[00:00:00] Hey guys! On this very special episode of Gaming Collecting, we are celebrating our 200th episode! Can you believe it? We've been doing this show for, god, almost 5 years, 200 episodes. Crazy time, but anyways, for this episode we decided to bring in our other fellow co-hosts from the other GNC shows, both Thrak and Matt from 3DO and Geek Addicts respectively. And we kinda wanted to do a Q&A, kinda just shoot the shit for a little bit, talk about some stuff, watch some cringe.
[00:00:28] It was a good time, awesome, fun, fun moments. Alex killed the stress ball. You'll have to wait and see. Be sure to check out the video version as well for this one, it is truly something. But anyways guys, on with the episode.
[00:00:45] You started.
[00:01:07] Yes I did! How you been Alex? This is episode 200 of GNC.
[00:01:13] I wanna go home.
[00:01:16] Great!
[00:01:16] I'm scared!
[00:01:17] But you are home.
[00:01:20] Oh shit!
[00:01:23] So...
[00:01:23] She just slowly does this to her webcam.
[00:01:28] No way!
[00:01:32] We're off to a great start.
[00:01:33] I do all the time.
[00:01:34] Yeah, I love the privacy shutter. It's great.
[00:01:37] I don't think I have one.
[00:01:37] You're like half.
[00:01:39] I don't think we have one.
[00:01:40] Yeah, we don't have that.
[00:01:41] Oh yeah, cause we have...
[00:01:41] We have a little different webcam.
[00:01:44] We have the $40 Best Buy edition.
[00:01:46] Wait, who has that?
[00:01:47] Who are these voices?
[00:01:48] Wait, who are these voices you're hearing?
[00:01:50] We should introduce...
[00:01:51] What?
[00:01:51] I'm in your head.
[00:01:53] Are you in my conscience?
[00:01:56] What's it going?
[00:01:56] We should probably introduce our friends for this episode.
[00:02:00] So...
[00:02:00] This is, as I said earlier, this is the 200th episode of GNC.
[00:02:03] Me and Alex have been doing this for four, almost five years.
[00:02:07] Five.
[00:02:07] Five.
[00:02:08] Yeah, good question.
[00:02:09] And you only just now got exposure.
[00:02:15] Oh boy.
[00:02:16] But we thought it would be really cool because as a brand, GNC has expanded over the last couple
[00:02:24] of years and we now are...
[00:02:25] We're part of a bigger network that we'll get into...
[00:02:28] We'll mention them later in the episode cause they are a big part of everything nowadays.
[00:02:33] But as a studio, like, creation group, we've expanded quite a bit.
[00:02:38] And I'd like to say for this episode that we brought on both of the co-hosts of our additional
[00:02:42] two shows.
[00:02:43] We've got Thrak from 3DO.
[00:02:45] How you doing, Thrak?
[00:02:46] Hi, I'm here.
[00:02:47] How are you, Bill?
[00:02:48] Doing good.
[00:02:48] And then we also...
[00:02:49] It's snowing over here.
[00:02:51] Oh, is it?
[00:02:51] What?
[00:02:52] Yeah, it's been snowing all day.
[00:02:53] It's crazy.
[00:02:55] Yeah.
[00:02:55] My God.
[00:02:56] But it's not like...
[00:02:57] It's not sticking to the roads or anything.
[00:02:59] It hasn't been that cold.
[00:03:00] But, you know, the grass and, you know, the roof and the cars.
[00:03:04] And then the zabbity-zubity.
[00:03:06] Yeah, the normal stuff.
[00:03:08] But I like it.
[00:03:10] I'm that weirdo who enjoys it.
[00:03:11] For now.
[00:03:12] You can have it right now.
[00:03:14] I don't want to...
[00:03:14] That's fine.
[00:03:15] I mean, it might be coming your way.
[00:03:17] Oh, no.
[00:03:18] We're not.
[00:03:19] So...
[00:03:20] It's raining right now.
[00:03:21] We're gonna stick with that.
[00:03:22] Yeah, yeah, it was.
[00:03:23] We also got Matt from Geek Addicts.
[00:03:25] How you doing, Matt?
[00:03:27] Hola.
[00:03:29] How's it going?
[00:03:30] Oh, my stuff.
[00:03:32] Oh.
[00:03:33] It's...
[00:03:34] It is going.
[00:03:35] It's been...
[00:03:36] It's been a month.
[00:03:37] Like, we're already almost done with November.
[00:03:39] And it's gonna be December pretty soon.
[00:03:41] I have yet to Christmas shop.
[00:03:43] I don't know what to do for Christmas.
[00:03:45] It's great.
[00:03:47] I only just started shopping for my kids this morning.
[00:03:50] Good for me.
[00:03:51] Yeah, I haven't done Christmas shopping yet either.
[00:03:54] I probably will in a week or so.
[00:03:58] Yeah.
[00:03:58] I was gonna try and get some...
[00:03:59] I like to get past Thanksgiving before I start thinking about that.
[00:04:02] So...
[00:04:03] Call me crazy.
[00:04:04] I like...
[00:04:05] I like to get a few things done, like, before we hit December.
[00:04:10] Just because December is like when it just becomes a hellhole out there.
[00:04:13] Like, you'll go to a store and it's just pandemonium.
[00:04:16] I remember when...
[00:04:17] I just online shop.
[00:04:18] I don't go in stores.
[00:04:19] True.
[00:04:20] Some things it's easier just to go in though.
[00:04:22] Like, I like to get cards and like bags and stuff for the gifts.
[00:04:26] Like, I like to go in person.
[00:04:28] I remember last year I was gonna get Alex a couple manga volumes like last minute.
[00:04:32] And then like, I went into the Barnes & Noble and the line was like a wrap around the store.
[00:04:35] And I just said, the books you're already getting, Alex, are good enough.
[00:04:39] Sorry.
[00:04:40] And I walked around.
[00:04:40] Yeah!
[00:04:41] I need more!
[00:04:45] It's stuff she already has.
[00:04:48] Classic.
[00:04:50] No.
[00:04:51] But...
[00:04:51] How many volumes of One Piece do you really need?
[00:04:54] I have all of them.
[00:04:55] Well, I have all the three and ones.
[00:04:58] I still need the newest three and one, which I don't think is out yet.
[00:05:01] No, I think the last one came out right around Christmas last year.
[00:05:05] So it's been a while.
[00:05:06] So I need another volume.
[00:05:07] I need to get...
[00:05:08] I need to give Xander some more of those.
[00:05:10] He's only up to Skype you.
[00:05:12] Nice.
[00:05:15] Yeah.
[00:05:16] I have no idea.
[00:05:17] Quite a few still.
[00:05:18] Yeah, quite a bit.
[00:05:20] It's a quick watch!
[00:05:21] I just know there's a guy with a straw hat and it's way too long.
[00:05:24] That's all I know.
[00:05:25] No, no, no.
[00:05:25] It's pretty quick.
[00:05:26] You can do it in a day.
[00:05:30] If I could pause fucking time, maybe.
[00:05:34] You know what's funny is that there's a YouTuber, totally not Mark, who does that.
[00:05:38] He does manga reviews.
[00:05:40] And he just put out a video recently where he tried to read all of One Piece in 24 hours.
[00:05:45] He couldn't do it!
[00:05:46] By the end, he just looked hollowed out.
[00:05:52] Imagine having to write that shit.
[00:05:54] Holy crap.
[00:05:56] Oda's a machine.
[00:05:57] He's actually taking a break right now because his editors are telling him to.
[00:06:01] Good.
[00:06:04] It's kind of...
[00:06:05] Isn't Netflix doing that like they're going to condense it or something?
[00:06:08] Or Netflix is going to be like, here, we'll give you the stuff you really need.
[00:06:12] Which is like maybe 30% of it.
[00:06:16] Maybe.
[00:06:17] Yeah.
[00:06:17] They're basically Kaia-fying it.
[00:06:19] Yeah.
[00:06:20] I'll probably watch it then.
[00:06:21] But with new animators.
[00:06:22] I'll try it then.
[00:06:24] Yeah.
[00:06:24] It's like a lot of...
[00:06:26] You know, there's some stuff that's stretched out.
[00:06:28] I think we can agree after watching it.
[00:06:30] There's definitely some fights and stuff that probably could have been a little shorter.
[00:06:35] I mean, 200 episodes for the Wano arc.
[00:06:38] Like as good as the Wano arc was, that's a lot.
[00:06:41] It's a lot.
[00:06:43] There was a lot of content though in the Wano arc.
[00:06:46] It's tough.
[00:06:46] I'm not arguing that.
[00:06:47] It could be shorter.
[00:06:48] It could be shorter.
[00:06:49] I agree.
[00:06:50] I mean, yeah.
[00:06:51] Like it just seems like it's just like, oh, it's like just pirate shit.
[00:06:53] And I'm like, that sounds awesome.
[00:06:55] No.
[00:06:55] But it's like...
[00:06:56] Well, there's more than that.
[00:06:57] Yeah.
[00:06:58] But like...
[00:06:58] But I like...
[00:06:59] No, but I like pirate shit.
[00:07:01] That's the thing.
[00:07:01] Well, yeah.
[00:07:02] That's there too.
[00:07:03] But it's like, I see how long it is.
[00:07:06] It's what it is.
[00:07:06] And I'm like, I don't want to get sucked into this.
[00:07:08] No.
[00:07:08] It's fine.
[00:07:09] I still haven't watched all of Trek.
[00:07:11] Okay.
[00:07:11] And Trek isn't nearly as bad as this.
[00:07:15] So I don't know.
[00:07:15] No, Trek's pretty long.
[00:07:17] True.
[00:07:18] But like it's broken up a lot better.
[00:07:20] And it's not just one continuous story.
[00:07:23] It's just like each series kind of has its own thing.
[00:07:27] Yeah.
[00:07:28] So.
[00:07:28] So it's actually kind of funny.
[00:07:30] Like Alex brought up one piece going back to like the first episode of GNC.
[00:07:35] Alex actually makes the comment in it that she's going to start watching one piece.
[00:07:39] Yeah.
[00:07:40] I had not.
[00:07:40] Oh, that's when you started.
[00:07:42] Yeah.
[00:07:42] I watched it during like, it was still pretty much COVID times.
[00:07:46] So I started watching it.
[00:07:48] So.
[00:07:48] Yeah.
[00:07:48] Cause we started the show like right at the start of 2021.
[00:07:52] So we were still kind of in that weird, like the world was opening up again, but it
[00:07:57] was still kind of like, it wasn't open, but it was.
[00:08:02] It's 21 was like, it was like the people who were just saying like, screw it.
[00:08:07] At that point where people were just letting them be.
[00:08:10] And the ones who still wanted to stay in, they were still okay with letting them say it was
[00:08:14] basically like whatever dumb viewpoint you had, you were, you were just going to be treated.
[00:08:18] Essentially.
[00:08:19] It wasn't like 2020, you know?
[00:08:20] I mean, I, that's the thing.
[00:08:22] Like when COVID happened, I was still working like my retail job.
[00:08:24] So my life didn't change at all.
[00:08:27] Uh, me and Matt, me and Matt worked through the whole thing.
[00:08:29] Yeah.
[00:08:29] Commutes got easier.
[00:08:31] Yeah.
[00:08:32] I remember driving, it was nothing.
[00:08:33] And then like at the, at the start, it was like crazy busy.
[00:08:37] Like it was the busiest I've ever seen that place ever.
[00:08:39] And then it was, and then yeah, for quite a few months, it was just absolute dead.
[00:08:44] So, and it was weird.
[00:08:46] It was very weird, but.
[00:08:47] You know, what was fucking surreal was, um, I think at this point, Alex was already out
[00:08:53] of state, but like in like the, the dead of summer during 2020, the Plymouth waterfront
[00:08:59] was like a ghost town.
[00:09:00] It was fucking bizarre.
[00:09:03] I'm like, that's a huge tourist spot in the summer.
[00:09:06] Yeah.
[00:09:06] Seeing, seeing all of that stuff, like, like everywhere, just being completely empty was,
[00:09:10] was very strange.
[00:09:12] You were, Alex was home a little bit during 2020 cause she had come back cause she was
[00:09:16] in Texas for a little while.
[00:09:18] Yeah.
[00:09:18] Well, I was, I had, my job had rotated me to Texas.
[00:09:21] So I basically lived there for a month because I moved there in February of 2020.
[00:09:27] And then I lived there in March, 2020 ended in the world fucking ended.
[00:09:31] And they were basically like, you should go home because we don't know if you're going
[00:09:35] to be able to like see your family if you don't leave soon.
[00:09:38] So I was like, shit.
[00:09:40] So I like literally had moved, lived there for a month and then had to move back home.
[00:09:44] And then, and then they fired everyone in the program I was in, which sucked.
[00:09:49] So you didn't get fired.
[00:09:51] Yeah.
[00:09:51] At least you got out before that happened.
[00:09:53] So, so when they honestly, who really wasn't like Texas?
[00:09:55] Well, no, no.
[00:09:56] Well, I was, I was still working there and I still had to, I was renting the apartment
[00:10:01] still.
[00:10:01] And then they laid us all off while I was at home, but still stuck in my lease.
[00:10:05] So I was like, can you at least pay for the lease?
[00:10:07] And I had to like basically threaten them legally.
[00:10:11] And then they paid for the, yeah, it was bad.
[00:10:13] No, but did they make you go home?
[00:10:15] Like right when everything shut down?
[00:10:17] Yeah.
[00:10:18] Basically right before everything shut down.
[00:10:21] And then I worked there for like two, like until June from home.
[00:10:26] And then in June, they like fired everyone.
[00:10:30] Yeah.
[00:10:30] Cause I remember, um, um, Alex and our mother, they had to, um,
[00:10:36] Incognito, like go down there to get all of her stuff and then get back to like Connecticut.
[00:10:41] Like, well, mom basically flew down.
[00:10:45] Um, and then we packed just the essentials from my apartment.
[00:10:49] And then we drove back because I didn't want to leave my car there in Texas.
[00:10:55] So you drove back and then like, yeah, it was, it was, that must, that must have been
[00:10:59] a surreal drive.
[00:11:00] Oh, it was a very like creepy eerie drive.
[00:11:03] It was very, it was not, it was not a fun road trip.
[00:11:07] Uh,
[00:11:08] How fast were you guys going?
[00:11:09] Cause I know nobody was on the road to stop you.
[00:11:11] Uh, we, yeah, we were going pretty quick.
[00:11:14] Um, there was like, I remember like, there was no cops.
[00:11:17] There's no anyone's like every time we stopped at the gas station, like everyone was like
[00:11:21] freaked out and everything.
[00:11:23] Cause right when it happened, like it was such a weird, very weird experience.
[00:11:27] Cause nobody knew what to do.
[00:11:29] Yeah.
[00:11:30] Like I was still, I was still in college at the time.
[00:11:33] And I'd like, I was at college, like the day they like shut everything down.
[00:11:37] And when we were in class, everyone was like saying, they're like, Oh, we think they're
[00:11:40] going to like, we're here and they're going to like shut the school down and go online
[00:11:43] with all this COVID stuff.
[00:11:44] And, and it was just a lot of like chat.
[00:11:46] And then I came home that day and I was like, I'm pretty sure it's what they're going to
[00:11:50] do.
[00:11:50] And I looked at my email and they said, yep, all online, which weirdly enough worked out
[00:11:55] for me because I had set up my, my school schedule and my work schedule really like an idiot.
[00:12:00] Cause I was just like, Oh, I'll go to school for a couple hours and I'll go to work or like,
[00:12:05] I'll go to work for an hour, go to school, come back.
[00:12:07] Like I really booked myself into a shoot.
[00:12:11] And, um, and thankfully with the online, it cleared all that up.
