam account I had from like 10 years ago that I hadn't touched since, I think the last time I touched it was like 2017 or something like that.

[00:05:06] So, I was like, can I merge these together?

[00:05:09] And they were like, no, but you can do this like family share thing where you just put yourself on like a family thing so you can share games.

[00:05:16] So, I was like, oh, bet.

[00:05:17] So, I went ahead and did that.

[00:05:19] So, now like I actually have like a Steam library.

[00:05:22] I have like 84 fucking Steam games now.

[00:05:24] That's not bad.

[00:05:25] Well, 83.

[00:05:27] One of them in here is an Epic Games launcher because I put the Epic Games launcher in there because I was trying to get a game to run and it wouldn't do any controller support.

[00:05:37] But I guess there's a way to circumnavigate it where if you do like Steam input and then launch Epic through that, it'll read like the Steam input.

[00:05:44] So, that's how I got controller support, which is really annoying.

[00:05:48] But, you know, it is what it is.

[00:05:50] But, yeah, but now I can play Brothers A Tale of Two Sons again because I bought that forever ago.

[00:05:55] And apparently I got all the achievements.

[00:05:58] I have no memory of this game other than like, oh, yeah, I did play that.

[00:06:02] Nice.

[00:06:03] I think it got a remake, didn't it?

[00:06:05] I believe it did because I have that on the PS3 still in my PS3 hard drive.

[00:06:12] Okay.

[00:06:13] So, it's fun to see.

[00:06:15] Yeah.

[00:06:15] And then I saw I have like, I bought like Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 1 and Call of Duty United Offensive.

[00:06:21] And I'm like, I actually played through all those games on like a shittier laptop.

[00:06:25] Cool.

[00:06:27] But, you know, and for some reason I have a game called Hell Yeah.

[00:06:30] I don't know if you've ever heard of this game.

[00:06:32] No.

[00:06:34] It's literally a game just called Hell Yeah.

[00:06:36] And it's like a 2D platformer thing.

[00:06:38] I have no idea why I own this game, but I do.

[00:06:42] Steam sale.

[00:06:43] The only answer is always Steam sale.

[00:06:45] I mean, I guess.

[00:06:47] But, like, I have no memory of buying it.

[00:06:49] So, it is what it is.

[00:06:51] But, oh, yeah.

[00:06:52] And I have Jet Set Radio on here because I bought that on Steam forever ago.

[00:06:56] Oh, yeah.

[00:06:56] During Sega's like very brief, like, look, we care about the Dreamcast.

[00:07:00] And then they just stop caring about the Dreamcast.

[00:07:03] Yeah.

[00:07:03] Yeah.

[00:07:03] So, I still have it, even though it got delisted recently.

[00:07:08] I still have it.

[00:07:10] So, and speaking of Sega delisting stuff, there's not a lot of, like, new stuff.

[00:07:17] But there was something I saw relating to Sega that I thought was interesting.

[00:07:22] Well, the first one was they're not planning to do any more of those, like, retro mini consoles.

[00:07:27] Which is weird because I think it was, like, a year ago they were asking people if they wanted, like, do you still want more of these?

[00:07:33] And now they're like, no, no more, no more.

[00:07:37] Honestly, I think it's fine.

[00:07:39] Like, the retro mini consoles are cool.

[00:07:41] But, like, how many people actually, like, use them?

[00:07:46] You know what I mean?

[00:07:46] Mine might have been living on a shelf for, like, since I moved into my house.

[00:07:52] Yeah.

[00:07:52] Like, my Genesis mini is, like, down there.

[00:07:54] It's basically just, like, a display piece.

[00:07:56] Like, I remember I hooked it up, messed around with it.

[00:08:00] I probably beat Sonic 1 or 2 on it.

[00:08:02] And then I bootlegged it, added a bunch of games to it, and just went, oh, this is cool.

[00:08:06] And then I unplugged it and just kind of went back to doing whatever.

[00:08:10] You know?

[00:08:10] Like, they're all cool.

[00:08:12] But I think people would just prefer, like, a collection of those on, like, whatever.

[00:08:18] Like, PC or console or, you know what I mean?

[00:08:22] But, like, as much as I would love, like, a mini Saturn, just because I'd be curious to what games they would throw in that thing.

[00:08:28] Or even Dreamcast.

[00:08:29] Like, I'd be curious to what games they think would fit for, like, a mini console for either one of them.

[00:08:36] But we'll never know.

[00:08:38] You know?

[00:08:39] And they did that Genesis mini 2.

[00:08:41] But not many people bought that, I think.

[00:08:43] They were trying to be like, oh, it has, like, Lunar.

[00:08:46] I think it had Lunar on it.

[00:08:48] I believe only the Japanese version had Lunar, which pissed a lot of people off.

[00:08:52] And I think, actually, I think people boycotted it because of that.

[00:08:55] Okay.

[00:08:56] Well, because they were throwing Sega CD stuff in there, which was cute.

[00:08:58] But, you know, whatever.

[00:09:01] Well, actually, I remember now.

[00:09:02] The reason why it didn't have Japanese version had Lunar, the American version did not because working designs.

[00:09:07] The guy who, I think Victor Ireland, like, put the kibosh on it because he still technically owns the rights to it.

[00:09:15] Which is part of the reason why it's taken so long for the Lunar remasters to come out.

[00:09:19] Yeah.

[00:09:20] Isn't he a bit of a dick?

[00:09:23] I have.

[00:09:26] I don't know, to be honest.

[00:09:28] Like, so shameless plug here.

[00:09:32] But Retro Hangover podcast did an interview with him recently.

[00:09:36] Like, that's really interesting.

[00:09:37] He comes off as a dick, but also he's kind of interesting.

[00:09:40] And that's why I'm kind of like, I don't know.

[00:09:42] He's a character.

[00:09:44] That's, like, the best way I'll put it.

[00:09:46] Yeah, fair enough.

[00:09:47] But we are getting that Lunar remastered collection.

[00:09:50] So, you know, we'll see if that's worth your time or not.

[00:09:54] I mean, hey, if it's a version of Lunar 2 that you don't have to break the bank to get.

[00:10:01] I mean, that's fair enough.

[00:10:01] Or sail the seven seas.

[00:10:04] Yeah.

[00:10:05] True.

[00:10:06] It is what it is, man.

[00:10:08] Maybe he wised up and was like, hey, let's see if we can actually get some money off of these things, you know?

[00:10:13] Well, apparently it's...

[00:10:13] Might as well.

[00:10:14] They're not the working designs versions, which...

[00:10:17] I mean, to be fair, those translations have not aged well.

[00:10:22] I love them, but they have not aged well at all.

[00:10:25] Yeah, that's...

[00:10:26] Time period, I get it.

[00:10:27] I get it.

[00:10:28] Oh, yeah.

[00:10:30] Speaking of old RPGs, though, I did recently get...

[00:10:33] I got a Nintendo store card.

[00:10:37] And I finally bought a Fantasian...

[00:10:41] Whatever the subtitle is.

[00:10:43] Oh, Neo Dimension.

[00:10:45] Neo Dimension.

[00:10:46] I completely forgot about that because so much stuff was happening.

[00:10:49] Yeah, I saw it on the...

[00:10:51] I forgot it was coming out.

[00:10:51] I think it reviewed okay.

[00:10:54] Yeah, it did.

[00:10:55] I mean, the biggest complaint people had was it looks like a mobile phone game, which it is.

[00:11:00] Yeah.

[00:11:01] Yeah.

[00:11:01] Yeah.

[00:11:02] It's fair enough.

[00:11:03] Oh, I was like, okay, so the biggest complaint is that it's exactly what it is.

[00:11:07] Okay.

[00:11:08] Did they add some content in there to kind of, like, merge the two, like, more effectively?

[00:11:16] I think so.

[00:11:17] I haven't really played much of it yet.

[00:11:19] I just got it downloaded last night.

[00:11:21] Yeah, it's Metacritic is an 80, and the user score is an 8.2, which is...

[00:11:25] That sounds about right.

[00:11:27] Yeah.

[00:11:28] So, I'll get it at some point.

[00:11:30] You know, I got so many games.

[00:11:31] But I was bringing up Sega because there was another thing related to the mini console thing.

[00:11:36] Right.

[00:11:37] Which, apparently, this is from VGC, my go-to.

[00:11:42] Sega says it's weighing up launching its own gaming subscription service.

[00:11:48] So, I guess the idea is Sega is probably looking at, like, Game Pass, EA Play, Ubisoft Plus, and I think Rockstar has one, don't they?

[00:11:57] Yeah.

[00:11:58] Like, Rockstar or whatever.

[00:11:58] Basically, they're seeing if...

[00:12:01] And even Nintendo, technically, with NSO.

[00:12:05] I guess they're looking into seeing if they could do that themselves.

[00:12:10] It's weird, because, like, I've been thinking about it, and I listened to Gertzman's take on it as well.

[00:12:15] And I don't know how you would do this.

[00:12:22] You know what I mean?

[00:12:23] Like, it's weird that, like, EA and Ubisoft did it.

[00:12:27] I mean, I don't know who really uses it.

[00:12:29] I mean, I have EA Play through Game Pass.

[00:12:31] Otherwise, I wouldn't have EA Play.

[00:12:33] And Ubisoft...

[00:12:34] The same way with Ubisoft.

[00:12:36] Like, I don't have it because I really don't think it's worth my time.

[00:12:39] Especially when Ubisoft games go on sale so much anyways.

[00:12:44] And there's, like, maybe a handful of them I actually care about.

[00:12:47] You know?

[00:12:47] Like, say, like, a new Assassin's Creed.

[00:12:48] Or if they do, like, a Rayman game or something like that.

[00:12:51] Outside of that, I don't care.

[00:12:53] Like, but Sega...

[00:12:53] I fucking love Sega, as you guys can see by my Sonic shirt.

[00:12:56] So, it's like, I'm intrigued by it.

[00:12:59] But I think it comes down to, like, where is it going to be?

[00:13:03] How much is it going to cost?

[00:13:05] And what the hell is going to be on it?

[00:13:06] Because it's a case of if they're just doing it for their retro stuff.

[00:13:11] If it's like, hey, here's, like, all of our stuff from, like, the Master System to the Dreamcast.

[00:13:16] It's all here.

[00:13:17] And you'll pay, like, maybe $10 a month for, like, a wide variety of stuff that's just, like, right there.

[00:13:24] You know?

[00:13:24] And maybe they add stuff later or whatever.

[00:13:26] But, you know, maybe.

[00:13:28] Sure, I guess.

[00:13:29] You know?

[00:13:30] Like, if this is how we get, like, Saturn games on modern consoles, you know, I'd be fine with that.

[00:13:38] Because if it was just, like, say, their new stuff, right?

[00:13:42] Because the CEO of Sega did the whole, like, we're not a retro company.

[00:13:45] We're focusing on the new shit, pal.

[00:13:47] So, it's like, if it's just the new stuff, it's like paying a subscription for, like, Sonic, Yakuza, Persona, Total War.

[00:13:58] Like, it doesn't sound that bad.

[00:14:01] But how many people would sign up for that?

[00:14:04] And it would probably be really expensive.

[00:14:06] You know what I mean?

[00:14:08] Yeah.

[00:14:08] Especially if, like, I mean, you're never going to get away from, like, the diehard physical collectors who are going to buy all the games physically.

[00:14:16] No matter what.

[00:14:17] Yeah.

[00:14:17] But I can see maybe, like, some diehard Sega fans being interested.

[00:14:24] Yeah.

[00:14:24] I mean, I am a diehard Sega fan.

[00:14:27] Again, I think it just depends on how they want to do it.

[00:14:33] Because if they're, because I think Sega, they're at a point now where they realize they have, like, a pretty solid, like, fan base of people.

[00:14:43] Right?

[00:14:44] Like, the Sonic fan base is pretty solid.

[00:14:46] I mean, you could argue the Sonic IP is, like, bigger and better than it's ever been.

[00:14:51] Because the movies have been doing really well.

[00:14:53] And the last couple game releases were pretty solid.

[00:14:55] So, like, Sonic seems to be in a nice healthy spot right now.

