So, it's so funny because it's like it's like if you're I want to say it's not like fourth wall breaking, but it does break the fourth wall where you're it's like you're watching a play where the characters find out they're in a play, but then you realize it's not about the characters in the play. It's about you in the audience watching the play happen as they figure out what's happening. It's like there's so many weird steps to it.

[00:12:24] It didn't matter what it did matter what any of these other games were because 70% of I've just been playing Resident Evil 4 the separate ways DLC and well I beat it. So I beat near on top and I beat separate ways. I'm going on a fucking rampage. Mostly I just wanted to leech it off my hard drive. Man dude, Resident Evil 4 is so fucking good. A lot of people are really pissed off at the game awards right now. But a lot of people are mad that Resident Evil 4 got nominated for game of the year and it's like a remake, like in quotes.

[00:16:22] And one sitting like back to back,

[00:16:24] as to as, and then I won again.

[00:16:26] And I was like, oh, I'm a fucking,

[00:16:28] I'm a menace. I've never been more serious about how I'm gonna die this turn.

[00:17:44] I'm gonna win. I'm gonna beat this. I'm gonna so many of those debuffs because I would couldn't kill him. Well there's so many cards that are like that let you destroy those debuff debuffs though

[00:19:04] especially if you're the ironclad like there's a free dagger at the beginning of my turn. And I'd already done that twice in that fire. So now I've got three. And then it's like, I had this move that was called the finisher, this card called the finisher where it does like nine damage times however many attacks you've played and each of those daggers are free

[00:20:21] and count as an attack.

[00:20:22] So I did like 280 damage because I,

[00:20:26] and I had them like weakened.

[00:20:28] Oh my God, dude. every time. That's one thing that I was really thinking about whenever I was playing this game is that how much it reminded me of inscription. Because inscription is the exact same way where, well, inscription isn't, it is a kind of pseudo roguelike, but it has a narrative that is constantly moving forward. And so as you move to the different chapters of inscription, you get different decks with

[00:21:42] different play styles and different rules.

[00:21:44] So it is like, it is just like this I took it and then I put the card in there that says draw three and then discard one. Cause I was like, this looks, this sounds good.

[00:23:00] Hopefully this will make whoever this is happy.

[00:23:02] And then I left and I was like, wait a minute,

[00:23:08] You're like, if this run isn't going well, like it's chance base, but always grab that dagger because I think it's like a, it's free too or maybe one cost. It was real low. So it's like a free attack that scales if you use it the last time. So it kind of sucks that it takes up a spot in your deck, but it can get so good late game if you get early on. And I used to love getting that, especially

[00:24:21] with the ironclad because you can buff your strength with it and just blows them up. It's, it's crazy. The amount of synergies you can get going and the whenever I was the ninja I had, because you get relics in this game, I had all three relics that give you block. I had the anchor for first turn and then I had the spoiler for the second one and then I had what is it? The, the, the captain's wheel for the third one and then I eventually towards the end

[00:25:42] of the run, I got one that said, if I enjoy playing it too, but it's very glass cannon. I feel like you're either blowing them up or you're blown up. Well, that's what I was saying. That was the game where Don Tre was watching me and I'm like, I'm so dead. It's over. And then I'm like, I'm living. I dude, I had like two HP for like two fights. Like I was like, and then I finally game like when it first came out. That's as far as I've made it. So not too much to report except the game seems nice so far. Yeah, it's very chill. I want to play. You know what's really holding me back from playing the Switch is that I can't stream it. You know what I mean? Get a capture card if you want to do that. Yeah, I'll get a better computer and then just emulate your Switch games on your PC.

[01:01:47] It was just everything moved in slow motion. above ground with like what you need to be doing to play. Like the underground, you did more of that. So you talk about it. So the UI and the controls are not great underground. They're so bad, they feel so bad to use. Yeah, I got used to it after fucking six, five hours after, at the end I was like, okay, I can kind of manage down here.

Like once I got going, I'm like, Bam, you just, you just do this stuff. Yeah. Yeah, I got used to it after a little bit, but it was mostly like, so whenever this

[01:04:22] game suffers from like, since we are both doing the same base and everything we're sharing to brave the dungeon to kill your dungeon heart. They can't make it in. And we lost because I had all the units upstairs. The traps weren't in the right position because there were four different entrances to our dungeon. So yeah, so when we first started, there was only one engine entrance. So I put like a million traps in that one entrance. And then as Philip

[01:05:43] went around the top area, he unlocked more and more entrances to our dungeon, probably engine entrance before they blew up our heart and killed us and we lost like 40 minutes of gameplay. We were very disheartened. Dude, I was, I don't know if you can tell, but I was raging. I was like, I don't even know. I don't know where they came from. How did they get past you? Like you're raging war up there. That's the other thing is like, I'm

[01:07:03] way too warm there. But like the maps are so big and the units are so slow and even the We have fields weird. It's weirdly simple, but also not that fine. Yeah. It's weird. I wonder if the game would be more fun if we both had our own dungeons. I feel like it would even because or if we had our own little snots or even if we share the same dungeon space or something like that. I don't know. Like, like if we were both underground, but

[01:08:24] our dungeons weren't connected or something like that. And depending on how the walls are placed, they become more or less efficient. Yeah, I actually wonder if it gets to a point where it's like, if a room is too big, does it become less efficient? Maybe I don't know. That was the weird thing is because Philip kept extending rooms, but I was just building new rooms.