[00:12:14] So it was, it was much easier for me to get my degree because I just do it on here.
[00:12:18] And of course, you know, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna, I'm not admitting to this, but it was a
[00:12:25] lot easier to do courses online at the beginning of the pandemic.
[00:12:29] I'm not saying I did anything wrong, but you know, it was new for everyone.
[00:12:35] So I think it's totally understandable.
[00:12:38] No, by the end of it, once I finally got my like current degree that I'm, you know, have
[00:12:42] with my current job, like they had all the kind of stuff set in place, like lockdown browsers
[00:12:47] and everything.
[00:12:47] They learned like, well, according to, um, one of my professors who was like the chair of
[00:12:54] like the accounting department where I got my degree that apparently like some students
[00:12:58] were paying other students to do the tests for them and like claim the credit.
[00:13:04] And so, yeah.
[00:13:05] So there was a lot of weird nefarious stuff going on.
[00:13:09] That is crazy.
[00:13:10] It was crazy.
[00:13:11] Yeah.
[00:13:11] I am kind of glad I graduated right before that.
[00:13:14] Yeah.
[00:13:14] I'm so sorry that you were in that, but I was like, I'm glad I missed that.
[00:13:19] Uh, but also it really sucked that I was part of the group that most of the people lost
[00:13:23] their jobs.
[00:13:24] Yeah.
[00:13:25] It's, it's really crazy.
[00:13:26] Me and me and Matt, it's like a completely different story because legit nothing changed
[00:13:31] for us because we just kept working.
[00:13:33] Like you probably had to put on a mask.
[00:13:35] That was about it.
[00:13:37] Um, when we're walking to the bathroom and that was even, that was pretty lightly enforced.
[00:13:41] It was lightly enforced for about like the first half of 2020.
[00:13:46] Then one guy got COVID and then it was strictly enforced for about two months.
[00:13:51] Um, and then immediately everyone stopped caring again.
[00:13:54] And it was kind of like one of those things where they'd be like, if a, if you're next
[00:13:58] to someone put a mask on, but if you're at your machine, it didn't really matter.
[00:14:02] Cause you were just by yourself.
[00:14:03] Um, yeah, it was, it was a weird.
[00:14:06] We worked with a lot of old dudes who just didn't give a shit.
[00:14:09] So it really didn't matter.
[00:14:10] Yeah.
[00:14:11] Trust me where I was, it was strictly enforced, but you know, you're working with the public
[00:14:15] still you're constantly around people.
[00:14:18] I'm surprised.
[00:14:18] I only got COVID one time.
[00:14:21] I am still in the never got it club.
[00:14:23] Well, or you got as far, as far as I know, as far as I know, Bill, you're a bit of a
[00:14:28] hermit.
[00:14:28] So it doesn't shot like my dad, my dad never got it, but my dad never leaves the house.
[00:14:34] So unless he absolutely has to think is those like we were living in my, of my apartment
[00:14:38] that I first started recording in, which was just a one bed where we were sharing it.
[00:14:43] Well, but I was legally weren't living there.
[00:14:46] And like, when he living there and like, I am shocked.
[00:14:50] He didn't get it because I like, there was no space.
[00:14:53] And like I had COVID.
[00:14:55] So I don't know how you didn't get it that one time.
[00:14:57] Yeah.
[00:14:58] Very much had it.
[00:14:59] My mom thinks she got it like in like January of 2020.
[00:15:03] Cause in that, in January she got sick and, and it was like a weird, and nobody knew what
[00:15:08] was wrong, you know?
[00:15:10] And then once when COVID hit, we're like, she read the symptoms and was like, oh, that's
[00:15:15] what I had in January.
[00:15:16] So she got it like pretty fucking early.
[00:15:18] I'm like, no, she got it early, but she started it.
[00:15:20] No, I'm just kidding.
[00:15:22] So yeah, she went to Wuhan.
[00:15:24] She was cool.
[00:15:26] So I got really sick last year at one point and I actually thought I finally got it, but
[00:15:32] I took three tests like back to back and they all came up negative.
[00:15:36] So I have no idea.
[00:15:38] Like you didn't have to take three, just take one.
[00:15:41] I know.
[00:15:41] Well, I mean, I was, I bought the pack.
[00:15:44] So I was like, yeah, might as well.
[00:15:47] I know false positives were always a thing.
[00:15:49] So it was kind of like, I figured I'd try it.
[00:15:51] Just true.
[00:15:53] Yeah.
[00:15:54] And then I had it once.
[00:15:55] I had no symptoms at all.
[00:15:57] Wow.
[00:15:58] I remember when I got it, I was like, it was like two or three days.
[00:16:01] I felt really bad.
[00:16:02] And then for about like a week, I just had a mild cold and that was kind of it.
[00:16:06] So my work stiffed me on the pay because even though I gave them an at home test and
[00:16:12] like proof of it, they said that wasn't good enough.
[00:16:14] So they kind of stiffed me on that assholes, but whatever.
[00:16:16] Fuck them.
[00:16:16] See the worst I, the worst I ever had, the worst I ever felt during that whole period
[00:16:23] was when I got the first shot.
[00:16:25] Like I was like out for an entire day after that.
[00:16:27] But then like, other than that, I was fine.
[00:16:29] It was weird.
[00:16:29] The, the, the vaccine didn't bother me.
[00:16:32] The booster did.
[00:16:33] Cause I got, I didn't do anything to me.
[00:16:35] It was weird.
[00:16:36] Yeah.
[00:16:36] The vaccine didn't do anything to me.
[00:16:38] That was probably cause I got it like right after I, cause once I finally was like over
[00:16:42] all the symptoms, that's when they were like, Oh, everybody can get the vaccine.
[00:16:45] So I just went ahead and got it.
[00:16:46] But when I got the booster dude, it was like that next day was, I felt like I was going to
[00:16:51] die.
[00:16:52] Like I was like curl up into a ball in the bathroom floor being like, is this how I die?
[00:16:56] And then the next day, the next day I had piggy snipples.
[00:16:59] And then the day after that I was fine.
[00:17:02] And then, and then when they're like, Oh, yearly booster.
[00:17:05] I'm like, I don't think I really, I don't, I don't want to do that again.
[00:17:08] I don't want to do that to myself again.
[00:17:11] No, I got, I got, I got, I got the two doses and then I got like the one.
[00:17:16] And then after that, I was like, I think I'm good.
[00:17:18] Cause like, yeah, I mean, I haven't got it yet.
[00:17:20] I think I'm fine.
[00:17:22] Yeah.
[00:17:22] I get, I get a yearly cold around this time anyway.
[00:17:24] So yeah.
[00:17:26] Yeah.
[00:17:26] See, I only get colds in the middle of summer.
[00:17:29] I'll get them in summer occasionally, but that's if I like have, if it's like so hot,
[00:17:34] I just have a fan blowing in my face the entire time.
[00:17:38] Yeah.
[00:17:39] I totally got the booster for sure.
[00:17:42] That happened.
[00:17:45] No shot.
[00:17:46] Just the booster.
[00:17:49] Who needs the starter deck when you have the booster pack?
[00:17:52] Yeah, exactly.
[00:17:54] Yeah.
[00:17:55] I just want my chimchar.
[00:17:56] I think I've made my first Yu-Gi-Oh deck out of nothing but booster packs.
[00:18:00] So I mean, to be fair, the Yu-Gi-Oh deck I have here is just mostly randos.
[00:18:08] I bought off eBay for like 10 bucks.
[00:18:10] Fair.
[00:18:10] And then I think mixed.
[00:18:12] Well, that's like, that's, that's my deck, which isn't much.
[00:18:15] That's like a 90 card deck.
[00:18:19] I don't play it.
[00:18:20] I don't play Yu-Gi-Oh.
[00:18:21] Yeah.
[00:18:22] My cards are like over there somewhere.
[00:18:25] There's some of mine.
[00:18:25] There's some of mine.
[00:18:26] No, I got rid of my, I think I got rid of my old deck.
[00:18:28] Like a dumb ass.
[00:18:29] But you know, you do what you do.
[00:18:31] Cause I bought the original Yu-Gi.
[00:18:32] No, I saw it cause I bought the original Yu-Gi starter deck back in the day.
[00:18:35] Hmm.
[00:18:36] Yeah.
[00:18:37] Cause I was like, I want this.
[00:18:38] I had the Pegasus deck and all of his useless toon cards.
[00:18:42] Yeah.
[00:18:43] You thought they were so cool.
[00:18:45] I knew people who had the Pegasus decks and they're like, that was so cool.
[00:18:48] And I'm like, dude, but these cards suck.
[00:18:50] Well, yeah.
[00:18:51] Cause you watch the anime and you're like, that looks so fucking cool.
[00:18:54] And then you actually read the card and you're like, this sucks.
[00:18:57] Yeah.
[00:18:58] Yeah.
[00:18:58] The link was broken though.
[00:19:01] True.
[00:19:02] Like, yeah, yeah, he was.
[00:19:04] You had to set him up a little bit.
[00:19:05] Like once you got him going, it was like, wow, this is stupid.
[00:19:07] But I stopped watching the anime after they left Pegasus Island cause I'm like, I don't care anymore.
[00:19:11] Yeah.
[00:19:12] I'm good.
[00:19:13] When they started following, when they started following the rules of the game.
[00:19:18] Who fucking cares?
[00:19:20] No longer.
[00:19:22] Yeah.
[00:19:23] I've always had a love hate relationship with anime.
[00:19:24] I love to hate it.
[00:19:26] No.
[00:19:28] See, there are some anime.
[00:19:29] I like there.
[00:19:30] One piece.
[00:19:32] Did you ever, did you ever get around to finishing?
[00:19:35] Did you ever get around to finishing Yu Yu Hakusho?
[00:19:37] No, no, it's great.
[00:19:40] It's a great show.
[00:19:41] It's just my attention span is so bad.
[00:19:43] It's hard for me to keep up with shit.
[00:19:44] So, but it's a great show.
[00:19:46] I do really like the show though.
[00:19:47] It's just tournament arcs.
[00:19:49] I've always been a challenge for me and they give you it like right at the start.
[00:19:52] Yeah.
[00:19:53] So I'm just like, yeah, yeah.
[00:19:54] I know what's, I know how it resolves.
[00:19:56] I just gotta get through it.
[00:19:57] But you know, the one in Yu Yu Hakusho is pretty long.
[00:20:04] So yeah.
[00:20:04] You should watch the deer garbage show.
[00:20:08] Oh, the one with the deer.
[00:20:10] I know about the deer.
[00:20:10] I know about the deer.
[00:20:12] I watched that recently.
[00:20:13] I think it's one of my favorite shows of the year.
[00:20:16] It was so stupid and wonderful.
[00:20:19] That's how I felt about the vending machine show.
[00:20:23] Honestly, this is better.
[00:20:24] Reborn as a vending machine.
[00:20:25] I now wander the dungeon.
[00:20:27] This is way better than the vending machine show.
[00:20:29] I've heard that shows like legit good.
[00:20:31] It's not bad.
[00:20:32] It's not like high class art or anything, but it's, it's, it doesn't need to be self-aware.
[00:20:40] It's, it essentially, it's like, it, it knows isekais are stupid.
[00:20:43] So it's like, let's just make it stupid.
[00:20:45] I'll make fun of them all.
[00:20:47] I'm at, uh, Bill, how many shows have you watched so far this year?
[00:20:51] Uh, like 36, I think.
[00:20:56] I know you and, you and Slate are gonna just make us look bad.
[00:21:00] So we're just getting ready for it.
[00:21:02] Bill and I got the majority of our watch list just from the past couple months.
[00:21:07] Ask me how many, ask me how many shows I've watched.
[00:21:10] How many shows have you watched Threk?
[00:21:11] Fucking zero.
[00:21:12] Yeah.
[00:21:13] Get right.
[00:21:14] 96.
[00:21:15] See, Threk's playing.
[00:21:16] I played video games.
[00:21:17] I've, here, I've beaten 95 games this year.
[00:21:21] Okay.
[00:21:21] I have a list.
[00:21:22] That's fair.
[00:21:24] See, I got my easy list.
[00:21:26] No, Larry, this is the list.
[00:21:27] I keep track of all the games I've beaten.
[00:21:29] Well, that's actually really funny because I have, I've dead.
[00:21:32] Oh, that's fine.
[00:21:33] I have.
[00:21:34] Yeah, I'm at 95.
[00:21:35] I beat Tembo the Badass Elephant this morning.
[00:21:37] I have an identical list for anime as I've watched this year.
[00:21:41] Yeah, yeah.
[00:21:41] So.
[00:21:42] I have, I have a Word document on my computer where I like rank that, where I like, don't
[00:21:47] rank them, but I give them like scores.
[00:21:48] Yeah.
[00:21:49] I just keep track of them.
[00:21:51] So.
[00:21:51] I keep a tally of the books I read every year.
[00:21:53] Yeah.
[00:21:54] See, I just want five more so I can cross a hundred.
[00:21:57] So I can say 200 games a year.
[00:21:57] That's what I'm trying to do.
[00:21:59] Yeah.
[00:21:59] I've been watching so many 12 episodes.
[00:22:01] And then when we hit, and when we hit January, I'll be like, here's the list.
[00:22:05] Oh, I'll show you all the list.
[00:22:07] So you can make it out of me for the games.
[00:22:09] You know what?
[00:22:10] You know what I think is going to be the real challenge though, when we do the year wrap
[00:22:13] up is trying to figure out what the fuck my favorite opening and ending were.
[00:22:16] Cause that, that was, that was going to be rough.
[00:22:18] Yeah.
[00:22:19] Let's see.
[00:22:20] There's a lot of good ones out of the stuff I watched this year.
[00:22:22] Good questions would be like for, because there's some shows where I'm like this opening
[00:22:27] and outro are too good for the actual show.
[00:22:30] It's on like the show does not compare to the opening and outro.
[00:22:34] Yeah.
[00:22:35] So I, I just watched Ava this week and that's how I feel about that show.
[00:22:40] That opening is way too fire for that show.
[00:22:44] Oh, wait, I'm a stupid.
[00:22:45] I did watch a full anime golden boy.
[00:22:49] Okay.
[00:22:53] You guys don't know golden boy.
[00:22:55] Oh no.
[00:22:56] I think I, I think I know it cause you'd brought it up to me and I, we were, we talked about
[00:23:01] it's like, it's, it's like six episodes.
[00:23:03] It's about a guy who's like just about to finish his college degree.
[00:23:06] And he's like, Hey, I'm just going to like quit and just ride my bike and just get into
[00:23:11] shenanigans.
[00:23:11] And he gets into shenanigans.
[00:23:13] Some of them aren't safe for work, but it's, it's wholesome.
[00:23:18] It's hard to describe.
[00:23:20] I don't see it, but it is very strange.
[00:23:22] There's a woman who gets turned on by riding a motorcycle.
[00:23:25] So there's a whole, it's a whole thing, but it's fun.
[00:23:27] I'm told the manga is trash, but the anime is actually really good.
[00:23:30] So it was six episodes and yeah, I made it through 43 episodes of Yu Yu Hakusho.
[00:23:36] Oh, that's not bad.
[00:23:37] You got not terrible.
[00:23:38] Yeah.
[00:23:38] Yeah.
[00:23:38] I almost got through the dark tournament.
[00:23:40] I know I'm, I'm almost there, but the arc after that one is so good.
[00:23:44] It's like a favorite one.
[00:23:45] I know I want to, I want to see what happens after the tournament.
[00:23:48] Cause I don't know.
[00:23:48] At some point next year, you'll probably pick it back up and then.
[00:23:51] Yeah, I should.
[00:23:53] And then I'll finish it and be like, yo, it was good.
[00:23:56] Do you watch more?
[00:23:57] No.
[00:23:58] It's actually kind of funny.