[00:14:59] Like, Like a Dragon is blowing up.

[00:15:02] You know?

[00:15:02] Like, it feels like every year, every new game, it just keeps getting more and more fans.

[00:15:06] You know?

[00:15:07] Like, it converted me.

[00:15:08] Right?

[00:15:09] And it's converting more and more people.

[00:15:11] And then you have, you know, Atlas.

[00:15:13] Good old RPG reliable with, you know, Persona, SMT.

[00:15:17] Metaphor did really well.

[00:15:19] And I wouldn't be surprised if this year, if next year in 25, we get the unveiling of Persona 6.

[00:15:25] And that's going to be a big fucking deal.

[00:15:27] Right?

[00:15:28] The creator of Metaphor also just came out saying that this could potentially be a series.

[00:15:34] I had a feeling Metaphor would be, like, a new series for them.

[00:15:38] So, like, you know, they have Atlas there, you know, being reliable.

[00:15:42] And then, you know, the Like a Dragon studio is like, oh, we're doing a new Virtua Fighter.

[00:15:46] And we're going to make a new IP as well.

[00:15:47] So, Sega is in this, like, real good spot with, like, all the new stuff.

[00:15:52] Right?

[00:15:52] Like, if they're going to hang on, like, Sonic, Like a Dragon, and then Atlas, like, for the new stuff, they'll be good for a while.

[00:16:00] But even though it's like they don't want to be a retro company, I understand that.

[00:16:05] But they have such, like, that wealth of IPs that we all know and love that we associate Sega with.

[00:16:10] Like, people don't associate Sega with Persona.

[00:16:14] Like, not really.

[00:16:16] Like, it's maybe starting to get there a little bit more.

[00:16:19] Because, like, when we see that stuff, there's the Sega logo on it.

[00:16:22] Well, that's why they don't put the logo directly on the front of the cases.

[00:16:25] It's on the back in, like, this little tiny spot.

[00:16:27] I feel like they should just put it on there.

[00:16:30] Or at least, like, put Sega and Atlas on there.

[00:16:31] But it's not that big a deal.

[00:16:33] Sega's getting the money anyways.

[00:16:37] So, but there is that initiative where they're trying to bring back some of the old IPs and make new games of them.

[00:16:43] And hopefully those do really well also.

[00:16:46] Yeah, I feel like Sega's almost trying to kind of do, like, a Capcom thing where they're starting to kind of branch out.

[00:16:52] And try to do these other things to try to get beyond their fan base and reach more, I think is what they're trying to do.

[00:17:01] But I don't know how, like, a new Jet Set Radio does that.

[00:17:06] You know what I mean?

[00:17:09] Or, like, a new Crazy Taxi.

[00:17:11] Like, as much as I want those, and will probably play them, you know, regardless.

[00:17:16] Yeah.

[00:17:18] It's just, like, I don't know what you do to break out of that.

[00:17:21] You know what I mean?

[00:17:22] They are working on an Alien Isolation sequel.

[00:17:25] Which I think people kind of forgot about that.

[00:17:28] It hit, like, the 10-year mark.

[00:17:29] And Creative Assembly's like, oh, yeah, we're doing a sequel.

[00:17:32] It's got greenlit.

[00:17:33] So they're working on it.

[00:17:34] So, I don't know.

[00:17:35] But, like, Sega's in a good spot.

[00:17:37] Like, I'm not worried about them at all.

[00:17:38] It's just seeing this subscription service idea has me going, like, hmm, I'm not sure what they're going to do with it.

[00:17:45] Unless they're, like, looking at what NSO's been doing.

[00:17:48] Yeah.

[00:17:49] And seeing what they could do that with their retro stuff.

[00:17:53] And there's a lot they could improve upon with it.

[00:17:55] So if maybe they take their idea of NSO, put it on all the platforms, and make it, like, really attractive and really affordable, then it's like, oh, the retro stuff is just there now.

[00:18:06] They don't have to do this weird delisting and relisting every couple years or whatever the fuck.

[00:18:11] So who knows?

[00:18:13] Who really knows?

[00:18:14] But for some reason, I've thought about this a lot.

[00:18:16] It's really we kind of have to see.

[00:18:18] They need to either give us more info or we have to at least kind of see what their exact idea is going to be.

[00:18:24] Because at the moment now, it's just kind of subscription.

[00:18:27] It's weird because the term subscription service is now kind of starting to turn people away.

[00:18:32] Because companies have ruined it like they do with everything.

[00:18:39] It's been done to death.

[00:18:40] And I feel like we're hitting that point where streaming services are going to start to plateau and really hit some sort of mark where people are just kind of sick of them.

[00:18:51] Because, I mean, hell, people complain about owning stuff when it comes to video games.

[00:18:55] And there's a lot to be said about that.

[00:18:57] But now you're starting to see that spill over into movies and even TV as well.

[00:19:03] There are people who are now going out of their way to buy DVDs of movies because they're like, hey, I would like this movie.

[00:19:08] And I'm tired of trying to watch it and having to go through 15 subscription services to see if it's even there.

[00:19:14] And then it's not.

[00:19:16] So they're just like, how much is that DVD?

[00:19:18] Like five bucks?

[00:19:19] Fuck it.

[00:19:20] I'll buy it.

[00:19:20] And then I'll just pop it in my PS5 or my Xbox or whatever and just watch it.

[00:19:27] There's a reckoning of the subscription services when it comes to that stuff.

[00:19:30] Well, we went from trying to escape from cable just for these companies to literally become cable again.

[00:19:37] Yeah.

[00:19:37] Basically.

[00:19:38] It's like a more expensive cable.

[00:19:40] But you have slightly more control over what you can watch.

[00:19:44] Like, you don't have you're not subservient to like, oh, this thing only comes on at this time.

[00:19:49] You can watch whatever you want.

[00:19:50] But then it comes to like, oh, is the thing I want to watch even there?

[00:19:54] Yeah.

[00:19:54] Like, because like you buy Macs and it's like, OK, I'm a huge DC fan.

[00:19:59] I buy Macs to watch all the DC stuff.

[00:20:01] Oh, they took all the DC stuff off.

[00:20:03] Why did I buy Macs?

[00:20:05] It's like.

[00:20:06] Yeah.

[00:20:06] Yeah.

[00:20:07] So like the only reason I have Paramount Plus is for all the Star Trek stuff.

[00:20:11] And that's starting to disappear now, too.

[00:20:13] Yeah.

[00:20:13] Fucking great.

[00:20:15] I did not know that you ruined my day.

[00:20:18] Well, only the spinoff shit.

[00:20:20] I think the main series are all still there.

[00:20:23] But like.

[00:20:23] Yeah.

[00:20:24] Like the classic Trek.

[00:20:25] They can't get rid of that.

[00:20:26] I think they just own it outright and it would be stupid to get rid of it.

[00:20:29] Yeah.

[00:20:30] You know, I know, like you're literally burning money not doing that.

[00:20:33] So.

[00:20:34] Yeah, it's weird.

[00:20:35] And like.

[00:20:38] And it's like gaming is like slowly going to like the more and more digital thing.

[00:20:42] I mean.

[00:20:43] I mean, PC is already all digital anyways.

[00:20:45] So.

[00:20:46] Yeah.

[00:20:47] Then we got switch.

[00:20:48] I froze for a second.

[00:20:54] We're good.

[00:20:54] Oh, I think we're good.

[00:20:56] Okay.

[00:20:56] Okay.

[00:20:57] All right.

[00:20:57] So.

[00:20:58] But yeah, like like PC is all digital these days with Steam.

[00:21:01] Right.

[00:21:01] And it's so crazy how like people complain about the lack of.

[00:21:05] Or like this push to digital on console when it's like PC has been doing it for like almost two decades now and it's been perfectly fine.

[00:21:13] The circumstances are different.

[00:21:15] And Valve is much better about making sure people have their games than some other places.

[00:21:21] I mean, games have disappeared from Steam.

[00:21:23] They have.

[00:21:24] Like I think Ubisoft pulled.

[00:21:26] Like I think it was like an Assassin's Creed game a couple of years ago.

[00:21:28] Just some random ass.

[00:21:29] They just pulled it and you know, Valve.

[00:21:32] I don't think Valve wanted them to do that, but they were just kind of like whatever, I guess.

[00:21:38] So.

[00:21:39] And yeah, like the Switch still has its like physical fan base.

[00:21:42] So.

[00:21:43] I don't know.

[00:21:44] I.

[00:21:44] A lot of it has to do with like.

[00:21:47] Console gaming.

[00:21:48] The mentality is just different.

[00:21:50] It's like a lot of console gamers like the idea of taking the disc, putting it in the console.

[00:21:54] It's just like.

[00:21:55] It's like a mental thing at this point.

[00:21:57] Yeah.

[00:21:57] And I don't.

[00:21:59] I don't know if people remember that like buying a physical PC game.

[00:22:03] I do.

[00:22:04] I still have a bunch of them.

[00:22:06] They were a nightmare.

[00:22:08] Because they all came with like.

[00:22:10] Well, you have to put in your code.

[00:22:12] They all came with like 16 discs.

[00:22:14] And like most of them were just to install the thing on your computer.

[00:22:17] The only good thing about them was like those big boxes were cool.

[00:22:21] And you'd usually get like these real big manuals that were like full color.

[00:22:25] And like because I remember I got Age of Empires 3.

[00:22:28] And that was like.

[00:22:29] That was like as thick as like a book.

[00:22:32] That manual.

[00:22:33] And it was awesome.

[00:22:33] You know.

[00:22:34] So.

[00:22:35] I mean I still remember getting SimCity 4 and my fucking computer just fucking shitting itself.

[00:22:39] Because that game.

[00:22:40] That game is still hard to run.

[00:22:41] Even today.

[00:22:42] Yeah.

[00:22:43] I've heard.

[00:22:43] So.

[00:22:44] And Steam has provided like a much better alternative to all that stuff.

[00:22:48] You know.

[00:22:48] It fixed a lot of the issues with like physical PC games.

[00:22:52] You know.

[00:22:53] So.

[00:22:53] So I get it.

[00:22:54] And again.

[00:22:55] Like Steam is pretty solid.

[00:22:56] Like it's the one.

[00:22:58] Like it's so good that like the people who don't want monopolies anywhere else.

[00:23:03] Want a Steam monopoly.

[00:23:06] Yeah.

[00:23:06] It's funny.

[00:23:07] That's just how good Steam is.

[00:23:08] It's funny how the anti-monopoly people will like look their other way when it comes to Steam.

[00:23:14] Because Steam just does it right.

[00:23:16] Yeah.

[00:23:16] I think it's.

[00:23:17] Yeah.

[00:23:17] Because like Valve wouldn't abuse that.

[00:23:20] Or at least I don't think they would.

[00:23:21] Because they've been doing just fine for a long time.

[00:23:24] And like.

[00:23:24] They've had the opportunity to and they still haven't.

[00:23:27] Yeah.

[00:23:27] And Gabe's not a shithead.

[00:23:29] You know.

[00:23:30] Like it was just kind of like they were a developer.

[00:23:33] And they just kind of had this side idea that became everything.

[00:23:37] And they're like oh well let's just like handle this pretty well.

[00:23:40] And they handle it so well that people are like kill Epic.

[00:23:43] Kill like every other.

[00:23:45] You know.

[00:23:45] Some people even say kill Gog.

[00:23:46] And I'm like don't kill Gog.

[00:23:47] Yeah.

[00:23:48] Gog's not the only other one that really does it well.

[00:23:51] Yeah.

[00:23:52] Well and also Gog has a bunch of games that Steam doesn't have.

[00:23:57] And Gog is better about preserving stuff than Steam is.

[00:24:02] So.

[00:24:02] And I don't know how Gog gets away with it half the time.

[00:24:05] I really don't.

[00:24:06] But.

[00:24:07] I'm glad that they do.

[00:24:08] Gog is weirdly under the radar a lot of the times.

[00:24:11] Because like Steam kind of like when people think PC gaming they think Steam.

[00:24:15] Yeah.

