[00:03:08] on what games we've been playing. American Tony Hawk's pro skater is Tony Hawk American. I think he is too. He's like, California probably. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah Yeah, man, that's that's exactly how you sell it to me though I really love Tony Hawk like it's it was like my childhood It was the only game I played on the Dreamcast really that was just the Tony Hawk machine for me And each level has like a high score. There is a campaign

[00:04:22] But like if you just want to go in and. I like trophy hunting. But some of these stuff, it's like beat the level in like two minutes and 30 seconds, and my time's like five, and I was like, I don't know. Oh man, speaking of the trophy hunting and achievement hunting, this game's achievements are insanely hard. Like getting, we'll have to talk about it whenever we get there, but are you playing anything else?

[00:05:43] I just finished playing a Plague Tale Requiem

[00:05:45] for the second time.

[00:05:47] I played that on Game Pass, You don't have to listen to me talk about it for 40 minutes again. Like I've been doing every week for two months now. But the story is just so good. And every time, it's getting to the point where if I'm not at 100% attention level, I'm like, I'm just gonna put this down because I want to absorb every hair follicle on Kiryu's face.

[00:07:02] I can't get over it.

[00:07:03] It's so fun for me.

[00:07:05] That's how I was with Baldur's Gate 3.

[00:07:07] I was just like, oh, I'll just restart. It's fine. And I restarted like four hours back. And I was like, I fell to my knees. Like it was one of the worst feelings. I've never saved scum in a game before, but that game I did.

First of all, I have my PS3 solely because I want to play Green Day Rock Band whenever I want. I love Green Day Rock Band. It's so good. And Green Day Rock Band was what got me into the 21st century album, which

[00:09:42] is pretty good. I probably wouldn't have Oh, it's just a really funny show. But the band that actually makes the music is touring, and they're coming through Oklahoma, and that shocked me to death. I'm so excited. And they're coming through with Dragon Force. Do you remember the Through the Fire and Flame song on Guitar Hero 3? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Those guys. Yeah, so everyone's going to be there like,

[00:13:23] It's such a waste of money and I feel like I got robbed. I feel like I got robbed with buying the premium edition day one and it's the last time I bought

[00:13:30] The base game is really fun.

[00:13:31] I'm a huge D&D fan as we were talking about Baldur's Gate.

[00:13:35] But the DLC is like four different bosses and I get Dungeons and Dragons.

[00:13:42] It's a dungeon crawl but basically it's the same mission four times just on a harder difficulty.

[00:13:46] Oh no. The Terminator game and this is the game like the same guys this that was their previous game So RoboCop just looks like so much fun. Have you seen anything about this game? I? Haven't really checked it out. I feel like it came out during like wasn't it the tail end of last year. I Think it was somewhere in last year, but last year was a bloodbath. So that's why I only just now picked it up

And I was like, okay, so are we gonna like go over the shortcuts before we play? Or are you just gonna fucking wreck me? She's like, oh, I'm gonna wreck you because you do that to me all the time in NBA 2K. And I'm like, okay. So. So vengeance.

[00:41:42] It is deceptively hard from how it looks.

[00:41:45] It looks like just a little birthday hat, and it was purple, and then she had the coolest stuff ever. She had a penguin. She had a penguin that moved, and then I was like, and she had flashing lights and everything, I was like, this isn't even golf balling. What are you doing?

[00:43:02] and you can tell the people who have played the game

[00:43:04] for years, and they've spent so much money on it,

[00:43:06] because they're flashing, I got a little steam review that we can read the first one my first discussion points being golf and it is a steam review from zirku and they made a golf man out of did it collision mode on because, you know, I was like, oh, that's how we would play if we went to the golf course, like together. And she was like, oh, okay. I regretted that like so soon.

[00:45:40] And I guess she would like hit me out of the way all the time.

[00:45:46] Like, I don't even get mad at them, but every now and then he'd mess up. I do that in Rocket League all the time. And my fiance's like, you should not be doing that. You're gonna piss them off. And I was like, what are they gonna do? Band me on Rocket League for saying, this is Rocket League every time we make a goal.

[00:48:20] I would just hit it slightly like six times until I immediately I'm like, why? Why did that happen? Now I have a double bogey. Yeah, I feel that. [00:50:57] I have truthfully never finished a game of Monopoly.

[00:51:00] And there was this one time, it was a high school,

[00:51:07] we started playing Monopoly at like 6 p.m. again. That game really, it's very brutal, especially if you're playing with specific types of people like me, because I'm the kind of guy that's like, I will stubbornly not make deals unless you're going to give me way too much. And I will make the game last forever. But games never last forever because usually everyone's just like, yeah, you want to play

[00:52:24] I know this is not a good always just, every time I got near the basketball hoop, I would always go a little far away from it, just straight at it, and then just keep trying over and over again until, and eventually I kinda got the hang of the distance and how far you go to jump,

[00:53:42] as soon as you hit the ball and you can jump,

[00:53:43] and that's not normally turned on.

[00:53:45] You can turn that on on the golf too, You said you didn't play this one? No, I think I rage-queed. I wanted to try the basketball mode. I was like, let's try it. And if this isn't it, I'm done. Uninstall. So we never made it to hockey. Yeah, Melissa was not good at it. She probably got like four or five different 14s, where she bottomed out. She just couldn't make it in there. I didn't blame her.

[00:55:00] I was like, this is, I don't know.

[00:55:02] But the hockey, hockey is kind of cool,

[00:55:04] because it's just so much weird shit. And my biggest problem with this game is I can't really tell how hard I need to hit the ball because I don't know how the obstacle is going to react. Like I've gone up a hill, the ball never came back down.

[00:56:22] I was like, are you kidding me?

[00:56:23] How am I supposed to predict that?

[00:56:26] There's so much things that you definitely towards the edge of its, what is it, event horizon, the ball won't go into the black hole, it'll just warp around. So it'll like slingshot you kinda? Yeah, and how am I supposed to know that the first time? And then Jess does it, and I was like, are you kidding me? She's like, oh yeah, it does that. I was like, again, we did not discuss

[00:57:44] There's this one level specifically

[00:57:46] where you have to use the black hole,

[00:57:48] you have to shoot it in the right spot. But it's really cool. And the Pachinko levels are really fun too.

[00:59:01] So you play this on Game Pass. I think on Steam, there's a Steam workshop for this.

[00:59:05] So you can make custom levels.

[00:59:07] That sounds so yeah, agree. I'd rather be in a volcano in real life than go through that course again.