[00:23:59] Alex, Alex got me to watch a show called solo leveling recently.
[00:24:04] And I really did enjoy it.
[00:24:06] I wasn't expecting an entire like scene of nothing but like horny nurses though.
[00:24:10] Like lusting.
[00:24:11] Oh yeah.
[00:24:12] Silent Hill too.
[00:24:15] No, these weren't those nurses.
[00:24:17] These were just regular nurses, but there's an entire, there's an entire like 10 minute
[00:24:21] like scene of them just lusting over the main character.
[00:24:24] And I'm just like, ah, right.
[00:24:26] The scene of Blade 2.
[00:24:28] Yeah.
[00:24:28] You know what show you got to watch, Greg?
[00:24:30] What?
[00:24:31] Ghost stories.
[00:24:31] Ghost stories.
[00:24:32] Oh God.
[00:24:33] Oh God.
[00:24:34] Is that, is that the, is that the one with the infamously bad dub?
[00:24:37] No, it's the amazing dub.
[00:24:39] Cause I've seen compilations of the dub and I'm like, that's amazing.
[00:24:44] It's amazing.
[00:24:44] It's so wonderful.
[00:24:46] It's so real.
[00:24:46] Cause at my old job, one of my coworkers was like, he was a big anime guy.
[00:24:50] In fact, I have his crunchy roll credentials.
[00:24:52] I still have them.
[00:24:53] So he was trying to like get me into watching a lot of this shit.
[00:24:57] So he, he really recommended a show called odd taxi.
[00:25:01] Oh, he really liked odd taxi.
[00:25:03] I just watched that.
[00:25:04] I really recommend it.
[00:25:06] Yeah.
[00:25:07] He, he loved it.
[00:25:08] And the way he described it, I'm like, that sounds like legit interesting.
[00:25:11] So.
[00:25:12] I recommend.
[00:25:13] Actually.
[00:25:14] It's a buck.
[00:25:15] 13 episodes.
[00:25:16] Yeah.
[00:25:17] So for ghost stories, a little sneak peek to next year, me and Alex are actually going
[00:25:21] to full on cover that show as like, not a, not a swap.
[00:25:24] We're going to just do a full on retrospective.
[00:25:25] Cause we have to talk about that dub because holy shit.
[00:25:28] Yes.
[00:25:29] Let me know.
[00:25:30] Let me know when you guys do that one.
[00:25:32] Cause I'd love to be there for that.
[00:25:33] Yeah.
[00:25:34] It's no DBZ abridged.
[00:25:35] Bill needs to, I just watched it.
[00:25:38] So.
[00:25:38] Well, here's the thing.
[00:25:39] DBZ abridged is self-aware.
[00:25:41] It's intentionally funny.
[00:25:42] Yeah.
[00:25:43] This stuff is like, what the fuck?
[00:25:45] Like how does that.
[00:25:47] Have you guys ever seen dragons ball pee?
[00:25:50] Yes.
[00:25:51] Yeah.
[00:25:52] I know Matt has.
[00:25:53] Carrot cake.
[00:25:55] You are no real super saiyan.
[00:25:57] What do you mean Virginia?
[00:25:59] I love that shit.
[00:26:01] What are you gay?
[00:26:03] Yeah.
[00:26:05] When I was a child, he didn't invite me to his birthday party.
[00:26:09] You're a monster frisbee.
[00:26:11] The cake was delicious.
[00:26:13] It's so stupid.
[00:26:15] You have to watch this now.
[00:26:17] Coo-coo-coo cabbage.
[00:26:19] It's the dumbest little six minute parody, but it's so funny.
[00:26:23] And there's two of them.
[00:26:24] They're both great.
[00:26:25] All right.
[00:26:26] There's a little bit of outdated humor, but like not a huge amount.
[00:26:30] That reminds me of you.
[00:26:31] Wasn't it Oni?
[00:26:32] I think it was Oni did that.
[00:26:33] Oh, maybe.
[00:26:33] I don't remember.
[00:26:35] It just reminds me of Yu Yu Hakusho, but like they replaced some,
[00:26:38] I forget who they replaced, but one of the characters, they make Hank Hill.
[00:26:41] No, I think it's Kuwabara.
[00:26:42] They make Kuwabara Hank Hill.
[00:26:43] Yes.
[00:26:44] I love that.
[00:26:45] I love that.
[00:26:46] You're not supposed to die, Yurabeshi.
[00:26:48] I'm going to kick your ass.
[00:26:49] I'm going to kick your ass.
[00:26:50] Your ass, Yurabeshi.
[00:26:53] I need to watch that too.
[00:26:55] Why does he have the spirit gun?
[00:26:57] I want that.
[00:26:58] It goes so far too.
[00:27:00] Like I'm amazed how far they took it.
[00:27:02] And it's wild how well Hank Hill's head like fits on Kuwabara's body.
[00:27:08] Like it looks like.
[00:27:10] Do you think Mike Judge likes anime?
[00:27:12] I feel like he does.
[00:27:13] He might.
[00:27:14] For all we know.
[00:27:15] Mike Judge seems like a chill dude.
[00:27:17] I love him so much.
[00:27:18] He's amazing.
[00:27:20] Like I, I love King of the Hill to death.
[00:27:22] King of the Hill was, was different than most of the, uh, the live action shows at the time.
[00:27:27] It gets better as you get older in my opinion.
[00:27:31] Well, I, I still laugh.
[00:27:31] The first scene is, um, the first scene is Bobby and, uh, uh, uh, Dale's son, son.
[00:27:39] Um, they, they're trading, um, action figures.
[00:27:43] And he's like, he's like here, I'm gonna, I'm going to become a man.
[00:27:47] Do you want my Ross or my Chandler?
[00:27:49] And then he thinks about it.
[00:27:50] And he's like, he's like, Chandler.
[00:27:55] I can't think it was, I feel like a stupid idiot.
[00:27:57] Um, I'm blanking on it too.
[00:27:59] That's like me and my wife's like show that we just like, we'll watch for a while and then we'll stop and then we'll come back to it.
[00:28:04] It's we've, we've been on a watch through for that.
[00:28:06] Like literally since we got married or like, like halfway through it.
[00:28:11] So I figured now we should probably, uh, we've waffled on enough.
[00:28:14] Uh, Alex, I said, well, stop.
[00:28:16] I hate that.
[00:28:17] I don't know why.
[00:28:18] We, it's fine.
[00:28:19] We'll pancake on.
[00:28:20] Let's pancake on.
[00:28:22] We got it.
[00:28:22] French toast.
[00:28:23] Yeah.
[00:28:24] Joseph, Joseph Gribble.
[00:28:26] Cause he looks like red corn.
[00:28:29] Cause he looks like red corn.
[00:28:30] Yeah.
[00:28:31] Yeah.
[00:28:32] Uh, I loved it.
[00:28:34] I loved it.
[00:28:35] But, um, anyways, so we decided to start this celebration.
[00:28:38] We do a, uh, another Q and A.
[00:28:40] I've done so many Q and A's recently.
[00:28:42] Um, cause all the, there's no questions to answer except the ones he refuses to answer.
[00:28:49] Yeah.
[00:28:50] Yeah.
[00:28:51] He answered your question.
[00:28:51] Thrak.
[00:28:52] Just saying.
[00:28:53] I did.
[00:28:54] Yeah.
[00:28:56] I mean, if you want more, I got more.
[00:29:01] Um, yeah, it's really funny that our, um, all three of our shows had milestone episodes
[00:29:07] right around the same time, but that's besides the point.
[00:29:10] Um, so I had reached out to the community through our three normal channels, uh, blue sky, because
[00:29:15] no one uses Twitter anymore.
[00:29:17] Apparently.
[00:29:18] Um, it's dying fast.
[00:29:20] Um, every, every time I look at it, I'm just like, ugh.
[00:29:23] Yeah.
[00:29:24] Yeah.
[00:29:24] More and more people have been migrating.
[00:29:26] It's funny.
[00:29:27] Like just how quick it's happening.
[00:29:29] That being said, I reached out on blue sky.
[00:29:31] I got a ton of likes and no one left a question.
[00:29:34] So.
[00:29:37] Thanks guys.
[00:29:39] Um, that being said though, I, in our, I used our personal discord and the super pod network
[00:29:45] discord for questions and I got a good amount.
[00:29:48] So I figure best place to start, we'll start with the personal GNC discord.
[00:29:53] Um, so I, I had extended the questions out to everybody cause I figured, Hey, why not?
[00:29:58] We're all here.
[00:29:59] Um, so we'll go by if they're specifically addressed, but through a specific person, we'll
[00:30:05] let them answer if they're just general questions.
[00:30:08] I think we can all answer if we feel like it.
[00:30:10] I have not looked at any of these.
[00:30:11] I have not either.
[00:30:12] I wanted to go in blind.
[00:30:13] So yeah.
[00:30:14] Cause that worked out so well for you last time.
[00:30:16] Yeah.
[00:30:18] That's, that's the fun part about it.
[00:30:20] Hey, I still think the best.
[00:30:22] I didn't look at any of them either.
[00:30:23] So I still think the best was Tommy last time where he was like, Oh boy, I love asking
[00:30:28] questions.
[00:30:29] And then just didn't ask a question.
[00:30:30] Well, Tommy's question he asked us was so good that I wish I had saved it for the show
[00:30:36] because my initial reaction was so much better.
[00:30:39] That's true.
[00:30:40] Cause he gave a great one.
[00:30:41] He graded.
[00:30:42] He gave a great question for 3DO.
[00:30:44] And then he just didn't give us a question for geek addicts, despite saying he really
[00:30:49] liked it.
[00:30:50] Asking questions.
[00:30:51] Should I DM him right now?
[00:30:52] Be like, do you have a question?
[00:30:53] Yeah.
[00:30:53] Oh, he left one.
[00:30:54] He left one.
[00:30:54] Okay, good.
[00:30:58] So we'll start on the question.
[00:31:00] We'll start on the GNC server.
[00:31:03] Um, friend of the show Rick from pixel project radio asked for Bill and Alex, what advice
[00:31:08] do you give yourselves or each other?
[00:31:10] When you first, sorry, what advice would you give yourselves or each other when you were
[00:31:16] first starting GNC knowing what you know now?
[00:31:19] Um, embrace the chaos.
[00:31:23] We don't have to be so fucking professional.
[00:31:25] Yeah.
[00:31:26] Um, yeah.
[00:31:27] Especially when we did the rewatch episode recently where we went back and watched our
[00:31:31] first one and that was terrible.
[00:31:34] It was awful.
[00:31:35] It was horrifying.
[00:31:37] Um, there's literally a point where I'm like, you can hear me in the side going say something.
[00:31:43] Um, yeah, it was bad.
[00:31:48] Uh, we also rewatched one of our, like the first like handful we didn't, we were like,
[00:31:53] cause it was one of the ones I thought was like one of our, like where we really figured
[00:31:55] it out and we rewatched it as well.
[00:31:57] And I was like, I was like, I was like, we were boring as fuck.
[00:32:02] Um, yeah.
[00:32:04] So I'd say honestly, like, don't be so stiff.
[00:32:08] Um, you don't have to take everything so serious, embrace the chaos and just accept
[00:32:12] the fact that this is an anime podcast that lights as a gaming podcast.
[00:32:18] That's what I check out.
[00:32:22] Yeah.
[00:32:23] I wouldn't just say like, just to annoy Bill more.
[00:32:26] Like it's so much more fun when I'm annoying Bill.
[00:32:28] You almost broke me during the, the, um, the failed console episode.
[00:32:32] Yeah.
[00:32:33] I love that.
[00:32:33] That was so good.
[00:32:34] That was my favorite.
[00:32:36] I just bring the, I bring the comedy.
[00:32:38] My favorite part of that was when I was talking about how much the 32 X sold and Alex is like,
[00:32:45] yeah, better than the jet.
[00:32:47] Uh, the Jaguar was better.
[00:32:48] And I'm like, no, it wasn't.
[00:32:51] So what do we have to do to like get a Jaguar plugged up to her TV?
[00:32:56] So it could just be on all the time.
[00:32:58] Um, I'd have to find one, but they're so expensive.
[00:33:01] Don't you have one?
[00:33:03] That's mine though.
[00:33:05] I'll borrow it.
[00:33:06] I want the turlet.
[00:33:08] I want the full turlet.
[00:33:09] The turlet.
[00:33:10] Um, thank you.
[00:33:14] Oh, Rick also asked for Alex specifically.
[00:33:16] Oh, Bill.
[00:33:17] Bill guests on a lot of other shows.
[00:33:20] Would you like to do that too?
[00:33:22] Or do you just keep busy with non-podcasting things?
[00:33:24] Oh, Bill doesn't invite me.
[00:33:26] He always says like, oh, I did this.
[00:33:29] It was at this time.
[00:33:30] I didn't tell you.
[00:33:31] Cause I thought you were sleeping.
[00:33:32] He never invites me.
[00:33:33] So I get exposed.
[00:33:35] Because the few times I do invite you.
[00:33:38] What can you do?
[00:33:39] See Bill, we need Alex on a super pod.
[00:33:42] Like desperately.
[00:33:43] We need her for an ad read.
[00:33:46] Seriously.
[00:33:46] Oh God.
[00:33:47] She would kill it on an ad read.
[00:33:48] You would kill it on an ad read.
[00:33:50] If Aaron ever covers Stardew Valley, like she's the person to get.
[00:33:54] I'm in.
[00:33:55] He would.
[00:33:55] That's the thing.
[00:33:56] He totally would.
[00:33:57] I gotta DM him on that and be like, Aaron.
[00:34:00] You can't even need it.
[00:34:01] Well, Aaron's probably listening.
[00:34:02] Aaron Stardew Valley episode.
[00:34:04] Get Alex.
[00:34:05] Just you and Alex.
[00:34:06] Nobody else.
[00:34:08] That would be so awkward, but it'd be great.
[00:34:13] My favorite character is the old man who lives in the tent.
[00:34:17] He's my favorite character.
[00:34:19] Do you marry him?
[00:34:20] I wish.
[00:34:21] I wish I could, but he's not an option.
[00:34:23] It's disappointing.
[00:34:24] Or Krobus.
[00:34:25] I will say Alex.
[00:34:26] Don't miss my man Krobus, Josh.
[00:34:30] Krobus.
[00:34:30] I'll never forget.
[00:34:33] Krobus.
[00:34:34] Speaking of.
[00:34:35] He's from the store.
[00:34:36] And you can buy straw.
[00:34:38] He likes strawberries.
[00:34:40] That's from our Stardew Valley episode.
[00:34:42] My favorite part is like.
[00:34:43] Has Rick done Stardew Valley yet?
[00:34:45] He should.
[00:34:46] I don't know.
[00:34:47] Because that would be fun to see Alex on like a serious analytical podcast.
[00:34:51] Because Pixel Project is, he's very serious about it.
[00:34:54] Well, every time he's been on, we've broken him.
[00:34:58] I know.
[00:34:59] I feel so bad.
[00:35:00] Well, so the two episodes we've had Rick on were the, um, we did the Studio Ghibli retrospective.
[00:35:07] Um, and that, that one was great because it started with Alex just like dying laughing for like 10 minutes straight.
[00:35:13] Right.
[00:35:13] When we introduced Rick.
[00:35:16] That was because we, we had just recorded with Slade or Slade's podcast had just come out.
[00:35:22] And it had music over it.
[00:35:24] And in my head, I don't know why it just came to my head, but I was like, oh, we should do that.
[00:35:29] But it should just be clown music.
[00:35:32] Clown music.
[00:35:33] And I couldn't stop thinking about it.
[00:35:35] And I couldn't stop laughing.
[00:35:37] Bill, it's a fast forward.
[00:35:38] Yeah.
[00:35:38] I had to speed it up because it legit went on for like 10 minutes.