[00:24:16] Gog kind of gets overshadowed.

[00:24:17] Which is probably for the better.

[00:24:19] Well I think it's because Gog.

[00:24:21] Most people view Gog as like that's where they get their like their old.

[00:24:25] Their old ass random PC shit that is non-Steam.

[00:24:28] You know.

[00:24:28] So it's always like go to Steam.

[00:24:30] If it's not there go to Gog.

[00:24:32] And then if it's not there go to like My Abandoned Ware.

[00:24:34] And then that's where it is.

[00:24:35] Or you could just go to My Abandoned Ware.

[00:24:37] And if the game is up on a storefront.

[00:24:39] My Abandoned Ware will just link you to it.

[00:24:41] Yeah.

[00:24:42] Which is.

[00:24:42] Which is nice.

[00:24:43] That's probably how they don't get in trouble.

[00:24:45] You know.

[00:24:45] They're like if the game is available.

[00:24:46] It's like here.

[00:24:47] Here's the link.

[00:24:47] Go buy it.

[00:24:48] You know.

[00:24:48] And usually it's like two bucks or whatever.

[00:24:51] But yeah.

[00:24:52] I like Gog.

[00:24:52] Gog's really nice.

[00:24:53] Because I know.

[00:24:54] Because when the Resident Evil bundle hit Gog.

[00:24:58] That was a big deal.

[00:25:00] Like people were.

[00:25:01] Because it was the original versions of one through three.

[00:25:03] That I think people thought they would never re-release again.

[00:25:06] Because of the remakes.

[00:25:08] And then they just put them on Gog.

[00:25:09] And they're in that like preservation program.

[00:25:12] Where it's like you buy those on Gog.

[00:25:13] You just.

[00:25:14] You own the original versions.

[00:25:15] Like Capcom can't take them away from you.

[00:25:17] Yeah.

[00:25:17] So.

[00:25:18] Because I think it was a while ago.

[00:25:20] So.

[00:25:21] I think Blizzard tried to.

[00:25:23] Tried to get Gog to remove.

[00:25:25] I think it was like.

[00:25:26] Warcraft one and two.

[00:25:28] From there.

[00:25:29] Because they're going to do a remaster of them.

[00:25:32] And I think Gog was.

[00:25:33] Kind of pushed back.

[00:25:34] And was like.

[00:25:35] No.

[00:25:35] We're not going to get rid of him.

[00:25:36] Especially after how Blizzard.

[00:25:39] Horribly handled the Warcraft three remake.

[00:25:42] Yep.

[00:25:43] I don't think anyone would trust them again after that.

[00:25:46] Even though the Diablo two remake was pretty good.

[00:25:48] Hopefully they learned their lesson with Warcraft one and two.

[00:25:51] Hopefully.

[00:25:52] Yeah.

[00:25:52] I mean I haven't played those games.

[00:25:54] I don't really have interest in them.

[00:25:55] But you know.

[00:25:56] Hopefully they learned their lesson.

[00:25:57] But yeah.

[00:25:58] But yeah.

[00:25:58] Good old God.

[00:25:59] Good old games.

[00:26:03] So in other news.

[00:26:04] We've been doing our weekly updates on this.

[00:26:06] But unfortunately no.

[00:26:09] No new Nintendo music right now.

[00:26:12] Nope.

[00:26:12] But we're at that time now.

[00:26:14] Where.

[00:26:16] I think we can start thinking genuinely about the Switch 2's unveiling.

[00:26:21] It's coming.

[00:26:22] Sooner or later.

[00:26:23] Well.

[00:26:24] Well I listened to Gertzman today.

[00:26:26] And I guess.

[00:26:29] Somebody had said.

[00:26:31] That.

[00:26:32] Like.

[00:26:33] Ironically this is almost like a leak.

[00:26:35] But they're like.

[00:26:36] Nintendo is well aware of all the Switch 2 leaks right now.

[00:26:39] And they're so pissed off about it.

[00:26:42] There's a chance they may push up the announcement.

[00:26:44] Like ahead of time.

[00:26:46] To sort of just like.

[00:26:47] Put all that shit to bed.

[00:26:48] And be like.

[00:26:49] Here's what it is.

[00:26:50] You know.

[00:26:51] Like.

[00:26:52] People were suggesting.

[00:26:53] I don't think it's true.

[00:26:55] Suggesting they could do it as early as the 6th.

[00:26:57] Like the first Monday of January.

[00:26:59] Like.

[00:27:00] Here's the Switch 2 video.

[00:27:01] Here it is.

[00:27:03] I don't think it'll be that early.

[00:27:05] That would be crazy.

[00:27:06] Could you fucking imagine?

[00:27:08] Yeah.

[00:27:08] And it's.

[00:27:11] Honestly.

[00:27:11] Like.

[00:27:12] They don't even have to announce a release date.

[00:27:13] They just.

[00:27:14] Just show the thing.

[00:27:15] And that'll get people to calm down a little bit.

[00:27:17] Yeah.

[00:27:18] Yeah.

[00:27:19] I mean.

[00:27:19] We'll hear it before April.

[00:27:21] As they've confirmed before.

[00:27:23] Like.

[00:27:24] I was thinking February.

[00:27:25] Sometime in February.

[00:27:26] Would be.

[00:27:27] Like.

[00:27:27] Around like.

[00:27:27] Direct time.

[00:27:29] But I.

[00:27:29] I mean.

[00:27:30] Hell.

[00:27:30] I mean.

[00:27:30] There's a chance.

[00:27:31] They could like.

[00:27:32] Say.

[00:27:32] Sometime in January.

[00:27:33] Put the video out.

[00:27:36] Because I imagine that.

[00:27:37] Like.

[00:27:38] That Switch 2 trailer.

[00:27:39] Much like the Switch 1 trailer.

[00:27:41] It's already in the can.

[00:27:42] It's ready to go.

[00:27:43] It's just a matter of.

[00:27:44] Uploading it.

[00:27:45] And like hitting publish on it.

[00:27:47] Basically.

[00:27:48] Um.

[00:27:50] So.

[00:27:50] But it.

[00:27:51] But yeah.

[00:27:52] It's.

[00:27:52] It's.

[00:27:53] It's getting to that time.

[00:27:54] Where they're.

[00:27:55] Gonna hopefully put all this shit to bed.

[00:27:57] And we can find out.

[00:27:58] What the Switch 2 actually is.

[00:28:00] Yeah.

[00:28:00] Um.

[00:28:02] My guess is.

[00:28:03] It's just.

[00:28:04] A more powerful Switch.

[00:28:06] That instead of like.

[00:28:07] That weird capture button.

[00:28:08] It's just a C button.

[00:28:10] And it does the exact same thing.

[00:28:12] That would be my guess.

[00:28:14] Because there was rumors of like.

[00:28:15] Oh.

[00:28:16] The capture button's gone.

[00:28:17] But there's like this mysterious C button.

[00:28:19] Where it was.

[00:28:20] And I'm like.

[00:28:20] Oh.

[00:28:20] That's probably still a capture button.

[00:28:22] They just.

[00:28:23] Redesigned.

[00:28:24] Yeah.

[00:28:25] That'd be my guess.

[00:28:26] It's not the screenshot button anymore.

[00:28:27] It actually does shit now.

[00:28:29] Yeah.

[00:28:30] Yeah.

[00:28:30] Potentially.

[00:28:30] Um.

[00:28:32] But.

[00:28:32] Yeah.

[00:28:33] From all like the leaks we've seen.

[00:28:34] Of like.

[00:28:35] Oh.

[00:28:35] Here it is in the factory.

[00:28:36] And like.

[00:28:37] People making cases for it.

[00:28:38] And shit.

[00:28:38] And all this other stuff.

[00:28:39] It's.

[00:28:40] It.

[00:28:40] Most likely the form factor.

[00:28:42] And everything's gonna be the exact same.

[00:28:43] It's just gonna be.

[00:28:44] A more powerful.

[00:28:46] Switch.

[00:28:46] Which I think.

[00:28:47] Is the safest.

[00:28:48] Smartest thing to do.

[00:28:50] But at the same time.

[00:28:52] It's not gonna sell as well.

[00:28:55] Probably not.

[00:28:56] Because I know a lot of people.

[00:28:57] Who already have Switches.

[00:28:58] Is they.

[00:28:59] A lot of people are perfectly content.

[00:29:01] With the Switch.

[00:29:01] The way it is.

[00:29:02] And they really.

[00:29:03] Aren't gonna upgrade right away.

[00:29:06] Yeah.

[00:29:06] I think.

[00:29:07] A lot of the Switches fan base.

[00:29:09] Is.

[00:29:10] You know.

[00:29:10] Casual people.

[00:29:11] And they're pretty content.

[00:29:13] With.

[00:29:14] With their current Switch.

[00:29:16] Be it.

[00:29:16] Just the thing they play Mario on.

[00:29:18] Or.

[00:29:19] You know.

[00:29:19] That thing they put a couple hours into.

[00:29:21] Before bed.

[00:29:22] Or.

[00:29:22] You know.

[00:29:22] Whatever.

[00:29:23] Right.

[00:29:23] Like.

[00:29:24] Like.

[00:29:25] The only people who are really upset.

[00:29:26] With it.

[00:29:27] Are like.

[00:29:28] I don't know.

[00:29:28] People.

[00:29:28] People more like us.

[00:29:30] Who play games more regularly.

[00:29:32] And have more.

[00:29:33] Issue with how these games look and run.

[00:29:35] You know.

[00:29:35] Especially when it's like.

[00:29:36] You see how they.

[00:29:37] How Pokemon runs on this thing.

[00:29:39] And it's like.

[00:29:40] Why does Pokemon run like this.

[00:29:41] You know.

[00:29:42] Like.

[00:29:43] You wouldn't think it's like.

[00:29:44] Their most successful IP.

[00:29:45] With how shitty they treat the game sometimes.

[00:29:48] I don't even blame Nintendo for that.

[00:29:50] I blame Game Freak more than anything.

[00:29:51] But.

[00:29:52] Even still.

[00:29:53] That's my problem with Game Freak.

[00:29:54] You'd think.

[00:29:54] You'd think they want to put more effort into that.

[00:29:58] You'd think.

[00:29:58] But then the games sell like.

[00:30:00] Fucking.

[00:30:01] Crack.

[00:30:01] And they.

[00:30:02] They're just like.

[00:30:02] Oh.

[00:30:03] I guess it's fine.

[00:30:04] Yeah.

[00:30:05] I don't know man.

[00:30:06] It's weird.

[00:30:06] The Pokemon fan base.

[00:30:07] Is his own fucking.

[00:30:08] Can of purpose.

[00:30:10] Yeah.

[00:30:11] It's a toxic piece of.

[00:30:12] Donkey turd.

[00:30:14] But in any case.

[00:30:16] Yeah.

[00:30:17] Yeah.

[00:30:17] Hopefully the.

[00:30:18] The next switch.

[00:30:20] I.

[00:30:20] It needs games.

[00:30:21] To like.

[00:30:22] Go with it.

[00:30:23] For anybody to actually care.

[00:30:24] I think.

[00:30:25] I know.

[00:30:25] Metroid Prime 4 is definitely.

[00:30:26] I have a feeling.

[00:30:27] That's gonna.

[00:30:28] We've talked about it before.

[00:30:29] But that's gonna be like the.

[00:30:31] It's gonna be like the Zelda.

[00:30:32] Breath of the Wild.

[00:30:34] Yeah.

[00:30:35] I have a feeling.

[00:30:35] That'll be.

[00:30:36] You know.

[00:30:37] I don't know if it'll be there day one.

[00:30:39] I mean it might be there day one.

[00:30:40] But I think it'll.

[00:30:41] It'll be like the big cross gen game.

[00:30:43] Yeah.

[00:30:43] It's like Breath of the Wild.

[00:30:44] To be like.

[00:30:45] Oh.

[00:30:45] This.

[00:30:45] Like you can play this on the older system.

[00:30:47] But we'd really like you played on the new one.

[00:30:49] Because look how fucking cool it is on here.

[00:30:52] Right.

[00:30:53] And then.

[00:30:54] And then.

[00:30:57] But.

[00:30:57] But that can't be the only thing it launches with.

[00:30:59] Because I don't think that'll help.

[00:31:01] Um.

[00:31:02] They've been working on a new 3D Mario.

[00:31:05] But we have yet to hear it.

[00:31:06] Oh yeah.

[00:31:07] Oh.

[00:31:08] We know for a fact.

[00:31:09] That there's a 3D Mario being worked on.

[00:31:11] You know.

[00:31:11] It just makes too much sense.

[00:31:15] Yeah.

[00:31:15] It'll.

[00:31:15] It'll probably launch.

[00:31:16] Day and date.

[00:31:17] I think.

[00:31:18] Like I think yeah.

[00:31:19] 3D Mario.

[00:31:20] And then Metroid Prime.

[00:31:21] Because there are some people saying like.

[00:31:22] Oh.

[00:31:22] Maybe it should launch with Mario Kart.

[00:31:23] The next Mario Kart.

[00:31:24] And I'm like.

[00:31:25] I don't think it will.

[00:31:26] If there is a next Mario Kart.

[00:31:29] There.

[00:31:29] There's.

[00:31:29] I'm sure that team is working on something.

[00:31:32] But what.

[00:31:32] Who knows.

[00:31:33] Like Nintendo has been so quiet.

[00:31:35] For the last like couple of years.

[00:31:37] When it comes to their releases.

[00:31:38] I mean there's been some.

[00:31:40] Kind of big stuff here and there.

[00:31:41] But I think.

[00:31:43] Outside.

[00:31:43] Like once we.

[00:31:45] Got past Tears of the Kingdom.

[00:31:46] That was like the last big big game.

[00:31:48] And now it's just been like.

[00:31:50] A bunch of remakes.

[00:31:51] Remasters.

[00:31:52] And some like you know.

[00:31:53] Smaller lighter titles here and there.

[00:31:55] Because you can tell like.

[00:31:56] Oh like.

[00:31:56] The main teams.

[00:31:58] They're working on the next thing.

[00:31:59] You know.

[00:32:00] And whatever the next thing is.

[00:32:01] Is well.

[00:32:02] We will find out.

[00:32:03] You know.

[00:32:06] Yeah.

[00:32:07] I mean.

[00:32:07] I'm looking forward to it.

[00:32:08] I don't know if I'm going to be a day one.

[00:32:10] Switch to buyer.

[00:32:12] But.

[00:32:13] It depends on what is there.

[00:32:16] Yeah.

[00:32:18] Yeah.

[00:32:18] I mean.

[00:32:18] If it's.

[00:32:19] If it's just Metroid Prime 4.

[00:32:21] I might wait.

[00:32:21] Because.

[00:32:22] As much as I'm going to play Prime 4.

[00:32:24] I'm not.

[00:32:25] That desperate to play it.

[00:32:27] That makes sense.

[00:32:28] Yeah.

[00:32:28] I mean.

[00:32:29] I wish they would put Metroid Prime 2 and 3.

[00:32:32] On there.

[00:32:33] Yeah.

[00:32:35] Or at least on the.

[00:32:36] The regular Switch.

[00:32:37] The Prime 2 and 3 remastered.

[00:32:38] So I could actually play those.

[00:32:39] Because I've only played Prime 1.

[00:32:41] So I like to play 2 and 3 beforehand.

[00:32:45] That would be nice.

[00:32:48] Yeah.

[00:32:48] Like.

[00:32:48] If the next 3D Mario looks fucking awesome.

[00:32:51] I'll probably be there day one.

[00:32:52] But.

[00:32:53] That'd probably be the only thing that really gets me over the hump.

[00:32:56] And also.

[00:32:56] It depends on the price point as well.

[00:32:58] Because.

[00:32:59] True.

[00:33:00] Who knows what they're going to charge for that thing.

[00:33:02] My guess is they'll probably try to do 400 bucks.

[00:33:06] Yeah.

[00:33:06] I mean.

[00:33:06] That's.

[00:33:07] That's not terrible.

[00:33:08] Next to.

[00:33:10] The competition.

[00:33:11] I will say.

[00:33:13] Yeah.

[00:33:14] The thousand dollar PS5 Pro.

[00:33:16] Yeah.

[00:33:16] For.

[00:33:17] A $400 Switch 2.

[00:33:18] Looks really nice.

[00:33:19] In comparison to that.

[00:33:21] Yeah.

[00:33:22] So.

[00:33:23] So.

[00:33:23] I'm curious.

[00:33:24] How much games are going to cost.

[00:33:26] That's my thing.

[00:33:27] I'm wondering.

[00:33:29] Yeah.

[00:33:29] I watched.

[00:33:31] Oh.

[00:33:31] What the hell is his name?

[00:33:32] It's like the blue puppet guy.

[00:33:36] You know who I'm talking about.

[00:33:38] Yeah.

[00:33:39] He does.

[00:33:40] He.

[00:33:40] He mainly talks about Nintendo stuff.

[00:33:44] Hold on.

[00:33:45] Hold on.

[00:33:45] Hold on.

[00:33:46] Hold on.

[00:33:48] Arlo.

[00:33:49] Thank you.

[00:33:50] Yeah.

[00:33:51] Yeah.

[00:33:51] Arlo did a thing about.

[00:33:55] About.

[00:33:56] Like the pricing of it.

[00:33:56] Where he's like.

[00:33:57] You know.

[00:33:58] They experimented with it.

[00:33:59] With Tears of the Kingdom.

[00:34:00] Because they knew they could get away.

[00:34:01] With charging 70 bucks for that game.

[00:34:03] And they.

[00:34:04] Oh.

[00:34:04] And they did.

[00:34:05] And they did.

[00:34:06] Oh yeah.

[00:34:07] They definitely did.

[00:34:10] And he made an argument.

[00:34:12] About like.

[00:34:13] Why Nintendo's like.

[00:34:14] Priced everything at 60.

[00:34:15] This generation.

[00:34:17] And I think that was.

[00:34:18] In an attempt to.

[00:34:19] Put all of their games.

[00:34:21] On like an even playing field.

[00:34:22] Where it's like.

[00:34:23] They're all treated.

[00:34:23] The same level of importance.

[00:34:25] So it's like.

[00:34:26] They're you know.

[00:34:28] So that they're all 60.

[00:34:29] Because you know.

[00:34:29] They're all worth $60.

[00:34:31] You know.

[00:34:31] When.

[00:34:32] That's obviously not the case.

[00:34:33] But.

[00:34:34] I think it's just Nintendo.

[00:34:35] Trying to do marketing psychology.

[00:34:36] On people.

[00:34:38] So.

[00:34:38] And I.

[00:34:39] And.

[00:34:40] I don't think they'll make every game.

[00:34:42] $70 on Switch 2.

[00:34:44] Because.

[00:34:46] Nobody else does.

[00:34:48] No.

[00:34:48] It's.

[00:34:48] It's one of those things.

[00:34:50] Right now.

[00:34:50] Where like.

[00:34:51] Where.

[00:34:51] 70 is like.

[00:34:52] To me like.

[00:34:54] That's got to be like.

[00:34:55] The max.

[00:34:56] Because like.

[00:34:57] We're getting.

[00:34:58] The closer you get to a hundred.

[00:34:59] Once games are a hundred dollars a piece.

[00:35:01] I think people are going to start.

[00:35:03] Finding alternative.

[00:35:04] Things to do with their time.

[00:35:07] Some games can get away with it.

[00:35:09] Like.

[00:35:10] Metroid Prime 4.

[00:35:11] Will be $70.

[00:35:12] Probably.

[00:35:13] And.

[00:35:14] A lot of.

[00:35:15] The diehards.

[00:35:16] Will show up for it.

[00:35:18] I wouldn't be surprised.

[00:35:19] If the next 3D Mario.

[00:35:20] Is $70.

[00:35:22] Wouldn't be surprised.

[00:35:24] And depending how awesome it is.

[00:35:26] I mean.

[00:35:26] I'll.

[00:35:27] I'll pay the 70 for it.

[00:35:28] Whatever.

[00:35:29] Because.

[00:35:30] You know.

[00:35:30] Odyssey and Bowser's Fury.

[00:35:31] Were so good.

[00:35:32] I'm curious to what they have.

[00:35:33] Cooking up in the tank.

[00:35:34] And if the rumors.

[00:35:36] Of like a 3D Donkey Kong game.

[00:35:37] Are true.

[00:35:38] And maybe it's like.

[00:35:39] A weird 3D Mario.

[00:35:40] Donkey Kong thing.

[00:35:42] Like if that's what it is.

[00:35:43] And it looks amazing.

[00:35:45] And it's 70.

[00:35:46] Here you go.

[00:35:47] I'll.

[00:35:48] I'm there.

[00:35:49] Right.

[00:35:49] Like games have to earn.

[00:35:51] Being $70.

[00:35:52] I think.

[00:35:53] You know.

[00:35:54] I mean.

[00:35:54] I mean.

[00:35:55] GTA 6.

[00:35:55] GTA 6.

[00:35:56] Is going to be $70.

[00:35:57] And it's going to sell.

[00:35:58] Like a hundred million copies.

[00:35:59] Oh yeah.

[00:36:00] But it's GTA.

[00:36:01] I will say.

[00:36:02] The $70 price of games.

[00:36:05] Has slowed down.

[00:36:07] My game.

[00:36:07] Purchasing.

[00:36:09] Significantly.

[00:36:10] Yeah.

[00:36:11] I think it's slowed it down.

[00:36:12] For a lot of people.

[00:36:13] And that's why.

[00:36:14] I think the industry.

[00:36:15] Didn't just adopt it.

[00:36:17] The way.

[00:36:18] They adopted $60 games.

[00:36:20] Because.

[00:36:20] I think it was in the 360 era.

[00:36:22] When games went to 60.

[00:36:23] Yeah.

[00:36:24] And weirdly enough.

[00:36:26] I vaguely remember it.

[00:36:28] Like.

[00:36:28] Being a thing.

[00:36:29] Because you know.

[00:36:30] Back in those days.

[00:36:31] I was you know.

[00:36:31] In elementary.

[00:36:32] Into middle school.

[00:36:33] I didn't think about the pricing of stuff.

[00:36:34] I just wanted it.

[00:36:35] Right.

[00:36:36] I remember when I got my 360.

[00:36:38] I was like.

[00:36:38] Oh I want Call of Duty 2.

[00:36:39] Because I had seen the.

[00:36:40] The gameplay of it.

[00:36:41] It looked fantastic.

[00:36:42] You know.

[00:36:42] I still love that game to death.

[00:36:44] I want to play it on Game Pass.

[00:36:45] God damn it.

[00:36:46] But in any case.

[00:36:48] I took.

[00:36:49] Well like.

[00:36:50] One of my family members.

[00:36:51] Who went to GameStop.

[00:36:52] And I was like.

[00:36:52] Oh I want Call of Duty 2.

[00:36:53] And they're like.

[00:36:53] Oh that's 60 bucks.

[00:36:55] You know.

[00:36:56] They said it in a way.

[00:36:57] That was like.

[00:36:57] Wait what?

[00:36:58] Like when games increase in price.

[00:37:00] And I was just like.

[00:37:01] I want it.

[00:37:02] They got it for me.

[00:37:02] Which is very nice of them.

[00:37:04] So.

[00:37:04] But like.

[00:37:06] In that 360 era.

[00:37:07] Everything became $60.

[00:37:09] And I'm sure there were people.

[00:37:10] Bitching about it.

[00:37:11] But.

[00:37:12] Not to.

[00:37:13] The degree.

[00:37:13] People are bitching about 70.

[00:37:15] Now.

[00:37:16] And I think that's why.

[00:37:17] 70 isn't the standard.

[00:37:19] You know.

[00:37:20] There.

[00:37:20] There are quite a few.

[00:37:22] Games and series.

[00:37:23] That have adopted.

[00:37:23] The 70.

[00:37:24] Just to like.

[00:37:25] You know.

[00:37:25] Like sports games or whatever.

[00:37:26] Like they're 70.