[00:35:41] It's poor Rick had no idea.
[00:35:43] Like the worst part of it wasn't even directed at Rick.
[00:35:45] It was just Alex just had a random brain thought and it just, it was a bit so confused.
[00:35:50] Yeah.
[00:35:51] No, but that ended up being a really wholesome episode because it was something that we were all really passionate about at the time.
[00:35:57] Um, and then he was also on the great controller debate, which is still the most unhinged episode we've ever done.
[00:36:02] Um, yeah, a lot of, a lot of things happened in that one.
[00:36:09] Um, speaking of, uh, Josh though, we had previously mentioned him.
[00:36:12] He had asked our next question.
[00:36:15] Um, he said for Bill and Alex, what's been your favorite part about doing the podcast for these past 200 episodes?
[00:36:24] Honestly, it's been.
[00:36:25] It sucks.
[00:36:27] Thanks Alex.
[00:36:28] Um, honestly, it's been just meeting all these awesome people in this community.
[00:36:33] Like, I mean, I obviously I knew Matt, but I met the rack.
[00:36:36] You were talking about Russian in a server and he became the three.
[00:36:40] He brought three to back to life.
[00:36:42] Let's just say it was all me.
[00:36:44] God damn it.
[00:36:45] Pretty much was.
[00:36:46] Cause let's face it.
[00:36:47] I was never bringing that back.
[00:36:48] Otherwise.
[00:36:50] And then the morph into some other bullshit later.
[00:36:53] Yeah.
[00:36:53] We'll eventually run out of three to games.
[00:36:55] The three name.
[00:36:56] Then it'll turn into a Jaguar podcast.
[00:36:58] As I always say, and we'll bring Alex in.
[00:37:00] Yes.
[00:37:02] Um, that being said though, like.
[00:37:04] Make sure no one's giving any slander.
[00:37:05] No slander.
[00:37:07] Well, the point of a, of that podcast.
[00:37:09] Well, I mean, it would be to find the best games in the system.
[00:37:13] So I mean.
[00:37:14] All of them.
[00:37:19] I'm pretty sure Alex.
[00:37:21] I love brutal sports football.
[00:37:23] Yes.
[00:37:25] Battle ball.
[00:37:26] Alex playing Kasumi Ninja.
[00:37:28] They just.
[00:37:28] Walking fireballs.
[00:37:30] Just, just coping.
[00:37:31] Mass coping.
[00:37:34] No, I'm pretty sure Alex.
[00:37:36] I'm pretty sure you, even you thought.
[00:37:38] Soup Ninja sucked.
[00:37:39] Yeah.
[00:37:39] That is a bad game.
[00:37:41] It doesn't matter what system.
[00:37:42] No.
[00:37:42] It has nothing to do with the system.
[00:37:44] It's on.
[00:37:45] The Jaguar is great.
[00:37:47] It's fine.
[00:37:48] It's fine.
[00:37:49] Oh shoot.
[00:37:50] I almost killed my desk.
[00:37:51] Don't do that.
[00:37:52] And don't bring your chair apart during the podcast.
[00:37:54] I'll try.
[00:37:55] I never actually fixed it the last time.
[00:37:57] So the.
[00:37:58] Candle is very wiggly.
[00:38:00] So we'll see how long it lasts.
[00:38:01] Wonderful.
[00:38:04] That being said.
[00:38:05] The question.
[00:38:05] I forgot.
[00:38:06] The question was.
[00:38:11] Thanks again, Josh.
[00:38:13] I'm sorry.
[00:38:14] You started talking.
[00:38:15] I can't remember.
[00:38:16] So I forgot my answer.
[00:38:18] He had asked.
[00:38:19] What's been your favorite part about doing the podcast.
[00:38:21] Oh, wait.
[00:38:22] I didn't answer.
[00:38:23] Nothing.
[00:38:25] No, it for me though.
[00:38:26] It literally has been meeting, meeting the community and just all the awesome other podcasters in the circle and creating all these relationships that have gone on for about four years now, which is crazy to me.
[00:38:37] Like I still joke about back in high school.
[00:38:39] Well, back in like elementary school, they famously taught us never trust anyone you meet online.
[00:38:45] Don't make friends with the people you meet online.
[00:38:47] And it's like, yeah, totally aged.
[00:38:49] Well, you should still be cautious people.
[00:38:53] You don't know exactly.
[00:38:55] Well, yeah, but you don't have to.
[00:38:56] Especially with AI these days.
[00:38:58] Yeah.
[00:38:58] You don't have to distrust everybody though.
[00:39:01] Like if you, if you talk with someone enough to the point where you actually feel like you know them and it's different than like just like random guy popping your DMS.
[00:39:10] It's kind of funny how the same people who taught us not to do that now, like believe any other, any random bullshit that comes across their like, like iPhone timeline.
[00:39:18] Yeah.
[00:39:19] And I, and you have to be like, mom, no, that's, that's not real.
[00:39:23] That's not.
[00:39:24] That's the onion.
[00:39:25] That's what the Prince of Nicaragua.
[00:39:27] I love the onion though.
[00:39:29] The onion's great.
[00:39:30] No, it is.
[00:39:31] It's a Nigerian princess.
[00:39:35] This is about your car's extended warranty.
[00:39:38] But they told me I get a free PS5.
[00:39:42] It's all I've wanted.
[00:39:45] Josh also had a second question.
[00:39:46] Uh, this one is specifically for Alex.
[00:39:49] Oh, is this a trend?
[00:39:51] Well, you can probably guess where this one going.
[00:39:54] Oh, okay.
[00:39:57] Why is the Nintendo 64 better than the Jaguar?
[00:40:00] I need exact details.
[00:40:01] Oh no.
[00:40:03] Josh, you've unleashed the.
[00:40:04] You are never welcome on this podcast again.
[00:40:07] Get off the server.
[00:40:10] She doesn't, she doesn't.
[00:40:11] She doesn't.
[00:40:12] Jaguar.
[00:40:12] I do mean it.
[00:40:14] Unless you take it back.
[00:40:15] The Jaguar is better.
[00:40:17] The N64 sucks.
[00:40:19] Everything about it sucks.
[00:40:20] The controller, the game.
[00:40:22] It's terrible.
[00:40:23] The Jaguar is superior.
[00:40:25] We love the Jaguar here.
[00:40:27] Get out.
[00:40:28] I still can't.
[00:40:29] I still can't get over that poor lady.
[00:40:31] Like at when we were at retro world.
[00:40:34] Um, when we met up with 64 look like a turlet.
[00:40:37] No, I don't want to play it.
[00:40:40] Um, when we had met up with Josh at a retro world, uh, two years ago, the, the, this poor
[00:40:45] lady, like there was a woman.
[00:40:47] There was a booth that legit had a Jaguar and an N64 just sitting next to each other on a shelf, like for sale.
[00:40:53] And they, they started this back and forth, like rent basically.
[00:40:58] Like Josh was like going super hard for the N64 and Alex was like going super hard for the Jaguar back and forth.
[00:41:04] The lady walked over three times and like started to like ask if like, they wanted to buy it.
[00:41:08] Saw it was going nowhere.
[00:41:10] Walked away, came back, walked away, came back.
[00:41:14] And then she eventually just gave up.
[00:41:15] And I'm just like sitting here going like, the poor woman has no idea what's going on right now.
[00:41:19] It was a real debate.
[00:41:20] What are you talking about?
[00:41:21] It wasn't a bit.
[00:41:22] I was just like, I was just like, what are you guys talking about?
[00:41:25] This is a bit.
[00:41:27] It's a real argument.
[00:41:30] And I think at the end he was kind of agreeing that the Jaguar was better.
[00:41:34] He just didn't want to admit it, but he knows, he knows it's right.
[00:41:37] But yeah, you're banned, Josh.
[00:41:41] He'll be on.
[00:41:42] He'll be on before the end of the year.
[00:41:44] No, apologize to Krobus and apologize to the Jaguar.
[00:41:48] And then you can come back.
[00:41:53] Thanks, Josh.
[00:41:54] Appreciate it.
[00:41:56] No, thank you, Josh.
[00:41:58] Oh, shit.
[00:41:59] Unappreciated.
[00:42:00] I will mute you.
[00:42:04] So what?
[00:42:06] You do it all the time.
[00:42:10] Anyways.
[00:42:10] This is F you, Josh.
[00:42:15] It's on the TV behind her.
[00:42:17] She makes like a little.
[00:42:20] He's literally one of the nicest guys in the community.
[00:42:24] I'm not.
[00:42:29] In real, like all seriousness.
[00:42:30] No, thanks, Josh.
[00:42:31] Appreciate it.
[00:42:32] Next question is from another longtime friend of the show.
[00:42:37] Stickerman.
[00:42:39] Sorry.
[00:42:41] Has to be done.
[00:42:42] He had asked, what are your favorite pizza toppings?
[00:42:45] And this is a general question.
[00:42:46] So I think we could all answer.
[00:42:49] I'm going to say for me personally, like my favorite pizza of all time is there's a local pizza joint back in me and Alex's hometown called Cornerstones.
[00:42:58] I don't know if it's still as good as it was.
[00:43:00] I've heard it's gone down since, but like my favorite pizza of all time is it's.
[00:43:04] It sounds weird, but it's really good barbecue chicken and jalapenos.
[00:43:08] Like it just works for whatever reason.
[00:43:10] Like that's like my favorite pizza of all time.
[00:43:13] I just can't imagine barbecue chicken on a pizza, man.
[00:43:16] It's just my brain doesn't comprehend it.
[00:43:19] Oh, no.
[00:43:21] Is that a whiteboard or a tablet?
[00:43:26] It's my template.
[00:43:31] Get that off the screen.
[00:43:34] You can't give me ideas and not expect me to.
[00:43:38] Audio listeners, she wrote her love for Josh on her tablet.
[00:43:43] No.
[00:43:46] For me, it depends on where I'm getting the pizza from.
[00:43:50] But if we're talking about like my favorite place to get pizza, which is the now non-existent Ernie's double sausage all the way.
[00:44:01] Although you can never go wrong with a bacon pizza.
[00:44:04] I do like.
[00:44:08] Well, I guess if my favorite pizza place if we're going to do that, it's I know none of you have heard this place called Casano's.
[00:44:15] It's like a local area around me and they're fantastic.
[00:44:19] They like salt their crust, you know, so like when you when you have like they do the little squares.
[00:44:23] So like when you take a bite of it.
[00:44:25] Yeah, your tongue gets like the salt on the bottom.
[00:44:27] The crust delicious.
[00:44:29] And usually my go to is pepperoni and sausage and then either like green peppers, banana peppers or jalapenos just kind of depending on how I'm feeling.
[00:44:38] That's usually what I go for.
[00:44:40] So yeah, I can sprinkle some garlic salt on that bad boy.
[00:44:43] Yeah, sometimes.
[00:44:45] Yeah, it's good stuff, man.
[00:44:47] All right.
[00:44:47] And Alex.
[00:44:50] No, I just like pizza in all forms, a pizza with Jaguar on it.
[00:44:59] I thought you were going to say beans for a minute.
[00:45:04] New England and your beans.
[00:45:07] That's you.
[00:45:08] You like the beans.
[00:45:09] Drink it with Duncan.
[00:45:10] You know, it's my first specialty.
[00:45:12] I do love a buffalo chicken.
[00:45:14] I do love a buffalo chicken pizza.
[00:45:17] Also.
[00:45:18] There you go.
[00:45:20] Can you read it now?
[00:45:21] It's backwards.
[00:45:25] Wait, it was backwards to me.
[00:45:28] Wait, I'm so sweet.
[00:45:30] Was it backwards the last time?
[00:45:32] No, the first one.
[00:45:33] No, because I practically flipped when I put it.
[00:45:37] No, the first one.
[00:45:38] No, the last one was fine.
[00:45:40] It was burrow.
[00:45:41] Oh, shit.
[00:45:41] Well, it said, love Krovis.
[00:45:43] My favorite guy.
[00:45:45] All right.
[00:45:45] Well, that's good to know.
[00:45:48] Yeah, I just like pizza.
[00:45:49] I mean, like, if you give me a pizza, I will eat it.
[00:45:52] I'm not very picky when it comes to that.
[00:45:55] So I just like pizza.
[00:45:57] I like food.
[00:45:58] I will say the weirdest pizza that I like.
[00:46:01] I don't, I doubt anybody here or listening has tried it.
[00:46:06] But there's a local pizza place that we go to sometimes.
[00:46:11] And even the people when I place the order, like, you always get weird reactions.
[00:46:17] But it's a buffalo chicken and Hawaiian combined.
[00:46:21] Oh, no.
[00:46:23] That's surprisingly delicious.
[00:46:24] It sounds like there's too much going on.
[00:46:26] I don't know.
[00:46:26] It is, but it's surprisingly good.
[00:46:29] I see it.
[00:46:29] Between the spiciness and then the sweetness of the ham and the pineapple.
[00:46:33] Awesome.
[00:46:34] I mean, in all honesty, I'd try it.
[00:46:36] I don't know if I'd like it, but I'd try it.
[00:46:37] Yeah, why not?
[00:46:38] I'm just afraid.
[00:46:39] I'd be like, there's way too much stuff going on here.
[00:46:41] My brain is confused.
[00:46:43] Oh, you're going to need a knife and a fork at some point.
[00:46:46] You know, you're fucking.
[00:46:47] Yeah.
[00:46:49] And then Snickerbin also asked, this is a question for Alex specifically.
[00:46:54] What is this?
[00:46:56] What is your favorite water bottle, Alex?
[00:46:59] Oh, you already know.
[00:47:01] It's my boy, Kirky.
[00:47:02] I love Kirkland signature.
[00:47:05] It's a Costco.
[00:47:06] Do they have a mascot, like a Kirk?
[00:47:08] I know.
[00:47:09] It's the Costco kid.
[00:47:11] I don't know.
[00:47:12] That's the mascot.
[00:47:13] The Costco.
[00:47:14] The whole chocolate chip cookie.
[00:47:18] Now we're talking.
[00:47:19] Yeah, it's my boy, Kirky.
[00:47:20] And the least favorite would be Dasani.
[00:47:24] No one likes Dasani.
[00:47:26] Dasani is trash.
[00:47:27] It's trash water.
[00:47:28] They add too much shit to it.
[00:47:30] As I drink.
[00:47:31] But no, just kidding.
[00:47:33] I just have my most best water bottle.
[00:47:35] Oh, I got mine too.
[00:47:37] I have two beverages.
[00:47:38] I have two of these.
[00:47:39] These are the, uh, the O'Walla brand.
[00:47:43] Nice.
[00:47:43] It's Thursday.
[00:47:45] So I'm drinking.
[00:47:45] Wait, Phil?
[00:47:47] What are you drinking?
[00:47:49] I'm drinking on Thursday.
[00:47:50] I'm drinking a ranch water.
[00:47:53] Oh, what flavor?
[00:47:55] Prickly pear.
[00:47:56] All right.
[00:47:57] Hold on a second.
[00:47:58] Oh, jeez.
[00:48:00] It, it, it, it, it, it.
[00:48:02] Prickly pear.
[00:48:04] There we go.
[00:48:05] Gotta look up those facts.
[00:48:07] Gotta look up those facts.
[00:48:08] Oh, wait a minute.
[00:48:09] Oh, people are actually gonna see it this time.
[00:48:11] Oh my God.
[00:48:12] Okay.
[00:48:12] No.
[00:48:13] You take that fucking down.
[00:48:14] Play the music.
[00:48:15] Play the music.
[00:48:16] Uh, where is it?
[00:48:18] Where is it?
[00:48:18] Oh no.
[00:48:19] What's this?
[00:48:20] This isn't the facts.
[00:48:21] I need the nutritional facts.