[00:37:27] And that kind of is what it is.

[00:37:28] Right.

[00:37:29] But I'm sure.

[00:37:30] All these companies.

[00:37:32] I mean.

[00:37:32] Depending on what.

[00:37:33] Marketing sales data.

[00:37:34] They have.

[00:37:35] But.

[00:37:36] I wouldn't be surprised.

[00:37:37] If they saw.

[00:37:37] Because of that price hike.

[00:37:39] Most people are just waiting.

[00:37:40] For.

[00:37:40] Just discounts.

[00:37:42] To buy it.

[00:37:42] And I feel like.

[00:37:43] You see sales happen.

[00:37:45] Faster now.

[00:37:45] Than ever before.

[00:37:46] Like a game will come out.

[00:37:47] And it's $70.

[00:37:49] And then.

[00:37:49] In a month's time.

[00:37:50] They've marked it down.

[00:37:51] To like.

[00:37:52] 55 bucks.

[00:37:52] Oh yeah.

[00:37:53] Like most.

[00:37:53] Like right away.

[00:37:55] Most PlayStation games.

[00:37:56] Like.

[00:37:57] Legit.

[00:37:57] Not even PlayStation.

[00:37:58] Like third party stuff.

[00:37:59] Like.

[00:38:00] Like hell today.

[00:38:01] I just mean like.

[00:38:01] PlayStation console.

[00:38:02] Like games released on PlayStation.

[00:38:04] Yeah.

[00:38:05] Yeah.

[00:38:05] Because like.

[00:38:06] Hell today.

[00:38:06] Like on my Xbox.

[00:38:07] I had a little ad.

[00:38:08] That was like.

[00:38:09] Oh.

[00:38:09] Black Ops 6.

[00:38:09] Is 25% off.

[00:38:10] And I'm like.

[00:38:11] Already.

[00:38:12] Like that game.

[00:38:13] Is not that old.

[00:38:14] Like.

[00:38:14] Oh shit.

[00:38:15] It's really.

[00:38:16] Sales are happening quicker.

[00:38:17] Which.

[00:38:17] That also could be like.

[00:38:18] The Steam influence.

[00:38:20] Because I think like.

[00:38:21] The Steam sales.

[00:38:22] Have really changed.

[00:38:22] How people.

[00:38:24] The habits.

[00:38:24] Of how people buy games.

[00:38:26] Like genuinely.

[00:38:27] Yeah.

[00:38:28] Because it's like.

[00:38:28] Even.

[00:38:29] Like Nintendo.

[00:38:30] Is like the.

[00:38:31] They are the.

[00:38:31] The steadfast.

[00:38:32] Like stubborn.

[00:38:33] Mules of gaming.

[00:38:34] Where they will.

[00:38:37] Fucking.

[00:38:37] Mario Kart.

[00:38:38] Fucking.

[00:38:39] Age is still.

[00:38:40] 60.

[00:38:41] And it probably.

[00:38:42] Yeah.

[00:38:42] Will be.

[00:38:44] It's crazy.

[00:38:45] Because before that.

[00:38:46] They were way better about it.

[00:38:47] Like the Wii U.

[00:38:48] 3DS era.

[00:38:48] The Wii era.

[00:38:49] Like they were pretty good.

[00:38:50] At marking games down.

[00:38:51] Like.

[00:38:52] They didn't fucking care.

[00:38:53] But they were just trying to get games.

[00:38:54] Out the door.

[00:38:55] But now with like.

[00:38:56] The Switch.

[00:38:56] They can't keep the games in stock.

[00:38:58] Even now.

[00:39:00] Oh yeah.

[00:39:00] So.

[00:39:00] You know.

[00:39:01] So.

[00:39:02] When.

[00:39:02] So when people always make that argument.

[00:39:03] It's like.

[00:39:04] Well.

[00:39:04] Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

[00:39:06] How much is that sold on Switch?

[00:39:08] As of September 30th.

[00:39:10] Of this year.

[00:39:11] 2024.

[00:39:12] It has sold.

[00:39:13] Almost 65 million units.

[00:39:15] That has got.

[00:39:16] One of the best selling Mario games.

[00:39:17] And 99% of those games.

[00:39:20] Were sold at full price.

[00:39:21] They've done that occasional sale thing.

[00:39:23] Where it's like.

[00:39:24] Oh.

[00:39:24] It's like 42 bucks.

[00:39:26] You know.

[00:39:26] Which honestly.

[00:39:27] 40 bucks for Mario Kart 8.

[00:39:28] Is not bad.

[00:39:29] No.

[00:39:29] That's a good deal.

[00:39:30] Or you could do like.

[00:39:30] The voucher thing.

[00:39:31] Where it's like.

[00:39:32] You spend 100 bucks.

[00:39:33] And then you get like.

[00:39:33] Two games.

[00:39:34] So you save a little bit of money.

[00:39:35] Like 20 bucks.

[00:39:36] I think.

[00:39:37] So there's probably some.

[00:39:39] That got it for a little bit cheaper.

[00:39:40] I mean.

[00:39:40] My copy.

[00:39:41] I got for free.

[00:39:42] So.

[00:39:43] Because a friend of mine.

[00:39:44] Was getting rid of his stuff.

[00:39:45] And he's like.

[00:39:46] Do you just want Mario Kart?

[00:39:47] And I was like.

[00:39:47] Yeah.

[00:39:47] Sure.

[00:39:48] Saves me 60 bucks.

[00:39:49] Because back then.

[00:39:49] And I didn't want to pay 60 bucks for it.

[00:39:52] No.

[00:39:52] Well.

[00:39:52] Especially all the people.

[00:39:53] Who's.

[00:39:54] Spent fucking 40 or 50.

[00:39:56] Whatever it was.

[00:39:56] On the Wii U version.

[00:39:57] And it's like.

[00:39:58] Oh.

[00:39:58] You gotta buy it again.

[00:39:59] For 60.

[00:40:01] Yeah.

[00:40:01] Yeah.

[00:40:01] I mean.

[00:40:02] I mean.

[00:40:02] They've made it.

[00:40:02] More content.

[00:40:03] But.

[00:40:04] Yeah.

[00:40:04] And now.

[00:40:05] With like the DLC.

[00:40:06] It's more appealing.

[00:40:08] But even then.

[00:40:08] I think you still have to pay more for that anyways.

[00:40:10] So.

[00:40:11] Well.

[00:40:11] I don't know.

[00:40:12] Nintendo is like one of the.

[00:40:14] They.

[00:40:14] Nintendo really figured DLC out.

[00:40:17] Like.

[00:40:17] Unlike other companies.

[00:40:19] Yeah.

[00:40:19] I don't know.

[00:40:20] That New Horizons DLC wasn't really good.

[00:40:22] They've gotten worse.

[00:40:23] They've gotten worse over time.

[00:40:24] They handled Mario Kart very well.

[00:40:26] Mario Kart.

[00:40:27] They did.

[00:40:27] It took them forever to handle it.

[00:40:28] Right.

[00:40:32] Really know what to do with it.

[00:40:34] New Horizons.

[00:40:35] I don't know.

[00:40:35] New Horizons was.

[00:40:36] That whole DLC thing was kind of a mess.

[00:40:39] But I think that came down to.

[00:40:40] The game blowing up.

[00:40:42] Way more than they expected it to.

[00:40:44] In fact.

[00:40:45] In fact.

[00:40:46] In fact.

[00:40:47] Gertzman said in his podcast.

[00:40:50] I'll reiterate it.

[00:40:51] That he's like.

[00:40:53] Hey.

[00:40:53] What if.

[00:40:54] Say.

[00:40:54] A launch title for the next switch.

[00:40:56] Is a new Animal Crossing game.

[00:40:58] That maybe they pulled the plug on it so fast.

[00:41:01] That.

[00:41:01] That.

[00:41:02] They're just like.

[00:41:03] The Animal Crossing team.

[00:41:04] Like hey.

[00:41:04] Let's make a new one.

[00:41:05] For the next switch.

[00:41:06] We'll be there.

[00:41:07] Right.

[00:41:07] Right there.

[00:41:08] Like right at the start.

[00:41:10] And hopefully it'll be a.

[00:41:12] Better experience in New Horizons.

[00:41:14] Hopefully.

[00:41:15] Maybe if it's closer to like a new leaf.

[00:41:16] Or something like that.

[00:41:17] Because I know some people did not like.

[00:41:19] The New Horizons gameplay loop.

[00:41:21] I know I didn't care for it at all.

[00:41:24] So.

[00:41:25] I mean.

[00:41:26] That's a possibility.

[00:41:27] But yeah.

[00:41:28] With DLC.

[00:41:28] I mean.

[00:41:28] The Breath of the Wild DLC was okay.

[00:41:31] Smash.

[00:41:31] They had the DLC down.

[00:41:33] They had it down to a fucking science.

[00:41:35] Because.

[00:41:36] Every couple months.

[00:41:37] We all were like.

[00:41:37] Who's the next fighter?

[00:41:38] And it was always a talking point.

[00:41:41] So.

[00:41:41] It's weird to think.

[00:41:42] It's been years.

[00:41:44] Since the last fighter.

[00:41:46] It's been years now.

[00:41:47] Oh yeah.

[00:41:47] And then they announce a new Fire Emblem character.

[00:41:49] And everyone fucking cries about it.

[00:41:50] For like.

[00:41:51] Yeah.

[00:41:52] But then I remember.

[00:41:53] When they announced Joker.

[00:41:54] And people shat their pants.

[00:41:55] And I'm like.

[00:41:56] Who the fuck.

[00:41:56] And I was like.

[00:41:57] What the DC character.

[00:41:59] Yeah.

[00:41:59] And then it's like.

[00:42:00] Oh.

[00:42:01] A game that you can't even play on the switch.

[00:42:03] At the time.

[00:42:04] Yeah.

[00:42:04] I will be honest.

[00:42:06] The Joker reveal in Smash.

[00:42:07] Was probably when I first learned about Persona.

[00:42:10] Not even kidding.

[00:42:12] My favorite part was GameStops at the time.

[00:42:15] Because I knew some of the.

[00:42:16] I knew some of the employees at the local GameStop.

[00:42:18] They were telling me like.

[00:42:19] Because they put Joker in Smash.

[00:42:21] A bunch of kids would come to the store.

[00:42:23] Looking for Persona 5.

[00:42:24] And they'd be like.

[00:42:25] This game ain't for kids bud.

[00:42:28] Yeah.

[00:42:29] And it's on your PlayStation.

[00:42:31] Well at the time.

[00:42:32] Yeah.

[00:42:32] Now it's like.

[00:42:33] Now it's on Switch.

[00:42:33] But.

[00:42:34] Oh yeah.

[00:42:34] Now it's on everything.

[00:42:36] I wonder how well it sold on Switch.

[00:42:38] Did they.

[00:42:39] Did we ever get numbers.

[00:42:41] On Persona.

[00:42:42] The Persona sales on.

[00:42:43] Multiple consoles.

[00:42:44] I mean.

[00:42:44] I'm sure it did just fine.

[00:42:46] I mean.

[00:42:47] 5 is the best selling game in the series.

[00:42:49] I'm pretty sure.

[00:42:50] It's well over 10 million.

[00:42:51] I know that.

[00:42:53] Yeah.

[00:42:53] But I.

[00:42:53] But I think it's.

[00:42:54] They put like.

[00:42:55] Strikers and the dancing game in there as well.

[00:42:58] Or.

[00:42:58] Or.

[00:42:59] Or.

[00:42:59] Or it was the base game in Royal.

[00:43:01] They combined.

[00:43:01] Well those are.

[00:43:02] Those are the same game.

[00:43:03] I don't think they could do the dancing in Strikers.

[00:43:05] Because they're not even the same game.

[00:43:08] Let's see.

[00:43:09] Total sales.

[00:43:11] Combined sales of all versions of Persona 5.

[00:43:13] At 7.2 million.

[00:43:16] That was by.

[00:43:17] Like.

[00:43:18] April of last year.

[00:43:19] And so.

[00:43:20] If you include.

[00:43:21] Dancing.