[00:48:23] New.
[00:48:25] Tritional.
[00:48:26] Facts.
[00:48:27] Anyone else drinking something besides emotional support water?
[00:48:31] Uh.
[00:48:32] I gotta bottle it Dr. Peppa.
[00:48:34] I already, I already had my emotional support Pepsi Zero, so I'm good.
[00:48:38] It won't let me look at it.
[00:48:40] Uh, oh, okay.
[00:48:40] Serving size is one can.
[00:48:42] If anyone's curious.
[00:48:44] Uh, 130 calories, 4.5.
[00:48:47] You know what?
[00:48:48] The music's kinda nice.
[00:48:49] Kinda adds ambiance.
[00:48:50] 4.5 grams of carbs.
[00:48:53] 10 grams of fat.
[00:48:55] 0 grams of protein.
[00:48:57] 10 grams of sugar.
[00:49:03] And 2,000.
[00:49:10] I just phased it out there for a minute.
[00:49:13] I can't.
[00:49:17] I can't.
[00:49:18] Well, there's no ranch dressing in it at least, so that's good.
[00:49:21] In your ranch water.
[00:49:23] No.
[00:49:23] Prickly ranch dressing.
[00:49:25] Well, it's ranch water.
[00:49:27] So ranch.
[00:49:28] Bill, aren't you gonna ask what I'm drinking?
[00:49:29] What are you drinking, Alex?
[00:49:31] I'm drinking a zero sugar, Snapple tea.
[00:49:36] Lemon tea.
[00:49:38] It's naturally flavored.
[00:49:39] It's 5 calories.
[00:49:42] 16.
[00:49:43] Blue and Absis.
[00:49:47] Now you guys understand.
[00:49:49] The only correct Snapple to drink is Snapple Apple.
[00:49:52] I, yeah, but it's a lot more.
[00:49:54] This one is zero sugar.
[00:49:56] I'm trying to avoid the sugar.
[00:49:56] They have those like element drinks that are pretty good.
[00:49:58] Hmm?
[00:49:59] They have like those element drinks that are pretty good.
[00:50:01] Like the, like the sun or like earth or whatever.
[00:50:04] Those are pretty good.
[00:50:05] Wait.
[00:50:06] Wait.
[00:50:07] Oh, she's gonna read the trivia.
[00:50:10] There's a fact.
[00:50:10] Oh, god damn it.
[00:50:11] Alright, alright.
[00:50:12] Real fact.
[00:50:15] 8.53.
[00:50:17] Hawaii has its own time zone.
[00:50:20] No fucking shit.
[00:50:21] I don't know.
[00:50:22] Yeah, I knew that.
[00:50:23] You didn't know that.
[00:50:26] That's not, I feel like the facts are kind of lame recently.
[00:50:30] That's so sad.
[00:50:31] Alright, well, I hope you enjoyed fact time.
[00:50:33] This was a great podcast.
[00:50:34] I'll see you guys later.
[00:50:35] Bye.
[00:50:36] No.
[00:50:36] Thanks, Shnickerman for start giving us that.
[00:50:39] You're welcome.
[00:50:40] Shnickerman, I appreciate it.
[00:50:41] I have a great idea.
[00:50:42] Great content.
[00:50:44] I have a great idea for a future GNC episode.
[00:50:47] Yeah.
[00:50:47] You gotta make Alex watch an episode of Star Trek and the episode title could be James T Kirkland.
[00:50:53] There we go.
[00:50:54] Put on Tish.
[00:50:56] My boy, Kirky.
[00:50:57] I gotta go there next week.
[00:50:59] I need to go on a Costco run, Phil.
[00:51:01] Which episode?
[00:51:05] Yeah, that'd be a good question.
[00:51:06] You can pick.
[00:51:10] You're of hell.
[00:51:11] You're of hell just so we can make Red Foreman jokes the entire time.
[00:51:14] Yes, yes.
[00:51:16] There you go.
[00:51:17] So thanks, Shnickerman.
[00:51:19] This one comes from Alejandro.
[00:51:22] He asks, if you can present a sculpture outside of your place, what would it be?
[00:51:29] Like, outside of our house?
[00:51:31] Yeah.
[00:51:31] That's my assumption.
[00:51:33] Bulbasaur.
[00:51:34] I thought it'd be a giant Luffy.
[00:51:36] No, Bulbasaur.
[00:51:37] He'd blend in better.
[00:51:39] And then it'd be like he's real.
[00:51:41] Like, you know, he's like there.
[00:51:43] I have a real Bulbasaur.
[00:51:44] It's Bulbasaur.
[00:51:46] See, I'd just put like the 3DO logo.
[00:51:49] Just like big.
[00:51:50] Just be like, yeah.
[00:51:52] I'm that kind of nerd.
[00:51:54] This house is the 3DO company.
[00:51:56] I'm sure that's still...
[00:51:57] I don't even know who owns the 3DO trademark at this point.
[00:52:00] I think it's limited run.
[00:52:02] Oh, that's true.
[00:52:04] I don't want to get it from them.
[00:52:06] They'd ask for too much money, like usual.
[00:52:09] That was a general question, so you guys are free to answer if you'd like.
[00:52:13] I'm sorry.
[00:52:17] Um...
[00:52:18] I gotta go with...
[00:52:19] I gotta look at this stuff.
[00:52:21] Hold on.
[00:52:22] It's gotta just be a statue of Mr. Satan.
[00:52:24] I mean, that's...
[00:52:25] Just doing the victory pose.
[00:52:29] God to free sale.
[00:52:34] If I had to have like a fucking Confederate statue outside my goddamn house, it would be of...
[00:52:41] His name's Finn.
[00:52:42] That is the goldfish mascot.
[00:52:44] Because I am addicted to...
[00:52:46] That is great.
[00:52:47] I literally have a bag of goldfish right here.
[00:52:50] That would be kind of cool.
[00:52:52] Just the fish.
[00:52:54] You can get the pillows!
[00:52:56] Yeah.
[00:52:58] We're sponsored by Pepperidge Farm now, so...
[00:53:01] Thank you.
[00:53:02] Pepperidge Fam.
[00:53:03] They pay me in Milana's.
[00:53:06] Ooh.
[00:53:07] I'd accept that payment.
[00:53:08] I'd take it.
[00:53:09] Yeah, these are great.
[00:53:11] I love everything they make.
[00:53:13] It's great.
[00:53:15] Thanks, Alejandra.
[00:53:17] The next question we got asked is,
[00:53:20] what is one page...
[00:53:21] This is from Slate, by the way.
[00:53:23] This is to...
[00:53:25] Everybody.
[00:53:26] What is one change you would like to make to the GNC Podcast Network?
[00:53:30] Well, it's the GNC Podcast Studios now, because we're part of a bigger network now.
[00:53:35] But...
[00:53:36] What is one change we could make?
[00:53:40] Firebill.
[00:53:41] Yeah, get his ass out of here.
[00:53:43] Firebill.
[00:53:44] And then it all just goes to shit.
[00:53:47] I just do 3DO by myself.
[00:53:50] It would be a nightmare.
[00:53:52] Just imagining all three shows without me, and I'm like, I'm not sure where these would go.
[00:53:58] I mean, I could solo for an hour.
[00:54:00] 3DO...
[00:54:02] 3DO might survive.
[00:54:03] Matt might be able to keep his geek headers going.
[00:54:07] I'm not...
[00:54:07] Alex would just turn into the chaos hour every week.
[00:54:10] Do the water bottle podcast.
[00:54:13] She just starts talking to the water bottles.
[00:54:17] How are you?
[00:54:22] I don't know what I'd change, honestly.
[00:54:23] I think we're pretty...
[00:54:24] I like where we're at right now.
[00:54:26] I like...
[00:54:26] We've got a pretty stable three shows.
[00:54:29] Any future shows, I think we're gonna make directly through Super Pod going forward.
[00:54:35] Yeah.
[00:54:36] Super water bottle facts.
[00:54:38] If you make your own show, you can make it through GNC.
[00:54:43] Honestly, my only real change that I'd like is I'd like to do next year more guests.
[00:54:49] Like, just across the board.
[00:54:52] Yeah.
[00:54:53] The only guest we've had on our show so far is my wife, so...
[00:54:57] We're gonna get Drak at some point.
[00:54:59] We're gonna have Alex at some point.
[00:55:00] It just...
[00:55:01] We have to get...
[00:55:02] Well, Alex...
[00:55:03] As soon as we get Bill to watch the live action One Piece, you're gonna be on the show.
[00:55:09] We'll talk about that.
[00:55:10] Yes.
[00:55:12] So we'll watch it.
[00:55:15] With a no pressure pressure, I can usually...
[00:55:17] It's like deadlines, though.
[00:55:19] We gotta give him a deadline.
[00:55:20] Because I made him watch solo leveling because the movie's coming out.
[00:55:23] And I was like, you need context before the movie.
[00:55:26] So there we go.
[00:55:26] Yeah, I watched that earlier this year.
[00:55:28] It was pretty good.
[00:55:30] I feel like the main character needs some more development, though.
[00:55:33] Well, it will get there.
[00:55:34] It will get there.
[00:55:35] I have a feeling.
[00:55:36] He's kind of bland at the moment.
[00:55:39] I feel like he was more interesting when he was just a weak little nothing guy.
[00:55:44] I'm curious to see where it goes.
[00:55:45] I'm curious.
[00:55:46] That's what I'm curious...
[00:55:47] Like, have.
[00:55:48] So he also asked,
[00:55:51] Water tier list when?
[00:55:54] Would you actually want to do that?
[00:55:56] I mean...
[00:55:58] We could legit get all four of us together again and do the water bottles tier list.
[00:56:02] I'm up for it.
[00:56:03] No, just water.
[00:56:04] Tap water, spring water, distilled water, spring water.
[00:56:08] Well, we gotta pick a couple different...
[00:56:10] Maybe we search the best and the worst.
[00:56:13] We thought pod water.
[00:56:15] I mean, we did the tier list on 3DO.
[00:56:17] We could very easily do a tier list for GNC.
[00:56:20] It would have to be a bonus because I'm not sure we could make that a main episode.
[00:56:25] That could be a main episode of GNC.
[00:56:26] I'm sure we could.
[00:56:28] We were bullshitted last week for an hour.
[00:56:30] That's content compared to that.
[00:56:33] Yeah.
[00:56:34] So yeah, water bottle tier list...
[00:56:37] So fun fact, a water bottle tier list, we can bring that right into his next question, which is the final one.
[00:56:42] Plans for 2025?
[00:56:45] More water bottles.
[00:56:46] More water bottles.
[00:56:47] More water bottles.
[00:56:48] All water bottles.
[00:56:50] We're gonna fish them out of the landfill.
[00:56:52] Yes, we're gonna start.
[00:56:53] There's way too many of them in there.
[00:56:55] So we'll do water bottle tier list.
[00:56:58] Other topics though, like we're gonna continue...
[00:57:02] Obviously anime swaps will continue.
[00:57:04] Three anime films.
[00:57:06] Our usual, like...
[00:57:07] We'll get to that.
[00:57:09] We'll probably do more games that shaped us.
[00:57:12] Talking about specific games from our childhood that made a big impact on us.
[00:57:16] And I want to do more collecting stories going forward.
[00:57:19] Like bring on different collectors and actually talk collecting on the gaming collecting podcast.
[00:57:23] You know what a novel concept that is.
[00:57:26] I mean, I've been collecting game gear.
[00:57:28] So we can talk about that.
[00:57:29] We could actually have you back on for a round two.
[00:57:33] I have game 79 in the mail.
[00:57:36] Nice.
[00:57:38] Other than that though, more guests.
[00:57:40] I definitely want more guests going forward.
[00:57:42] And we're gonna probably continue doing our revisits where we cover old topics from like season one and two.
[00:57:48] And...
[00:57:48] I'd like to do more round tables.
[00:57:51] Like the anime fight club was a big success in my opinion.
[00:57:57] I'd like to do more of those.
[00:57:58] They're just scheduling them is always a challenge.
[00:58:01] But we're gonna...
[00:58:02] We'll do more of that next year.
[00:58:03] Well, trying to get all the same people as last time is especially challenging because they're literally scattered all across the different time zones.
[00:58:12] Yeah.
[00:58:15] But yeah, so we got a bunch of stuff in the timeline, in the pipeline for next year.
[00:58:21] So hopefully we'll get to that.
[00:58:23] Also...
[00:58:24] Yes, thanks Slade.
[00:58:26] I also got a message from a former co-worker that I used to work with at my current job.
[00:58:30] He just wanted to know how I was doing.
[00:58:32] I'm doing good, sir.
[00:58:34] Does he listen to the show?
[00:58:36] I don't know. Maybe.
[00:58:40] He's also the podcast.
[00:58:42] Why not?
[00:58:43] He's just asking you how you're doing.
[00:58:45] I gotta reach...
[00:58:46] I gotta DM him tomorrow and like reach out, but...
[00:58:49] We gotta farm him for content.
[00:58:50] If he does listen, I'm doing okay.
[00:58:53] Work kind of...
[00:58:54] I don't know why that's back.
[00:58:56] No one cares about your facts, Bill.
[00:58:58] It works.
[00:59:02] You and your work friends.
[00:59:04] Oh, wait.
[00:59:05] Yeah.
[00:59:08] Wait a minute.
[00:59:12] I'll reach out to him though in private later.
[00:59:15] And then Schnickerman came in with another question.
[00:59:17] He asked, most watched and listened to episodes?
[00:59:23] I think the most watched is still three anime films too.
[00:59:28] But I think that one kind of had got help because we had signed up for one of those services and as a trial and it sucks.
[00:59:35] So I never signed up again.
[00:59:36] And we somehow got like 90 plays from that.
[00:59:39] But if I want to talk real most played episodes, I think the great controller debate, the Stardew Valley episode and like a few other ones are probably up there.
[00:59:50] I guess to spread it out to 3DO as well. 3DO is a bit skewed because the first three episodes had been sitting on the platform for like a good year before we started the show proper.
[01:00:01] So those three have much higher numbers than the rest.
[01:00:04] But yeah, yeah.
[01:00:05] And for some reason, like the views on like say like YouTube don't match like the podcast ones.
[01:00:11] Yeah, because YouTube has its own separate views like they don't whole line because geek addicts does way better on YouTube than does audio, which is bizarre to me.
[01:00:20] Yeah, like our captain Quasar almost has 400 views.
[01:00:23] It's like what?
[01:00:24] Yeah.
[01:00:27] I think episode wise though.
[01:00:28] I think Thrak's first appearance is the most listened to episode, but then we also have enough for them to fuck off.
[01:00:38] We've had other big ones though, like the the 3DO was weird episode was a good one that the 50th anniversary episodes.
[01:00:46] Not anniversary 50 of the episode.
[01:00:49] You've been doing this for 50 years. We look good.
[01:00:52] Yeah, stuck on my hair and everything.
[01:00:54] Yeah, age very gracefully.
[01:00:57] Oh God.
[01:01:01] Nice.
[01:01:06] So that's why you're in deep thought for like 10 minutes.
[01:01:13] Right.
[01:01:17] The video was shockingly accurate.
[01:01:21] Yeah, that was Bill.
[01:01:22] Oh, yeah.
[01:01:23] Let me have the glasses.
[01:01:25] The video listeners will get a treat, I guess.
[01:01:29] Yeah.
[01:01:30] I fixed it.
[01:01:32] I fixed it.
[01:01:36] You sure you didn't go to art school, Alex?
[01:01:39] I should have.
[01:01:40] I should have.
[01:01:42] Oh God.
[01:01:43] So that wraps up.
[01:01:45] I started a dictatorship now.
[01:01:46] That wraps up the GNC portion of the Q&A.
[01:01:49] Let's move over now to the Superpod Network.
[01:01:53] Um, and we got, so we had two rounds.
[01:01:56] I had the first round where we got like two questions and then I had the second round where
[01:02:00] we got a bunch more.
[01:02:02] So the first question comes from, uh, uh, Matt Storm from, um, um, Fun and Games podcast,
[01:02:10] a certain point of view.
[01:02:11] Um, they asked, um, what is something you know now that you wish you knew when you first started
[01:02:19] the show?
[01:02:21] Um, didn't you just answer that?
[01:02:24] I've probably answered this on our previous two, um, things and I might've, I guess if,
[01:02:31] if I could give another answer, something I wish I knew was, um, pacing, um, maybe, um,
[01:02:41] clearly define your topics a bit more.
[01:02:45] Um, I definitely learned with 3DO that I can't talk to myself because I just, it doesn't go
[01:02:49] anywhere.
[01:02:50] I need a cohost.
[01:02:55] Um, any other things?
[01:03:00] Mother of God, what are you doing over there?
[01:03:02] What?
[01:03:03] She's out of focus.
[01:03:04] I fixed it.
[01:03:07] Nope.
[01:03:08] I guess I'm just, I'm here, but I'm not here.
[01:03:12] Censor.
[01:03:12] Um, it's normal.
[01:03:19] Your webcam just decided that that was unseemly.
[01:03:23] So it blurred out.
[01:03:23] Well, no, what?
[01:03:25] I gotta work.
[01:03:26] I gotta work on my pacing.
[01:03:28] 30 seconds of dead silence.
[01:03:33] I've been broken by Alex once again.
[01:03:39] It's my job.
[01:03:41] I, if anything.
[01:03:43] I can do my death thing again, again.
[01:03:46] See ya.
[01:03:48] Awesome.
[01:03:50] If anything.
[01:03:52] She's about to drop in the mats room.
[01:04:01] I was gonna say she's, she's, she's descending.
[01:04:04] Um.
[01:04:05] Wait, can you see me?
[01:04:06] No.
[01:04:07] No.
[01:04:08] I can see the top of your chair.
[01:04:10] I can't see the top of your chair.
[01:04:10] No, a little bit.
[01:04:11] A little bit.
[01:04:12] I'll just talk like this.
[01:04:14] You're like a kid trying to drive the car.
[01:04:16] Yeah.
[01:04:17] Yeah.
[01:04:23] I feel bad that we kind of just dumped on Matt's question here.
[01:04:27] I think he loves this.
[01:04:28] I don't know what you're talking about.
[01:04:30] I hope they do.
[01:04:30] This is great content.
[01:04:31] What are you talking about?
[01:04:33] Yes.
[01:04:34] It's a great content.
[01:04:36] Matt, you gotta watch.
[01:04:37] You gotta watch this, Matt.
[01:04:39] Okay?
[01:04:39] Go listen to it.
[01:04:40] Watch it.
[01:04:40] Really experience it.
[01:04:42] They're not gonna understand like what's happening, but then you watch the video and it's like,
[01:04:46] Oh, I still don't understand what's happening.
[01:04:51] It worked though.
[01:04:52] I'm in focus now.
[01:04:53] It did work.
[01:04:54] I don't know why that worked.
[01:04:55] Hey, I'm gonna go with it.
[01:04:56] That's the new plan now.
[01:04:58] I go out of focus.
[01:04:59] To answer the question though.
[01:05:00] You don't have to.
[01:05:02] We answered it.
[01:05:03] Let's move on.
[01:05:04] The answer is lift the chair.
[01:05:06] Let me just go.
[01:05:08] My real answer is I wish my past self wouldn't have been as afraid to reach out and like
[01:05:13] talk to other podcasters and like ask for advice.
[01:05:17] So because I think our first season we were very isolated.
[01:05:20] We didn't actually branch out to like season two.
[01:05:24] Yeah, I'm pretty sure with a lot of podcasts though, because there's so many that just
[01:05:27] like hide in their own little corner and do their own thing.
[01:05:30] And it's like, and then they're like, why do we really get like two views?
[01:05:33] It's like because nobody, you don't talk to anybody or promote it anywhere.
[01:05:37] Like what do you think is going to happen?
[01:05:38] I'm pretty sure for the first season and a half, our only listeners were Matt Schnickerman
[01:05:43] and our mother.
[01:05:44] Yes.
[01:05:47] I'm so glad my mom doesn't listen to this.
[01:05:51] She's not a fan of 3DO?
[01:05:54] No.
[01:05:56] No, she's a GNC fan.
[01:05:58] The only video game she plays is like Dr. Mario and she's like half decent at it.
[01:06:02] My mom listens to the 3DO.
[01:06:04] She listens to it in the car sometimes while she's driving up the seat.
[01:06:07] Oh God.
[01:06:08] And we've said some pretty, I've said some wacky shit on there.
[01:06:12] So I mean, I apologize.
[01:06:14] Alex says, Alex says some wacky shit herself.
[01:06:17] Yeah.
[01:06:19] I have a bad feeling if one day I meet your mom, she's going to confront me on some of
[01:06:24] the bullshit I've said on there.
[01:06:25] I'd be like, Oh God, how do I respond to this?
[01:06:29] She's too, she's too nice.
[01:06:31] God help her when episode 69 of 3DO comes out.
[01:06:38] That'll be a disaster.
[01:06:41] It's going to be a wonderful disaster.
[01:06:43] Well, Bill, when you brought up the tier list in the back of my head, I was thinking
[01:06:46] we should tier list those when we're done with them.
[01:06:49] Put them on tier list.
[01:06:51] Yes.
[01:06:52] Yeah.
[01:06:53] Let's do it.
[01:06:53] Fuck it.
[01:06:54] We'll throw a tier list at the end and be like, where are these games going to go?
[01:06:57] You know what I'm the funniest part is though.
[01:06:59] I'm not even sure if the episode itself is going to be like the chaotic part or it's
[01:07:04] going to be the fact that we got the fine time crew joining us for it.
[01:07:07] So yes, the answer is yes.
[01:07:09] Yeah.
[01:07:10] I can't.
[01:07:10] Yeah, it's going to be good.
[01:07:11] Okay.
[01:07:12] I'm really curious to see how many must plays are in there.
[01:07:20] No spoilers.
[01:07:21] No spoilers.
[01:07:22] I won't.
[01:07:22] I won't.
[01:07:23] I won't spoil anything.
[01:07:23] I'm going to say play is a very, very generous term.
[01:07:28] Well, there's some way to play though.
[01:07:33] Guys, we have a lady present.
[01:07:37] I'm not offended by that.
[01:07:40] I was about to say, I think she was more offended by that.
[01:07:42] I think she was more offended by that.
[01:07:43] I'll just leave.
[01:07:44] God dammit.
[01:07:46] She's going to go out of focus again.
[01:07:47] Sinking again.
[01:07:50] I'm just going to do it from down here.
[01:07:52] Get off Matt's roof.
[01:07:54] That being said though, big thanks to Matt for the question.
[01:07:59] Moving on.
[01:07:59] We got Tommy's question.
[01:08:01] Oh, this better be good.
[01:08:04] So this comes from Tommy.
[01:08:05] If you had to eat 200 of a specific meal size food item before you could eat any other
[01:08:10] food, what would you eat?
[01:08:12] I'm talking like a burger or a steak or a pizza, no cheating and saying 200 starburst Tommy
[01:08:17] LOL or 200 grains of rice idiot.
[01:08:20] It has to be enough to fill your tummy as a meal.
[01:08:24] There is no time limit.
[01:08:25] So you can eat three a day or whatever, but you can't eat anything else until you eat
[01:08:29] 200 of an item.
[01:08:30] Mozzarella sticks.
[01:08:31] What the hell is wrong with this brain?
[01:08:35] It's AI.
[01:08:37] His brain is Chad GPT.
[01:08:40] Mozzarella sticks.
[01:08:42] That's the best part is.
[01:08:45] So I can't say like 200 goldfish.
[01:08:47] I can't say that.
[01:08:48] No, that's cheesy.
[01:08:49] That's easy.
[01:08:51] I could eat 200 a day.
[01:08:53] Mozzarella sticks.
[01:08:53] What when it comes to pizza?
[01:08:55] Is that slices or a whole pie?
[01:08:58] I'm assuming enough to fill your belly is essentially what I'm what I'm assuming.
[01:09:02] It's a big ass.
[01:09:03] That varies.
[01:09:04] Sometimes I can eat a whole pizza.
[01:09:06] And other times if I eat like two slices and I'm dead.
[01:09:09] Just pretend that you're not as hungry.
[01:09:13] Just lie.
[01:09:16] I need to think about it.
[01:09:17] So what's funny is at my first job, like before the job where I met Matt, we had this
[01:09:23] one guy in like the break room like and he would always order like this giant thing
[01:09:26] of like spaghetti every day.
[01:09:28] And he would like always eat through half of it and just be like, oh, I gotta put this
[01:09:33] in two containers.
[01:09:34] It's too much food.
[01:09:35] And I remember my other coworker across the table just goes, you know, you could just stop.
[01:09:40] And his response was, you can't just stop.
[01:09:45] You can't just stop eating spaghetti.
[01:09:48] You can't just stop when you're, I don't know.
[01:09:51] Did he regret his spaghetti?
[01:09:54] I think so.
[01:09:54] Was it his mom's spaghetti?
[01:09:56] Apparently not enough if he ordered it every day.
[01:09:57] No, he ordered out at this restaurant.
[01:10:00] So it was probably as expensive as shit too after a while.
[01:10:03] But I just always remember that like, just like his befuddled, like, you just stop.
[01:10:11] I could probably do like 200 tacos.
[01:10:17] That's bad.
[01:10:18] That'd probably be good.
[01:10:18] Yeah.
[01:10:20] And one taco is fine.
[01:10:22] Right?
[01:10:22] Cause like, I can eat like three or four at once.
[01:10:27] But yeah, at the same time, but you know, I'm not going to eat like 200 times four.
[01:10:33] No, thank you.
[01:10:35] So like, what are the limitations on this?
[01:10:38] Like say, like, I'm not saying this is my answer, but if I were to say something like pizza,
[01:10:42] can I change it up and do different toppings for each one?
[01:10:45] Or that's a good question.
[01:10:47] Same kind of pizza.
[01:10:48] He leaves it open.
[01:10:49] Yeah, he doesn't really specify.
[01:10:51] He just says, it has to be the same item.
[01:10:59] Okay.
[01:11:01] I would do pizza then.
[01:11:03] Yeah, pizza.
[01:11:03] I mean, even tacos, you can do different stuff.
[01:11:06] Yeah.
[01:11:07] Yeah.
[01:11:07] Cause with pizza, you could, you could really mix it up.
[01:11:09] You could do like dessert pizzas.
[01:11:11] You could do breakfast pizzas.
[01:11:13] Yeah.
[01:11:13] You know, there's all, there's all sorts of options there.
[01:11:16] Lunchables.
[01:11:16] You could fucking fold it in half.
[01:11:19] I've never eaten a Lunchables since seventh grade.
[01:11:23] I don't even know what they look like anymore.
[01:11:25] They're probably exactly the same.
[01:11:27] No, that's, that's, that's the lunch lead.
[01:11:29] Oh yeah.
[01:11:30] Yeah.
[01:11:31] See Lunchables, they used to have like the hot dog hamburger ones.
[01:11:34] Yes.
[01:11:34] They don't make them anymore.
[01:11:35] I know.
[01:11:36] I know.
[01:11:37] Those are like, like those weird, like rectangle fucking cheeses that you like peel off.
[01:11:43] Yeah.
[01:11:43] I had to slam those.
[01:11:45] The hot dog and hamburger.
[01:11:46] The one time I remember having those.
[01:11:48] We had them a lot.
[01:11:50] Yeah.
[01:11:50] But I remember having them in school.
[01:11:52] I am cold.
[01:11:53] I had those shit cold.
[01:11:54] Never heat them up.
[01:11:55] Oh no, no.
[01:11:55] It wasn't the, it wasn't the hot dog hamburger.
[01:11:58] It was the, um, the, uh, the taco.
[01:12:01] They used to do tacos and these were bad.
[01:12:03] I don't remember.
[01:12:04] I never had a taco, but I remember these.
[01:12:07] So I had it once in school.
[01:12:09] It was the one time I threw up in the classroom because the meat I think had to be cooked.
[01:12:13] And I didn't know that as a dumb child.
[01:12:15] And I ate it.
[01:12:16] And like an hour later, it was bad.
[01:12:19] Um, I can imagine.
[01:12:22] Well, that's what they get for fucking putting raw meat into a child's like supposed
[01:12:27] to be ready to go.
[01:12:28] Yeah.
[01:12:29] They didn't like just like cook it and then like, you know, cool off.
[01:12:31] I don't know.
[01:12:32] I might've just had a bad weak stomach or something, but like, I remember.
[01:12:35] I mean, and plus with beef.
[01:12:37] Yeah.
[01:12:37] Lunchable sushi.
[01:12:37] Sometimes it goes bad.
[01:12:39] Yeah.
[01:12:40] True.
[01:12:40] I, I, I, there was some Lunchable brands that I was always kind of like, yeah, this
[01:12:44] is a little, uh, questionable in my opinion.
[01:12:47] Bring it back.
[01:12:49] You know what?
[01:12:50] I always felt bad though.
[01:12:50] This is a little off topic, but, um, when you were back in the day in like school, you
[01:12:54] had like the kids with like all the Lunchables and there was always the one kid who had
[01:12:57] like the nachos and you always just kind of felt bad.
[01:12:59] Cause it was like, wow.
[01:13:00] That's great.
[01:13:02] I like the nachos.
[01:13:03] But that was, imagine like your only meal that day is like some fucking not great cheese.
[01:13:09] And like, like, like, bad queso.
[01:13:11] And like, like weird.
[01:13:11] And like, like bad queso.
[01:13:12] I don't know Alex, that nachos.
[01:13:14] As a child.
[01:13:15] As a child, but you grew up now and you're like.
[01:13:16] I wouldn't eat it now, but like.
[01:13:18] I know, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't.
[01:13:21] Cheese in the form of jell-o.
[01:13:23] I knew a kid who, um.
[01:13:24] Good shit.
[01:13:25] Well, remember the stuff that you would like scoop on the little red stick and then you'd
[01:13:29] put it on the.
[01:13:30] I think I do.
[01:13:32] Like, you know, like it came with the little cheese and it came with the crackers and you
[01:13:36] spread it.
[01:13:37] Yeah.
[01:13:37] Is it, is it bad?
[01:13:38] She's getting better than.
[01:13:40] Alex, Alex.
[01:13:41] Is it bad that I can't remember the taste of the food, but I remember the taste of the
[01:13:44] stick?
[01:13:45] Like.
[01:13:46] No.
[01:13:46] That's weird.
[01:13:47] That's a little weird.
[01:13:48] Well, no, it's like the, uh.
[01:13:50] It's.
[01:13:51] No, it's, it's like, like the old ice cream cups with a wooden stick.
[01:13:54] And I remember the taste of the stick more than I do the ice cream.
[01:13:56] Oh, like the hootsie cups.
[01:13:58] Yeah.
[01:13:58] The hootsie cup.
[01:13:59] Like.
[01:14:00] Yeah.
[01:14:00] Yeah.
[01:14:01] Yeah.
[01:14:01] I remember the wooden spoon more than I remember the actual ice cream.
[01:14:04] I just think you might have issues.
[01:14:07] Oh, we know Bill has issues.
[01:14:08] That's why we're here right now.
[01:14:10] I mean, I've known him for how many years?
[01:14:12] Unfortunately.
[01:14:14] No.
[01:14:14] I'm just kidding.
[01:14:15] Alex doesn't want to have her age.
[01:14:18] What?
[01:14:18] Well, her age is like.