[00:43:22] Strikers.

[00:43:23] And Tactica.

[00:43:24] The whole.

[00:43:24] The whole Persona 5 family.

[00:43:26] Is over 10 million sold.

[00:43:28] So.

[00:43:28] But still.

[00:43:29] Like.

[00:43:29] 7 plus million.

[00:43:30] For.

[00:43:31] A.

[00:43:31] A.

[00:43:32] Ass long RPG.

[00:43:33] Like that.

[00:43:33] Is pretty good.

[00:43:35] So.

[00:43:37] No disrespect to 5.

[00:43:38] You know.

[00:43:39] It's just.

[00:43:39] It is what it is.

[00:43:45] That was when I first learned of Persona.

[00:43:47] Was that.

[00:43:47] Because.

[00:43:48] People were freaking the fuck out over it.

[00:43:49] And I'm like.

[00:43:50] What.

[00:43:50] What.

[00:43:50] What's a Persona.

[00:43:51] Who gives a shit.

[00:43:53] And then I looked it up.

[00:43:54] And I'm like.

[00:43:54] This is some anime bullshit.

[00:43:55] Isn't it.

[00:43:56] And then.

[00:43:57] Over the years.

[00:43:58] I slowly got more and more interested in it.

[00:44:00] And then when they dropped Persona 4 on Steam.

[00:44:03] And then everyone treated that like a real big deal.

[00:44:05] I was like.

[00:44:06] Yeah.

[00:44:06] Let me see what the big deal is.

[00:44:07] And I.

[00:44:07] And I bought it.

[00:44:08] I did buy it on Steam for.

[00:44:10] Because it was 20 bucks.

[00:44:11] And I'm like.

[00:44:11] That's a pretty good price for that.

[00:44:14] You know.

[00:44:14] That was.

[00:44:15] 90 hours of content.

[00:44:16] Yeah.

[00:44:17] Yeah.

[00:44:17] Yeah.

[00:44:17] For a game that was almost a decade old at that point.

[00:44:21] The.

[00:44:21] The golden.

[00:44:22] Golden.

[00:44:23] Putting it on Steam.

[00:44:24] And it sold incredibly well.

[00:44:25] I think it sold like a million in like.

[00:44:27] What a month or something like that.

[00:44:29] It sold so well that Sega went.

[00:44:31] Oh.

[00:44:31] Oh you guys actually want these.

[00:44:33] Okay.

[00:44:35] Yeah.

[00:44:35] And then they put them all everywhere.

[00:44:37] So.

[00:44:37] They did listen.

[00:44:39] So credit to them.

[00:44:40] And.

[00:44:40] That's where I think Sega.

[00:44:42] Going back to like the whole Sega Atlas thing.

[00:44:44] I think.

[00:44:45] That.

[00:44:46] The whole.

[00:44:47] Series of events happening is probably why Sega buying Atlas worked out so well.

[00:44:51] Because I don't think Atlas could have done all that by themselves.

[00:44:54] They could.

[00:44:55] I really don't.

[00:44:56] I think Sega.

[00:44:57] Helping to back them on that really.

[00:44:59] Helped get Persona to be like a multi-plat series that is now seen as like a big deal.

[00:45:04] You know.

[00:45:05] I mean people forget it took.

[00:45:07] Persona 4 came out in 2008.

[00:45:11] And 5 would not come out until 2017.

[00:45:15] In the US.

[00:45:16] Like.

[00:45:17] Yeah.

[00:45:17] Atlas was.

[00:45:18] It took Atlas a while to make 5 because.

[00:45:20] It just cost a lot.

[00:45:21] And they didn't have a lot of money at the time.

[00:45:33] Are you still there Bill?

[00:45:35] Yeah.

[00:45:35] I'm still there.

[00:45:36] Okay.

[00:45:36] I thought you were still talking.

[00:45:38] Oh.

[00:45:40] Well that was an awkward pause.

[00:45:42] Are we having.

[00:45:42] Are we having tech issues tonight?

[00:45:44] I don't know.

[00:45:44] I don't think so.

[00:45:45] I'm not getting the pop-up at all.

[00:45:47] Okay.

[00:45:48] I don't know.

[00:45:48] It was weird stuttering.

[00:45:50] I was going to say because I was looking at my Steam page and yeah I put like I've put

[00:45:54] over 25 hours into Persona 4 on Steam.

[00:45:57] And I was looking at yours.

[00:45:58] You only put three minutes into it.

[00:46:00] But I'm sure.

[00:46:01] Because I play the Vita version.

[00:46:02] Thousands of hours on your Vita version.

[00:46:05] Yeah.

[00:46:05] Well that's a game that I'm just more comfortable playing like.

[00:46:09] Which just on a handheld.

[00:46:11] That's fair.

[00:46:12] Not behind a computer screen.

[00:46:14] Yeah.

[00:46:14] That's fair.

[00:46:15] I bought it on Steam mostly to support Atlas.

[00:46:17] And then.

[00:46:18] I think I also bought it on Switch.

[00:46:21] Yeah.

[00:46:22] Well I bought it on Steam.

[00:46:24] Yeah.

[00:46:24] Because like people were freaking out about it.

[00:46:25] And I saw the price.

[00:46:26] I was like that's not a bad price for what it is.

[00:46:29] Um.

[00:46:31] And then when I put like my initial like 20 hours into it.

[00:46:34] I got it.

[00:46:35] I totally understood.

[00:46:36] And I was like let me go back and try Persona 5.

[00:46:38] And I was like this is so boring.

[00:46:41] I'm so bored.

[00:46:45] Yeah.

[00:46:46] Five takes a bit to get into.

[00:46:49] Yeah.

[00:46:50] Once you can.

[00:46:50] Five has such a satisfying loop.

[00:46:53] You just have to get to it.

[00:46:55] Yeah.

[00:46:56] One of these days I'll.

[00:46:57] I own Persona 5.

[00:46:58] So one of these days I'll.

[00:46:59] You know.

[00:47:00] Eventually sit down and see what the big fucking deal is.

[00:47:03] But you know.

[00:47:04] I mean.

[00:47:05] I will say.

[00:47:05] What I've played of it.

[00:47:07] Like.

[00:47:07] I like the characters.

[00:47:08] I do like the story.

[00:47:10] The dungeons are fantastic.

[00:47:11] It's just.

[00:47:13] This.

[00:47:13] It's just like a big.

[00:47:14] It's just a lot to do.

[00:47:16] You know.

[00:47:17] Like when.

[00:47:17] Like when you get out of the dungeon.

[00:47:19] Right.

[00:47:20] Like when you beat the first dungeon.

[00:47:21] And then it's like.

[00:47:21] Oh.

[00:47:22] Go do the social sim stuff.

[00:47:23] I just.

[00:47:24] I just get overwhelmed.

[00:47:25] Because in Persona 4.

[00:47:26] It's all like nicely contained.

[00:47:28] Into just like a couple areas.

[00:47:30] And so it's almost just like.

[00:47:31] Oh.

[00:47:31] Let me go see if somebody's here.

[00:47:32] Somebody's there.

[00:47:33] You know.

[00:47:33] And I can kind of prioritize.

[00:47:35] Because on the days.

[00:47:36] It'll be like.

[00:47:36] Oh.

[00:47:37] You'll do like these like.

[00:47:37] Two or three things.

[00:47:39] You know.

[00:47:39] And it's like.

[00:47:39] Oh.

[00:47:39] Which one.

[00:47:40] Is the worth one doing.

[00:47:41] Whereas it feels like with five.

[00:47:42] Five.

[00:47:42] It's almost like quintuple that.

[00:47:44] Like you have like.

[00:47:44] Ten fucking things you could do every day.

[00:47:46] And it's like.

[00:47:47] I don't know how to balance this.

[00:47:48] And I'm just afraid.

[00:47:49] I'm going to do something wrong.

[00:47:50] And fuck the game up.

[00:47:51] 80 hours in.

[00:47:52] And not realize it.

[00:47:53] You know.

[00:47:53] Probably just overthinking it.

[00:47:55] It is to a degree.

[00:47:56] Because five.

[00:47:57] Is a lot more complicated.

[00:47:58] But five also has a lot of.

[00:48:02] Quality of life improvements.

[00:48:03] That make.

[00:48:05] Getting through each day.

[00:48:06] A lot easier than.

[00:48:07] Than it is in like four or three.

[00:48:09] Especially.

[00:48:10] I mean.

[00:48:10] I mean I feel like.

[00:48:11] The days in four.

[00:48:12] Aren't really that bad to get through.

[00:48:14] No.

[00:48:15] Because I don't think they were.

[00:48:16] They're not.

[00:48:17] But like.

[00:48:18] Some things.

[00:48:19] Like if you don't know what you're doing.

[00:48:20] It is very.

[00:48:22] Easy to miss stuff in four.

[00:48:24] Yes.

[00:48:25] I will agree with that one.

[00:48:27] For sure.

[00:48:28] Like if you know.

[00:48:29] If you know the specific route.

[00:48:30] Or like how to do certain things.

[00:48:32] Like four is trivial.

[00:48:33] Like you.

[00:48:33] You'll pretty much finish all your social links.

[00:48:35] Way before.

[00:48:36] You need to.

[00:48:38] Like.

[00:48:38] Okay.

[00:48:38] Because nothing's worse than three.

[00:48:40] Like original three.

[00:48:41] Because three.

[00:48:41] You had to follow such a strict schedule.

[00:48:44] And if you missed one day.

[00:48:45] Your entire game was pretty much.

[00:48:47] Ruined and you weren't going to get.

[00:48:47] You weren't going to get a perfect run.

[00:48:49] Does the.

[00:48:50] Does the remake.

[00:48:51] Fix all that.

[00:48:53] It did to a degree.

[00:48:54] From what I've played.

[00:48:55] I definitely wasn't as stressed.

[00:48:57] As in original three.

[00:48:58] Okay.

[00:48:59] For.

[00:49:00] For a.

[00:49:01] A persona.

[00:49:03] Tenderfoot.

[00:49:03] Like myself.

[00:49:04] For three.

[00:49:05] Would reload.

[00:49:07] Be like.

[00:49:07] The way to go.

[00:49:09] Honestly.

[00:49:10] Yeah.

[00:49:10] Probably.

[00:49:11] In my opinion.

[00:49:12] Okay.

[00:49:13] Because.

[00:49:13] Because people have complained about reload.

[00:49:16] But they've complained about it in ways.

[00:49:18] That's like.

[00:49:18] Well.

[00:49:19] I don't know.

[00:49:20] I haven't played.

[00:49:21] I.

[00:49:21] Like.

[00:49:22] I've never even played persona three.

[00:49:23] Haven't even.

[00:49:24] Haven't even.

[00:49:24] If you haven't played it at all.

[00:49:26] I've never.

[00:49:27] I've never even bought it.

[00:49:28] And had it shoved in a library.

[00:49:29] For like six months man.

[00:49:31] So.

[00:49:32] I don't even have that.

[00:49:35] It's.

[00:49:35] It's probably.

[00:49:36] It's honestly the best.

[00:49:36] Because it uses all of five's.

[00:49:38] Gameplay.

[00:49:39] Enhancements.

[00:49:39] But it's.

[00:49:40] It looks prettier.

[00:49:42] And it's the story.

[00:49:43] That a lot of people like.

[00:49:44] I don't love three story.

[00:49:45] As much as some people do.

[00:49:47] But I also just like four.

[00:49:48] Because four is.

[00:49:49] Sunshine and rainbows.

[00:49:50] So.

[00:49:51] Yeah.

[00:49:51] Four is the one.

[00:49:52] That like.

[00:49:52] One of these days.

[00:49:53] I will.

[00:49:54] That when I decide to finally play through.

[00:49:56] An entire persona.

[00:49:57] It will be four.

[00:49:58] Because I.

[00:49:59] Love the vibe of four.

[00:50:00] Four.

[00:50:00] I love the characters.

[00:50:01] I love the combat.

[00:50:02] Like I love everything about persona four.

[00:50:04] Even the characters I hate.

[00:50:06] Like it's just.

[00:50:07] It's part of the whole experience.