[01:14:20] You're almost 30.
[01:14:21] You're almost 30.
[01:14:23] Alex, everyone else here is 30.
[01:14:25] Yeah.
[01:14:26] I'm 30.
[01:14:26] You get wrecked.
[01:14:27] Well, I'm just making fun of Bill.
[01:14:29] Suck it nerd.
[01:14:30] Yeah.
[01:14:31] Fuck it.
[01:14:32] I've lived three decades.
[01:14:34] Garbage.
[01:14:35] Oh.
[01:14:36] I got like a month.
[01:14:39] To live.
[01:14:40] To live.
[01:14:42] The world's ending at the end of the year, didn't you hear?
[01:14:44] Oh no.
[01:14:45] Pride beat for the best.
[01:14:47] The mind tower is coming.
[01:14:48] 2012 green ducks.
[01:14:48] Coming back.
[01:14:51] No, the world did die in 2012.
[01:14:53] This is just, you know, the aftermath.
[01:14:54] Purgatory.
[01:14:55] We've been in new game plus this entire time.
[01:14:58] New game plus.
[01:15:00] Oh shit.
[01:15:01] I almost had a shitty first run.
[01:15:03] Yeah.
[01:15:03] We haven't discovered God mode yet.
[01:15:05] I had to carry these stats over.
[01:15:10] All right.
[01:15:10] So the next question.
[01:15:12] Thank you, Tommy, for that.
[01:15:14] I forgot his question.
[01:15:15] Oh, did we even answer?
[01:15:17] I don't think I answered the question.
[01:15:18] I think everybody said pizza and Therak said tacos.
[01:15:21] I said.
[01:15:22] I said.
[01:15:22] No, Alex said mozzarella sticks.
[01:15:24] I didn't.
[01:15:25] I didn't answer.
[01:15:26] I couldn't do 200 mozzarella sticks.
[01:15:28] Oh my God.
[01:15:29] I would lose my mind.
[01:15:30] You would be.
[01:15:31] I would love my life.
[01:15:32] You would be.
[01:15:33] Yeah, but you would be in agony.
[01:15:35] Well, yeah.
[01:15:36] You know, you know.
[01:15:37] I would just be in the back the whole time.
[01:15:40] It would not be pleasant.
[01:15:42] No.
[01:15:43] That being said though, I'm going to be like the lame health nut here.
[01:15:46] I'd actually, I'd be good with salad.
[01:15:48] Like 200 salads.
[01:15:49] You won't believe.
[01:15:49] Yeah.
[01:15:50] That's a lie.
[01:15:51] It is not a lie.
[01:15:53] I could do.
[01:15:54] 200 tomatoes.
[01:15:56] Alex.
[01:15:59] When I worked night.
[01:16:00] When I worked night shift, that's all I ate for like five years.
[01:16:05] I was working night shifts.
[01:16:06] You're just crazy by default.
[01:16:07] Well, yeah, exactly.
[01:16:09] You never.
[01:16:09] You know what?
[01:16:10] I just do like a Thanksgiving dinner.
[01:16:12] Just like, you know, stuffing turkey, stuffing turkey cranberry sauce.
[01:16:16] 200 Thanksgiving dinners.
[01:16:18] You would be so.
[01:16:19] I'd be in heaven to slap that shit between a couple slices of bread, man.
[01:16:24] You literally, after 200 of those, you would literally be in heaven.
[01:16:30] You know, I'm not going to lie.
[01:16:31] I like for about a year because me and Alex like have our own places.
[01:16:36] Now, like whenever we go to Thanksgiving, it's great because we just can't like take
[01:16:38] all the leftovers.
[01:16:39] But I swear to God, after like a week, I'm like, I'm done with this shit for until next
[01:16:43] year.
[01:16:45] See leftovers don't last in my house.
[01:16:50] Oh, thank you, Tommy, for that wonderful.
[01:16:54] You know, when when he left that I saw it pop up and I went, oh, oh, Lord, this is going
[01:16:57] to be great.
[01:16:59] Only only Tommy.
[01:17:03] So now from Aaron, the boss man, the boss man's leaving us a question.
[01:17:11] If you could have any actor, voice actor or celebrity of any kind on the show, who would
[01:17:17] it be?
[01:17:19] The Jonas Brothers.
[01:17:21] I'm just kidding.
[01:17:27] What the fuck?
[01:17:29] Bill's a really big fan.
[01:17:31] He just doesn't want to tell anyone.
[01:17:32] I couldn't even tell you a song.
[01:17:35] The only thing I know about the Jonas Brothers is the fucking South Park episode.
[01:17:40] That's the best version of the Jonas Brothers.
[01:17:42] That is a good version.
[01:17:46] Baby.
[01:17:52] Who would I want?
[01:17:53] Well, I know for 3DO, I've always said it'd be Trip Hawkins.
[01:17:55] But for GNC, that's hard, honestly.
[01:18:03] Jeff Gordon.
[01:18:05] No.
[01:18:05] Jeff Gordon.
[01:18:07] Your waifu's behind you.
[01:18:09] There he is.
[01:18:09] Kyle Busch.
[01:18:11] Kyle Busch would actually be kind of interesting to talk to just for a minute.
[01:18:14] Yeah.
[01:18:16] I feel like you would love to talk to, what's her name?
[01:18:19] Amanda Wyn Lee.
[01:18:21] The voice of Yukiko.
[01:18:22] Oh, the voice of Yukiko.
[01:18:23] She is apparently a savage online.
[01:18:25] Like she does not give a fuck.
[01:18:27] Like, that's why she'd be perfect for this.
[01:18:30] That actually would be kind of interesting.
[01:18:32] Like, I think her, I think her Twitter picture is literally Yukiko, but it's got a hat, like one of the, like a sideways hat that has like, has says like smoked on it or something.
[01:18:44] That'd be cool.
[01:18:45] Honestly, like any other person.
[01:18:46] I'd love to talk to Johnny Young Bosch.
[01:18:48] Like, just the amount of shit he's been in.
[01:18:51] Her Twitter picture is Yukiko sipping on a coffee mug that says fuck a monkey.
[01:18:56] Yeah.
[01:18:59] Yeah.
[01:19:00] Yeah.
[01:19:00] And somebody drew that too.
[01:19:03] That's amazing.
[01:19:04] Anyone you'd like, Alex?
[01:19:07] Robert Pattinson.
[01:19:08] But he has to talk in the voice he does for the boy and the heron the whole time.
[01:19:14] Jesus.
[01:19:15] I was hoping you'd say the Batman.
[01:19:17] No, the boy and the heron because we called him Robert Pattinson the whole movie.
[01:19:22] So I'd just like to talk to him and be like, I'd like you to discuss your role of Robert Pattinson in the boy and the heron.
[01:19:30] No, just have him on.
[01:19:31] And every time he goes to talk to say, shut up, Bobby.
[01:19:35] Oh, Mike Judge would be cool to talk to just to hear his stories.
[01:19:38] Oh, God. Yeah.
[01:19:40] Anyone for Geek Addicts matter?
[01:19:41] God dang it, Billy.
[01:19:43] Well, I mean, we we already answered this question in our our Q&A that we did.
[01:19:48] I bet Aaron asked the same question.
[01:19:52] I'm pretty sure it was him that asked that too.
[01:19:55] But we mentioned a few people.
[01:19:57] I mean, I I still say me.
[01:20:00] Ryan Massey would be fun.
[01:20:02] Ryan Massey, Chris Sabat would be cool.
[01:20:06] Basically, any of the old school funny actors.
[01:20:10] Yeah.
[01:20:13] Oh, oh, never mind.
[01:20:16] Gordon Ramsay.
[01:20:18] Yes.
[01:20:20] Yes.
[01:20:21] But he has to just yell at us the whole time.
[01:20:23] No, he does that one episode where he just like my favorite Gordon Ramsay quote ever is like he like completely just rages at everybody.
[01:20:30] And then like this one guy that was pissing him off the entire episode.
[01:20:33] He just stops like gets right up close in his ear and just goes.
[01:20:37] Get help.
[01:20:38] And then just walks away.
[01:20:41] And it's like, wow.
[01:20:43] It's like the most like savage thing he's ever done.
[01:20:46] Yeah, that's how.
[01:20:48] That hurt.
[01:20:49] Like he screams at all these people.
[01:20:51] And then this one dude, he just right in his ear just like get help.
[01:20:55] Like, holy fuck.
[01:20:57] He can review an episode of our podcast.
[01:21:01] It's rotten.
[01:21:04] Didn't they just bring that show back?
[01:21:06] The kitchen nightmares.
[01:21:07] I hope so.
[01:21:08] Yeah, yeah.
[01:21:09] They're bringing it back.
[01:21:10] Which is, I prefer that show.
[01:21:12] The one where he just like goes to like failing restaurants and tries to save them.
[01:21:16] And then most of them fail right after he leaves.
[01:21:18] Because they don't listen to them.
[01:21:19] Yeah.
[01:21:20] Well, they're all in denial.
[01:21:21] Well, and also a lot of like small businesses.
[01:21:24] Like I think it's what like 70% of them fail within like the first year or something like that.
[01:21:28] So, yeah.
[01:21:30] Yeah.
[01:21:30] Apparently there's a restaurant.
[01:21:31] The bar rescue guy has.
[01:21:33] Apparently there's a restaurant around our area where he went to.
[01:21:38] And at least as far as up to COVID, it was still, it was still in business.
[01:21:43] Yeah.
[01:21:44] It was pretty.
[01:21:46] My friend I think knew someone who worked there.
[01:21:49] My friend growing up did.
[01:21:51] Or at least she had family who worked there.
[01:21:53] But I remember she would always talk about it and be like, what are you talking about?
[01:21:56] So we're in sixth grade.
[01:22:02] Who's Gordon Ramsay?
[01:22:08] So the next question comes from a quest 64 Mike.
[01:22:12] Hi Mike.
[01:22:13] I'm not sure he knew what show this.
[01:22:15] I'm not sure.
[01:22:18] Yeah, Alex would.
[01:22:19] Alex would love quest.
[01:22:21] That would end in such a disaster.
[01:22:25] That's why we do it.
[01:22:26] I'm assuming it has to do with the N64.
[01:22:28] Yes.
[01:22:28] Quest's entire gimmick, Alex.
[01:22:29] So he runs a Twitter slash blue sky account called quest 64 official where his entire gimmick is he just posts nothing but quest 64 propaganda.
[01:22:40] And he's also been trying to do like educational stuff about the N64.
[01:22:44] He has like, he has basically the entire library.
[01:22:47] Can I make a hate page?
[01:22:49] No.
[01:22:50] Cause he, he won't care.
[01:22:52] He, he'll probably, he'll probably fight you.
[01:22:55] Cause he's that kind of, he like, he's that good at what he does.
[01:22:58] Cause he's also trying to find the book Bumble singer.
[01:23:01] Apparently.
[01:23:03] He's he's.
[01:23:03] Why?
[01:23:04] Why not?
[01:23:05] Cause nobody knows who it is.
[01:23:07] Nobody knows.
[01:23:08] It's a good thing.
[01:23:10] That's not a good thing.
[01:23:11] It's a terrible song.
[01:23:13] Fair, but I think I still want to know who sang that.
[01:23:16] I'd love to know the backstory behind that.
[01:23:19] Yes.
[01:23:20] But, um, so I'm not sure.
[01:23:21] I'm not sure quest knew what show this was for, uh, because his question was, do you think the 3DO's fate would have changed significantly if the planned online services would have panned out?
[01:23:34] Or do you think the consoles think consoles simply weren't in the right market for online play that early in the nineties, looking at you, Sega, Sega channel.
[01:23:43] You needed a turn.
[01:23:44] My Sega channel catching strays.
[01:23:46] I mean, the super Nintendo had an online thing as well, and it didn't work out either.
[01:23:49] Was it online?
[01:23:50] I always thought it was like a broadcast system.
[01:23:52] Well, Sega channel is kind of the same thing.
[01:23:54] Both of them were like broadcast shit that had like online functionality and yet neither, but Nintendo has never left Japan.
[01:24:02] Whereas Sega's did.
[01:24:03] So I know that no online would not have saved the 3DO.
[01:24:07] The infrastructure was not there at the time for online gaming.
[01:24:10] I mean, when it hit the dreamcast in 99, like it was there, but it still wasn't like the big thing.
[01:24:16] Like, cause even when we hit the PS2 Xbox, like most people don't even realize the GameCube could go online.
[01:24:21] And there are a couple of online GameCube games.
[01:24:22] Like I didn't know that at the time, like until many years later.
[01:24:26] So like the infrastructure wasn't there until the 360.
[01:24:29] So it didn't really matter, honestly.
[01:24:32] Yeah.
[01:24:32] Unless you had a PC.
[01:24:33] True.
[01:24:34] And even then the 3DO, as much as I love the 3DO because it's such a weird fucking thing.
[01:24:39] It was dead on arrival from the start.
[01:24:41] Like just the.
[01:24:42] The.
[01:24:43] It just, it didn't have a, it just, it was coming in for all the wrong reasons.
[01:24:48] The $700 price tag doomed it.
[01:24:50] And then like, it was just the entire concept of the system.
[01:24:53] While fascinating was never going to work.
[01:24:56] It, it, it should have never left the conceptual stage, honestly.
[01:25:00] Like it just wasn't like they didn't really realize what they were getting into.
[01:25:04] You know, it's like why most small businesses fail.
[01:25:06] They don't realize what they're getting into until they're in it.
[01:25:09] And, you know, the 3DO was just another unfortunate one.
[01:25:13] It's not the only console in the nineties that bit off way more than they could chew, but it's just one of the more notable ones.
[01:25:19] True.
[01:25:21] Okay.
[01:25:22] Uh, thanks quest.
[01:25:24] Um, this was more for, um, the GNC, but it's okay.
[01:25:29] Um, so the next question.
[01:25:31] Hey, these shows are you talking about?
[01:25:32] No, he's too busy delivering the mail.
[01:25:37] True.
[01:25:38] Um, so the next question is from our boy Dre from fine time.
[01:25:43] He asked, do you have any hot takes on pork rinds?
[01:25:49] It's so random.
[01:25:51] Uh, pork rinds are perfectly average.
[01:25:55] They're fine.
[01:25:56] Is it a hot take to say I kind of, they're, they're okay.
[01:25:59] Like, I mean, that's my only opinion on them there.
[01:26:02] I've had a couple in my day.
[01:26:04] I'm like, eh, not bad.
[01:26:05] But if I eat more than like three of them, I get kind of queasy.
[01:26:09] So I, I can do like here and there.
[01:26:11] See, I remember like me and Alex, like our dad would like eat them all the time.
[01:26:15] And, um, I remember he was like eating them once and he's like, you want a pork rind?
[01:26:18] I'm like, sure.
[01:26:19] And I eat it.
[01:26:19] He's like, I'm like, he's like, you know what it is?
[01:26:21] I'm like, no.
[01:26:21] He's like dried pig intestine.
[01:26:23] I'm like, okay.
[01:26:25] And I kept eating it.
[01:26:26] I was just like, all right.
[01:26:28] I don't think I've ever had a pork rind.
[01:26:29] No.
[01:26:29] Cause he told me, because you heard him say that after I ate one and you were like, I
[01:26:34] eat you.
[01:26:35] I drew you a beautiful drawing though.
[01:26:45] Is that a Christmas tree?
[01:26:51] Alex, you need to, you need to, you need to screen cap that and send it to me so I can
[01:26:58] post it in the server.
[01:26:59] No, just that image of her, that image of her holding up to the camera has to be a thumbnail.
[01:27:05] Yes.
[01:27:06] Tag quest.
[01:27:07] Tag quest.
[01:27:09] Well, knowing him, he'd just be like, you're okay with being wrong.