[00:50:09] You know what I mean?

[00:50:10] So.

[00:50:11] Like it's the game.

[00:50:11] I want to see through to the end.

[00:50:13] It's just.

[00:50:13] I'm tired of putting 30 hours into it.

[00:50:15] And then.

[00:50:16] Then putting it off.

[00:50:17] And then just booting it up later.

[00:50:19] Yeah.

[00:50:20] I don't know.

[00:50:21] I don't know.

[00:50:22] Maybe I'll just reload it on steam.

[00:50:24] Kind of a thing.

[00:50:25] But like.

[00:50:27] We'll see.

[00:50:28] We'll see.

[00:50:29] Or even like Xbox or something.

[00:50:30] It's on a.

[00:50:31] Yeah.

[00:50:32] I could get it on there.

[00:50:33] Yeah.

[00:50:33] It was on game pass.

[00:50:35] And I was tempted to download it when it was on game pass.

[00:50:37] But I didn't.

[00:50:39] So.

[00:50:39] Though I wouldn't mind paying 20 bucks for it to have it on there.

[00:50:42] Honestly.

[00:50:42] I probably wouldn't mind.

[00:50:44] True.

[00:50:46] In fact.

[00:50:46] Let me see if it's on sale.

[00:50:49] I don't know why.

[00:50:50] When we just started talking.

[00:50:52] Like.

[00:50:52] This is the most I've talked in like.

[00:50:54] The last day and a half.

[00:50:56] Same.

[00:50:57] And now.

[00:50:58] But like.

[00:50:59] Once we're talking.

[00:50:59] I'm like.

[00:51:00] Am I getting sick?

[00:51:01] Like.

[00:51:01] I don't know why.

[00:51:02] I feel fucking weird.

[00:51:03] Well.

[00:51:04] I just did.

[00:51:04] I feel.

[00:51:05] I feel some sinus flare up here.

[00:51:06] I'm like.

[00:51:07] I'm not getting sick.

[00:51:08] Am I?

[00:51:08] Because I'd rather not.

[00:51:10] Not.

[00:51:10] Not when I actually have like time to chill out.

[00:51:13] That's how it always happens.

[00:51:14] Like.

[00:51:14] You're.

[00:51:14] You're finally free.

[00:51:15] And then you get sick.

[00:51:16] And it's like.

[00:51:16] What the fuck?

[00:51:18] Yeah.

[00:51:18] Not terrible though.

[00:51:19] But.

[00:51:20] I don't know.

[00:51:21] Is what it is.

[00:51:22] Yeah.

[00:51:24] But.

[00:51:24] But yeah.

[00:51:26] Any other major stuff happened recently?

[00:51:29] Or is it.

[00:51:29] It's been pretty quiet.

[00:51:31] Yeah.

[00:51:32] It's that time of year.

[00:51:33] Where it's like.

[00:51:33] It's fairly quiet.

[00:51:35] Like quiet on all the fronts.

[00:51:36] Because there's not much happening.

[00:51:38] Because most people.

[00:51:39] Are like us.

[00:51:40] Where they're just.

[00:51:41] You know.

[00:51:41] Kind of.

[00:51:42] Taking a break until the new year.

[00:51:44] You know.

[00:51:44] It's that period where it's like.

[00:51:46] You don't want to do fucking anything.

[00:51:49] Until.

[00:51:49] Until like.

[00:51:50] We roll around to the new year.

[00:51:52] So.

[00:51:53] Oh yeah.

[00:51:53] Like I.

[00:51:54] Me and Alex.

[00:51:56] Went out today.

[00:51:56] Because we had nothing to do.

[00:51:58] And we were going to just use gift cards and stuff.

[00:52:00] And.

[00:52:02] We had went out.

[00:52:03] And I was surprised at how.

[00:52:04] There wasn't that many people around.

[00:52:05] And then I forgot.

[00:52:06] Because of how.

[00:52:08] Christmas lined up this year.

[00:52:10] A lot of people had to work today.

[00:52:14] No.

[00:52:14] On.

[00:52:14] On Wednesday.

[00:52:16] Yeah.

[00:52:16] Because.

[00:52:17] The way.

[00:52:18] Because Christmas was on Wednesday.

[00:52:19] They.

[00:52:19] Most people got.

[00:52:20] Christmas Eve off.

[00:52:21] And not the day after.

[00:52:23] So a lot of people.

[00:52:23] Yeah.

[00:52:24] Yeah.

[00:52:24] Yeah.

[00:52:24] Well.

[00:52:25] Because apparently.

[00:52:26] In the UK.

[00:52:27] The day after Christmas is called Boxing Day.

[00:52:30] And people tend to get that off.

[00:52:32] But not Christmas Eve off.

[00:52:34] In the UK.

[00:52:35] So they treat it as like.

[00:52:36] You were Christmas Eve.

[00:52:37] But then you get Christmas Day.

[00:52:38] And then the day at Boxing Day off.

[00:52:40] Kind of a thing.

[00:52:41] So.

[00:52:42] Yeah.

[00:52:43] But this is like the first.

[00:52:44] Time I can recall.

[00:52:45] Where it's like.

[00:52:47] The Christmas.

[00:52:48] It's like the Christmas time.

[00:52:49] And.

[00:52:50] Actually have like.

[00:52:51] A fair amount of time off.

[00:52:53] You know.

[00:52:54] Because usually it was like.

[00:52:55] I would get.

[00:52:56] Maybe Christmas Eve off.

[00:52:57] If I was lucky.

[00:52:58] I would get Christmas Day off.

[00:52:59] Maybe the day after.

[00:53:00] If I was lucky.

[00:53:01] Like one of the two.

[00:53:02] And then it would just be.

[00:53:03] Kind of back to work.

[00:53:04] And it would just be.

[00:53:05] Complaining that whole time.

[00:53:06] Like this is the 20th of December.

[00:53:07] This fucking sucks.

[00:53:08] I don't want to do shit.

[00:53:09] Like nobody wants to do shit.

[00:53:11] You know.

[00:53:11] Because nobody really wants to do shit.

[00:53:13] In that awkward.

[00:53:14] Like a week between Christmas and New Year.

[00:53:16] Like we don't really want to do anything.

[00:53:18] No.

[00:53:18] Just kind of want to chill.

[00:53:19] You just want to chill out.

[00:53:20] And be like.

[00:53:20] It's the end of the year.

[00:53:21] Let's just.

[00:53:21] Let's just relax.

[00:53:22] That's why I always take this time of the year off.

[00:53:24] Because I'm always like.

[00:53:25] It's just.

[00:53:26] I like to chill.

[00:53:27] It's quiet.

[00:53:28] Spend time with family.

[00:53:29] And just relax.

[00:53:31] Well.

[00:53:32] I finally have been able to do that.

[00:53:34] And it's.

[00:53:34] It's nice.

[00:53:35] I like.

[00:53:36] So.

[00:53:36] I'll probably do it next year.

[00:53:39] I don't know what my job situation will be next year.

[00:53:41] But hopefully I'll be able to do the same.

[00:53:43] Yeah.

[00:53:43] I don't know either.

[00:53:44] But I think it might be better.

[00:53:46] So.

[00:53:47] It's kind of.

[00:53:47] Again.

[00:53:48] Just waiting to see what happens with that.

[00:53:50] So.

[00:53:51] Yeah.

[00:53:53] Yeah.

[00:53:53] Oh.

[00:53:54] Oh.

[00:53:54] I finally played Bellatro.

[00:53:56] Because.

[00:53:57] Tony gifted it to us.

[00:53:59] And.

[00:53:59] And I completely understand Bellatro now.

[00:54:02] Like why people.

[00:54:04] Flipped out over how fucking great this game is.

[00:54:06] Because.

[00:54:07] It's pretty fucking great.

[00:54:08] Yeah.

[00:54:10] Though.

[00:54:10] I.

[00:54:10] After putting.

[00:54:11] I think it was I put like.

[00:54:12] Five.

[00:54:13] Six hours into it.

[00:54:14] And then.

[00:54:14] I just like.

[00:54:15] Wasn't getting anywhere.

[00:54:17] So I kind of just stopped playing it.

[00:54:18] Because.

[00:54:19] I.

[00:54:19] I had gotten to the point where I was at the end of a run.

[00:54:21] Like.

[00:54:21] Like I was at the final boss.

[00:54:22] Right.

[00:54:23] Because you have like.

[00:54:24] Eight antis.

[00:54:25] Which is basically like.

[00:54:26] You'll have like two.

[00:54:27] Like the small blind.

[00:54:28] The big blind.

[00:54:29] And then the boss.

[00:54:29] And then you just do that eight times.

[00:54:31] And then like.

[00:54:31] You know.

[00:54:31] You build up your jokers.

[00:54:32] And everything.

[00:54:33] So you can score more points.

[00:54:35] And I was at the final one.

[00:54:36] I had a really good joker set.

[00:54:38] Like.

[00:54:38] I was getting like.

[00:54:39] 20.

[00:54:39] 30.

[00:54:39] 30.

[00:54:40] 30.

[00:54:40] 30.

[00:54:40] 30.

[00:54:40] 30.

[00:54:40] 30.

[00:54:40] 30.

[00:54:41] 30.

[00:54:41] 30.

[00:54:41] 30.

[00:54:43] 30.

[00:54:43] I misplayed.

[00:54:45] In the final.

[00:54:45] Uh.

[00:54:46] Antiques.

[00:54:46] I was trying to get rid of a king.

[00:54:48] And instead I played him.

[00:54:51] And I had like.

[00:54:52] I think two hands left.

[00:54:53] And I was like.

[00:54:54] Maybe I can save this.

[00:54:55] And I didn't save it.

[00:54:57] And that was the farthest I had gotten.

[00:54:59] And I had even.

[00:55:01] Gotten close to that since.

[00:55:02] Well.

[00:55:02] The closest I've gotten since was.

[00:55:05] Uh.

[00:55:05] The boss of.

[00:55:06] Anti six.

[00:55:08] So.

[00:55:09] You know.

[00:55:09] I was getting.

[00:55:10] Because.

[00:55:11] As cool as Blatro is.

[00:55:13] It does have.

[00:55:13] A lot of the issues I have with roguelikes.

[00:55:16] Yeah.

[00:55:16] With like deck builders.

[00:55:17] You know.

[00:55:18] Where it's like.

[00:55:18] You build up a pretty decent deck.

[00:55:20] And then you die.

[00:55:20] You lose the whole fucking thing.

[00:55:22] And have to start over again.

[00:55:23] Like.

[00:55:23] I just find that frustrating.

[00:55:24] I really don't find that fun.

[00:55:26] But Blatro was so addicting.

[00:55:28] That I just kind of wanted to keep going.

[00:55:30] To see what more stuff would happen.

[00:55:32] You know.

[00:55:32] Like.

[00:55:32] Maybe I would get a better.

[00:55:34] Set later on.

[00:55:35] Or you know.

[00:55:35] Maybe I could rekindle the magic.

[00:55:38] You know.

[00:55:39] And it's.

[00:55:39] And it's a quick game.

[00:55:40] Like you can.

[00:55:41] Like you can do.

[00:55:41] Like a 20 minute run.

[00:55:43] Get pretty far.

[00:55:44] And then it's like.

[00:55:44] Oh.

[00:55:44] That's Blatro.

[00:55:45] You know.

[00:55:45] And you can kind of move on from it.

[00:55:47] It has like a bite size quality to it.

[00:55:49] It's a very well crafted game.

[00:55:51] It just still suffers from a lot of the.

[00:55:54] Issues with the genres.

[00:55:56] That I have.

[00:55:58] Personally speaking.

[00:56:00] So.

[00:56:01] Nice.

[00:56:01] But it's good.

[00:56:02] I would play it over Slay the Spire.

[00:56:04] Never played Slay the Spire.

[00:56:06] Or Slay the Slyre even.

[00:56:08] And.

[00:56:09] It looks like a game.

[00:56:10] That I would not like at all.

[00:56:12] Yeah.

[00:56:15] Speaking of games.

[00:56:16] I played recently.

[00:56:17] I actually.

[00:56:18] Finally sat down.

[00:56:19] And played a.

[00:56:20] Stanley Parable.

[00:56:20] For like the first time in like.

[00:56:22] Ten years.

[00:56:23] Oh.

[00:56:24] That was on my old.

[00:56:25] Steam account.

[00:56:26] The one that I merged.

[00:56:27] Because I was looking at the stuff.

[00:56:28] I'm like.

[00:56:29] Oh yeah.

[00:56:29] I have Stanley Parable.

[00:56:30] I finally got my five year.

[00:56:32] My five year achievement.

[00:56:34] Honestly.

[00:56:35] I probably could.

[00:56:36] If I booted it up.

[00:56:37] On my old account.

[00:56:38] But probably not on my new account.

[00:56:40] Which I've.

[00:56:41] Thought about doing.

[00:56:42] Because it would be cute.

[00:56:43] But.

[00:56:44] I don't know.

[00:56:45] I don't know.

[00:56:45] If it's really worth doing.

[00:56:46] But.

[00:56:47] I forgot how dumb that game is.

[00:56:48] But I love it at the same time.

[00:56:50] Yeah.

[00:56:50] I think I'd put like.

[00:56:51] I think I remember back in the day.

[00:56:52] I put like.

[00:56:53] Two.

[00:56:54] Three hours in it.

[00:56:54] And I thought I had scraped the game clean.

[00:56:56] I probably didn't.

[00:56:58] Yeah.

[00:56:59] I actually.

[00:56:59] I streamed my whole experience.

[00:57:01] And I was like.

[00:57:02] Trying to find all of the secrets.

[00:57:05] That's definitely a game.

[00:57:06] That's like.

[00:57:06] If you want to do that.

[00:57:07] You're probably just best getting like a guide.

[00:57:10] Yeah.

[00:57:11] I forgot about the adventure line.

[00:57:13] It was my favorite part.

[00:57:15] See.

[00:57:16] I don't remember any of that.

[00:57:17] So.

[00:57:17] Yeah.

[00:57:19] I assume you can't upgrade.

[00:57:21] Your Stanley Parable to the Ultra Deluxe.

[00:57:24] Probably not.

[00:57:25] You just have to pay for the Ultra Deluxe.

[00:57:26] I don't even know how much it is.

[00:57:31] Owners of the original.

[00:57:32] Get it off for the first two weeks.

[00:57:33] We'll pass that.

[00:57:35] Oh yeah.

[00:57:38] See that's the only.

[00:57:39] That's one thing that's annoying about Steam.

[00:57:41] Is it'll say like.

[00:57:41] Oh this game.

[00:57:42] Like you're looking through your library.

[00:57:43] And it'll say like.

[00:57:44] Oh the Ultra Deluxe.

[00:57:45] This version of this is out now.

[00:57:46] And you click it.

[00:57:47] And it doesn't just link you to the store page.

[00:57:49] You know.

[00:57:50] It'd be nice.

[00:57:50] You could just go straight there.

[00:57:51] Like that'd be nice.

[00:57:52] But.

[00:57:53] Oh well.

[00:57:54] Yeah.

[00:57:54] Let's see.

[00:57:55] The Ultra Deluxe.

[00:57:55] It's only $12.50.

[00:57:57] That's not bad.

[00:57:58] That's not awful.

[00:57:59] That's probably.

[00:57:59] You wait for a Steam sale.

[00:58:01] Well when I got.

[00:58:02] Well actually.

[00:58:03] It is on a Steam sale right now.

[00:58:04] Oh.

[00:58:05] Okay.

[00:58:05] Because when I.

[00:58:06] Because when I got.

[00:58:07] The original Stanley Parable was $15.

[00:58:10] Yeah.

[00:58:10] It was not a.

[00:58:11] And I.

[00:58:11] And I.

[00:58:12] But I thought it was a little high.

[00:58:14] Well yeah.

[00:58:15] For what it is.

[00:58:16] Because they're really.

[00:58:16] It's not as big as it.

[00:58:18] Could be.

[00:58:21] Yeah.

[00:58:21] But I think that's part of the point.

[00:58:23] So.

[00:58:23] True.

[00:58:24] Yeah.

[00:58:24] I just threw it on my wish list.

[00:58:25] Who knows.

[00:58:28] Yeah.

[00:58:29] Like that's another issue I have with Steam.

[00:58:31] Is that trying to find like.

[00:58:33] Games on here.

[00:58:34] Unless you know what you're looking for.

[00:58:36] Just like browsing through it.

[00:58:37] Is a fucking nightmare.

[00:58:39] Oh yeah.

[00:58:39] There's just too much shit on Steam.

[00:58:42] Too much shit.

[00:58:43] Which yeah.

[00:58:43] Has its own issue.

[00:58:44] So it's like you have to like.

[00:58:46] Know exactly what you want.

[00:58:48] Because like.

[00:58:48] How they curate games for you.

[00:58:50] I think it's fucking terrible.

[00:58:52] Like this is the most critical Steam.

[00:58:54] I've ever been in my life.

[00:58:55] But it has its.

[00:58:57] It has.

[00:58:57] Basically it's like.

[00:58:58] If you know what game you have.

[00:59:00] Or if you have games already.

[00:59:02] It works perfectly.

[00:59:03] But.

[00:59:04] The act of getting new games.

[00:59:07] Is a pain in the ass.

[00:59:08] Unless.

[00:59:08] Unless it's like.

[00:59:09] You've seen it somewhere else.

[00:59:10] And you're like.

[00:59:10] Oh just let me go to the Steam page real quick.

[00:59:12] You know.

[00:59:14] But.

[00:59:15] It is what it is.

[00:59:15] Yeah.

[00:59:16] What's up with that point shop.

[00:59:17] I think I have points.

[00:59:18] I don't even know what you spend them on.

[00:59:20] Yeah.

[00:59:20] I have no idea.

[00:59:21] To be honest.

[00:59:23] Yeah.

[00:59:23] Because.

[00:59:24] Weren't they.

[00:59:25] I'm sure they still do things with like.

[00:59:26] Oh you have like cards.

[00:59:27] And I'm like.

[00:59:27] Who the fuck cares about these cards.

[00:59:29] Is that like a thing.

[00:59:30] Like.

[00:59:31] Yeah.

[00:59:32] I don't know.

[00:59:32] Like I like.

[00:59:33] Like at least with Microsoft.

[00:59:34] They have like the reward point system.

[00:59:36] Where if you build up enough.

[00:59:37] It's like oh you can like redeem.

[00:59:39] Like a gift card.

[00:59:40] Like an Xbox gift card.

[00:59:41] Which is nice.

[00:59:42] I mean Nintendo.

[00:59:43] Kind of does that too.

[00:59:44] With the gold coins.

[00:59:45] Like.

[00:59:46] You'll get maybe like five bucks off.

[00:59:47] Every now and then.

[00:59:49] Yeah.

[00:59:49] Xbox is a little bit more generous.

[00:59:51] With the points they give you.

[00:59:52] Yeah.

[00:59:52] Like even.

[00:59:53] Even when I gifted games to people.

[00:59:55] I got the points for them.

[00:59:57] That's always nice.

[00:59:58] Yeah.

[00:59:59] That was nice of them.

[01:00:00] So.

[01:00:00] Yeah.

[01:00:00] I have 30,000 Steam points.

[01:00:03] And it's like.

[01:00:04] Oh you can like.

[01:00:05] Add like.

[01:00:06] Little like.

[01:00:07] Profile backgrounds.

[01:00:08] And I'm like.

[01:00:09] Do people use these?

[01:00:10] I'm sure somebody does.

[01:00:12] But.

[01:00:13] It's not me.

[01:00:15] Yeah.

[01:00:16] I even have.

[01:00:17] I don't even have all the achievements.

[01:00:18] In a Steam game.

[01:00:19] At least on this account.

[01:00:20] Out.

[01:00:21] I'm missing two.

[01:00:23] On 7th Guest.

[01:00:24] 25th Anniversary Edition.

[01:00:26] I'm debating on going back.

[01:00:28] Like.

[01:00:29] Apparently they're missing.

[01:00:30] Or like.

[01:00:31] Hidden achievements.

[01:00:32] But I might.

[01:00:32] I'm.

[01:00:33] I'm debating.

[01:00:34] Just finding out what those are.

[01:00:36] And just figuring out how to get them.

[01:00:37] Just to.

[01:00:38] Just to do it.

[01:00:39] Because I didn't like the 7th Guest.

[01:00:41] But.

[01:00:42] That might be.

[01:00:42] It might be spoilers for when we play.

[01:00:44] The 3D version.

[01:00:45] But.

[01:00:47] So.

[01:00:48] I'm pretty sure this game came out on 3D.

[01:00:49] Yeah.

[01:00:49] I think so.

[01:00:51] Yeah.

[01:00:51] Or maybe it was CDI.

[01:00:53] I don't know.

[01:00:53] We'll find out.

[01:00:54] It may be both.

[01:00:56] Very well could be both.

[01:00:58] So.

[01:00:59] Yeah.

[01:01:00] Yeah.

[01:01:00] I think I have all the Army Men's on Steam.

[01:01:05] I think I do now.

[01:01:06] Thank you.

[01:01:07] Yeah.

[01:01:07] No worries.

[01:01:07] Because I had the first one.

[01:01:09] And then you're just like.

[01:01:10] Oh.

[01:01:10] Why are the other ones?

[01:01:11] Yeah.

[01:01:12] Here's two in Toys in Space.

[01:01:13] Have fun.

[01:01:14] Yeah.

[01:01:14] Let me see.

[01:01:15] Real quick.

[01:01:17] Army Men.

[01:01:17] I have Army Men RTS.

[01:01:19] Which.

[01:01:19] I mean.

[01:01:20] That game.

[01:01:20] It's a buck fifty.

[01:01:21] And it's a fucking great game.

[01:01:22] Oh yeah.

[01:01:24] There's a game called Green Army Men.

[01:01:26] Which I don't think is.

[01:01:27] I don't think that's really.

[01:01:28] Yeah.

[01:01:29] God.

[01:01:30] I hope not.

[01:01:31] And then.

[01:01:32] Yeah.

[01:01:32] Army Men.

[01:01:32] Army Men 2.

[01:01:33] And Toys in Space.

[01:01:34] Which yeah.

[01:01:35] I mean.

[01:01:35] To be fair.

[01:01:36] They're all pretty cheap.

[01:01:37] So.

[01:01:37] Oh yeah.

[01:01:38] Yeah.

[01:01:40] I think that.

[01:01:41] I think that's it.

[01:01:42] I'm just going to keep rambling.

[01:01:44] Yeah.

[01:01:45] We got an hour out of this one.

[01:01:47] So that's not too bad.

[01:01:49] Yeah.

[01:01:50] But I think.

[01:01:51] Before we sign off.

[01:01:53] I think next week.

[01:01:54] Will be the final episode of the year.

[01:01:56] We're probably going to.

[01:01:58] Go over.

[01:01:58] Just kind of some stuff for next year.

[01:02:00] What our plans are.

[01:02:02] Maybe.

[01:02:02] Some of my favorite moments.

[01:02:03] Or something.

[01:02:05] Maybe we'll try to get guests on.

[01:02:07] Yeah.

[01:02:07] It'll be like a year interview.

[01:02:08] We're not going to do anything too crazy.

[01:02:10] Nah.

[01:02:10] And then we'll start next year off.

[01:02:12] Bringing back games.

[01:02:13] And going.

[01:02:13] Pretty much going forward.

[01:02:15] So.

[01:02:15] Oh yeah.

[01:02:16] Oh yeah.

[01:02:17] We do have some plans.

[01:02:19] In the works.

[01:02:20] So.

[01:02:21] Things to look forward to.

[01:02:23] But.

[01:02:24] Anyways guys.

[01:02:53] We learned many a thing.

[01:02:54] I have no idea.

[01:02:55] What Hellblade.

[01:02:56] Or Helldivers is.

[01:02:59] Yeah.

[01:03:00] We found Bill's drinking limit.

[01:03:03] Yeah.