[01:27:13] That's what he would say.
[01:27:16] Oh, I gotta add stink lines.
[01:27:18] I forgot.
[01:27:19] Hold on.
[01:27:20] I'm gonna add more to this.
[01:27:23] Well, dead boys.
[01:27:24] I didn't realize like pork rinds had like, they like flavored them like chips too.
[01:27:29] Like there's all sorts of different kinds.
[01:27:31] Yeah.
[01:27:31] Cool ranch pork rinds.
[01:27:33] Like if you didn't, if you know, I would die.
[01:27:38] Like, I'm not going to lie.
[01:27:39] If someone gave you them and didn't tell you what they were and you were just eating
[01:27:41] them, you'd probably think they were chips and then be like, Oh, I've tried, I've tried
[01:27:47] pork rinds a couple of times and I found them overwhelmingly underwhelming.
[01:27:51] I just think they're fine.
[01:27:52] Like they're like the most, like they're a food.
[01:27:56] Yeah.
[01:27:57] I'm curious to what Dre's take on pork rinds is Dre.
[01:28:00] Please tell me.
[01:28:01] I want to know.
[01:28:02] We'll interrogate him during a episode 69.
[01:28:05] Pork rinds.
[01:28:05] Just be like pork rinds.
[01:28:07] Like what is your take on pork rinds, sir?
[01:28:11] Um, you know, he, you know, he has like a dissertation written about pork rinds.
[01:28:16] Cause that's fucking Dre.
[01:28:18] Yeah.
[01:28:18] So what's hilarious is this must've started a random food tangent because then the next
[01:28:23] question is from scrap dog 15, uh, who just joined the server, um, today, but he
[01:28:29] asked, um, in your humble opinion, what are your three top three condiments?
[01:28:39] That's a tough one for me.
[01:28:42] I don't even think I can name three.
[01:28:43] I like, I'm going to say Chick-fil-A sauce.
[01:28:50] Um, just cause everyone likes Chick-fil-A sauce.
[01:28:53] Apparently, um, honey, Dijon mustard on the sandwich is great.
[01:29:00] Um, there's this like local Chipotle ranch sauce.
[01:29:06] I like to buy every now and then.
[01:29:07] I'd probably say that like, it's good on a sandwich.
[01:29:10] Fair.
[01:29:11] Fair.
[01:29:12] That's about all I got.
[01:29:16] Anyone else?
[01:29:18] I just like mustard.
[01:29:20] I don't like, I don't like ketchup.
[01:29:21] I don't like mayo.
[01:29:22] I don't like ranch.
[01:29:23] Barbecue is whatever.
[01:29:25] I only like mustard, but like the spicy mustard, you know, that, that, that, that
[01:29:29] like that shit.
[01:29:30] Spicy brown.
[01:29:32] Yeah.
[01:29:32] Or there's a brand.
[01:29:33] I don't know if you guys have it.
[01:29:34] It's called a, it's called Mr.
[01:29:36] Mustard.
[01:29:36] And it's like the, the hot kind.
[01:29:38] Like you need a spoon to scoop it out.
[01:29:39] That's how like, yeah, that shit is so fucking good.
[01:29:44] I love it so much.
[01:29:45] We can do a mustard tier list.
[01:29:47] I'm a, I can do a mustard tier list.
[01:29:50] We need to just do these.
[01:29:52] Honestly.
[01:29:53] We need to.
[01:29:53] I love mustard.
[01:29:55] Like I, I don't know.
[01:29:56] There's something about it.
[01:29:57] I just really like.
[01:29:58] Honestly, like water bottle.
[01:29:59] It has to be for GNC, but we should just do these as like GNC and not GM as super fun
[01:30:03] specials.
[01:30:05] Yes.
[01:30:06] Oh, hell yeah.
[01:30:06] Get everybody in on this.
[01:30:08] Yeah.
[01:30:08] I want in.
[01:30:08] Don't exclude me.
[01:30:10] No, you're, no, you are coming in.
[01:30:11] Absolutely.
[01:30:12] Yes.
[01:30:13] Oh, I updated my drawing.
[01:30:14] Oh, I had the, I had the line.
[01:30:17] The poop emoji.
[01:30:19] Are those cracks?
[01:30:20] Are those cracks on your screen?
[01:30:23] Yeah.
[01:30:24] I can see them.
[01:30:25] Jesus Christ.
[01:30:26] I dropped it.
[01:30:27] I haven't, it's been like that for a year.
[01:30:29] I haven't been able to fix it.
[01:30:30] Well, she never leaves her house.
[01:30:32] So it's like, it's not like it bothers her.
[01:30:33] It's fine.
[01:30:34] It's fine.
[01:30:35] So I don't know if this makes me weird, but I'm a big fan of horseradish brown mustard.
[01:30:39] Oh, that stuff is good.
[01:30:41] I like that kick, you know?
[01:30:42] Yeah.
[01:30:43] I do.
[01:30:44] It's a different kick than like, say like a pepper spice, you know, like it hits you
[01:30:47] real hard in the nose and then it just vanishes.
[01:30:50] It's great.
[01:30:50] Clean your, clean out your sinuses real quick.
[01:30:52] Yeah.
[01:30:52] Yeah.
[01:30:53] Yeah.
[01:30:54] Like when you get like the, when you get like sushi and it comes with wasabi, you know,
[01:30:58] it's just the green eyed horseradish, but it's fucking awesome.
[01:31:01] Yeah.
[01:31:02] Yeah.
[01:31:02] Real wasabi.
[01:31:04] Holy.
[01:31:05] I don't know if you guys have had real wasabi, but wow.
[01:31:07] We've got it at the, uh, oh yeah.
[01:31:09] Every you'll find like a, well, yeah, she went to, she actually went to the source.
[01:31:15] Yeah.
[01:31:15] Yeah.
[01:31:15] Fair.
[01:31:16] She went to John wasabi's house.
[01:31:17] They would put it in like the sashimi sushi, but they would hide it under like between the
[01:31:23] rice and the, in the fish.
[01:31:25] Oh, okay.
[01:31:25] So sometimes you'd eat it and then you'd go, wasabi.
[01:31:28] And you'd go like, no.
[01:31:31] I'd be like, just tell me it's there.
[01:31:33] I want to know.
[01:31:35] Surprise.
[01:31:37] Pain.
[01:31:37] But, um, to answer the question, I gotta say honey mustard tops the list.
[01:31:43] Um, I guess it really depends on my mood.
[01:31:48] Uh, there was a Burger King hasn't had it in a long time, but that old Kung Pao sauce they
[01:31:53] had.
[01:31:53] I loved that shit.
[01:31:54] Yeah.
[01:31:55] I remember that sauce.
[01:31:56] Yeah.
[01:31:56] It was interesting.
[01:31:57] Um, they got rid of it when I was working there too.
[01:31:59] It was so mad cause I had like unlimited access to it.
[01:32:01] You guys remember when McDonald's did this, the Szechuan sauce and it was like a whole
[01:32:05] fucking thing.
[01:32:06] Yeah.
[01:32:07] They made a whole big deal about it on Rick and Morty for a while.
[01:32:09] I remember.
[01:32:10] Yeah.
[01:32:11] That was, I lost a lot of faith in humanity when that happened.
[01:32:16] And then the sauce was very average.
[01:32:19] It was nothing.
[01:32:20] Yeah.
[01:32:20] It's just teriyaki sauce.
[01:32:21] That's like, it's like McDonald's has like their things.
[01:32:24] Like there's like the filet of fish, the fucking McRib, uh, Szechuan sauce, like the
[01:32:30] fucking, uh, what's the fuck?
[01:32:32] The shamrock shake.
[01:32:33] Oh, that's good.
[01:32:35] Or Grimace.
[01:32:36] I say the shamrock shake and the Grimace shake were good.
[01:32:38] Well, I always had that.
[01:32:39] I went, I went there yesterday.
[01:32:40] They now have IBC root beer on tap.
[01:32:43] And I'm like, what the hell?
[01:32:44] Well, they go to barks.
[01:32:45] They used to have barks.
[01:32:46] I mean, I love barks, but like IBC on tap.
[01:32:49] Fuck.
[01:32:49] Yeah.
[01:32:49] I love IBC.
[01:32:50] It's great.
[01:32:51] I always think of like the family guy episode where like, it's like one of those like cutaways
[01:32:54] and it's like, um, Stewie at a drive through.
[01:32:57] And the guy in front of him was like, I'll have a shamrock shake.
[01:32:59] And Stewie's like, it's July.
[01:33:08] I have 6,000 chicken for Jaitis.
[01:33:13] And a sausage, McBiscuit.
[01:33:16] You ever actually order fajitas that way?
[01:33:19] Hmm.
[01:33:20] You ever actually order fajitas that way?
[01:33:22] What, for Jaitis?
[01:33:24] No.
[01:33:24] Yeah.
[01:33:25] I have.
[01:33:26] With jalapenos on the side?
[01:33:28] Jalapenos.
[01:33:29] My wife was very embarrassed.
[01:33:32] No, I, I, I, I worked today.
[01:33:34] I was helping a coworker like do some filing.
[01:33:36] And I looked at one of the sheets and it said, uh, Regina on there.
[01:33:38] And I said, Oh, Regina.
[01:33:40] And they all were like, what the fuck dude?
[01:33:42] I'm like, what?
[01:33:44] Regina, Regina Canada.
[01:33:49] What was your, my last, the last sauce.
[01:33:53] Um, which tissue sauce?
[01:33:56] Oh, what's, oh, what's this here sauce?
[01:33:57] Yeah.
[01:33:59] What's this here?
[01:34:00] What's this here?
[01:34:01] What's this here sauce?
[01:34:02] Yeah.
[01:34:03] See, honey mustard.
[01:34:05] I don't hate honey mustard.
[01:34:06] I just think that like, that's what everybody uses is honey mustard.
[01:34:10] And a lot of times it's way too sweet.
[01:34:12] Yeah.
[01:34:12] It depends on the brand.
[01:34:13] Yeah.
[01:34:14] I like honey mustard to have a little bit of a kick to it, but it's still
[01:34:17] recognizably honey mustard.
[01:34:19] Yeah.
[01:34:19] It doesn't have to be like, you know, spicy or anything.
[01:34:21] It's just sometimes it's way too sweet.
[01:34:23] And it's like, I'm like, you could just give me honey.
[01:34:26] I'll just dip my tendies in honey.
[01:34:28] I feel, I feel remissed if I didn't bring it up.
[01:34:31] Talking about condiments, we have to bring up green ketchup again.
[01:34:33] Like that was the worst thing in the world.
[01:34:37] That was amazing.
[01:34:38] They should bring it back.
[01:34:39] No, it wasn't.
[01:34:41] Yeah, it was.
[01:34:42] But also I hate ketchup.
[01:34:43] So I have a searing hatred for ketchup.
[01:34:45] What if they had green mustard?
[01:34:47] Would you be in?
[01:34:49] I'd try it.
[01:34:51] I'd be like, this looks like, like the ooze that made the Ninja Turtles, but I'll put
[01:34:55] it on my hot dog.
[01:34:56] Why not?
[01:34:57] I just love those Heinz easy squeeze pictures of like the purple ketchup sprayed across the
[01:35:02] fries.
[01:35:02] And it's just the most putrid image you'll ever look at in your life.
[01:35:06] It's like Grimace took a dump on her.
[01:35:08] It's pretty large.
[01:35:09] Grimace!
[01:35:10] Grimace!
[01:35:12] Now with extra cancer.
[01:35:15] Yes!
[01:35:16] Fun fact.
[01:35:17] It is good.
[01:35:17] I looked on eBay to see if you could find, you can buy like people are selling the easy
[01:35:21] Of course you can!
[01:35:22] Of course you can!
[01:35:23] And my favorite one was like someone was selling it for $500 and the best thing is the description
[01:35:27] was used.
[01:35:28] And I'm just like what?
[01:35:30] Used!
[01:35:30] So it was open.
[01:35:33] How long was that sitting in your fridge buddy?
[01:35:36] I mean that shit's probably rotting, but whatever.
[01:35:39] Actually I don't know.
[01:35:40] The amount of chemicals probably in there might be fine.
[01:35:42] Yeah.
[01:35:43] It's fine.
[01:35:43] Easy score.
[01:35:44] Brast in green.
[01:35:45] It has Shrek on it with a sticker offer.
[01:35:47] Oh hell yeah!
[01:35:48] I remember the Grinch tie.
[01:35:50] I remember there was a Grinch tie in at one point too.
[01:35:54] Oh yeah!
[01:35:55] It has make offers.
[01:35:56] Should I offer him a dollar?
[01:35:58] Fuck yeah.
[01:35:59] Right now!
[01:36:00] Make it a display piece.
[01:36:02] I'm gonna see, let's see, offer $1.
[01:36:05] He'll probably be banned you.
[01:36:07] He'll be like, no.
[01:36:09] Well with shipping and tax it would be like $5.
[01:36:12] I'm gonna make the offer, I don't care.
[01:36:14] It's not like he's gonna say yes.
[01:36:17] Offer sent?
[01:36:21] You have been, five minutes later, you have been blocked by a seller.
[01:36:25] Next thing you know he's gonna send you a case of $50.
[01:36:28] Hell yeah.
[01:36:29] Get these things out of my house!
[01:36:31] Bro, you can buy vintage Heinz Easy Squirt green ketchup pajama pants.
[01:36:36] Holy shit!
[01:36:37] Why?
[01:36:39] For $30 bucks, they're size small so I couldn't fit in them.
[01:36:44] That's awesome.
[01:36:45] I would just fit in them.
[01:36:46] I'm not a live man.
[01:36:48] Oh, there's a graphic button up shirt, Heinz Easy Squirt.
[01:36:51] What the hell?
[01:36:52] That's awesome.
[01:36:53] What makes it graphic?
[01:36:55] You don't wanna know.
[01:37:01] So, back on our questions.
[01:37:04] Oh yeah, Q&A.
[01:37:06] We got a last minute question from our good buddy Jerry over at Super Pod Saga, Super Ghost Radio and Retro Rehab.
[01:37:14] Jerry?
[01:37:14] Also co-founder of the network.
[01:37:19] He asked us, would you rather, one, get a Switch 2 early and for free, but you can only ever play just the Switch 2 for a full year?
[01:37:30] I mean, that's perfect for Alex.
[01:37:33] Or, two, have every game in a single collection you've always wanted, but you can't play that console for a full year?
[01:37:40] Well, I mean, as a collector, who plays your video games? You just put them on the shelf and put them on the shelf.
[01:37:48] Shut up.
[01:37:51] I say this as the person who does this.
[01:37:54] I need to read this.
[01:37:55] I get a Switch 2 early and for free, but you can only play just the Switch 2.
[01:38:01] Every game in a single collection you've always wanted, but you can't play that console for a year.
[01:38:05] What?
[01:38:05] Jack, you turned into a robot.
[01:38:07] Oh, I did?
[01:38:08] Perfect.
[01:38:11] I don't know why.
[01:38:12] Am I still a robot?
[01:38:14] You're better now.
[01:38:15] You're good, you're good.
[01:38:16] I don't know what happened.
[01:38:19] The best part is it's just for you reading the question.
[01:38:23] Yes.
[01:38:24] Yes.
[01:38:26] I secretly turn on a robot filter.
[01:38:29] I don't know.
[01:38:30] If I have the Switch 2, can I play whatever's backwards compatible on it that I own?
[01:38:36] Because they've said it's backwards compatible, but we don't know to the extent yet.
[01:38:40] He says you can only play the console.
[01:38:43] So I'm pretty sure that means it's free game.
[01:38:48] I mean, sure, I guess, because I don't want to like not play like, you know, like I don't want to not play my Xbox for a year.
[01:38:57] It'd be hell.
[01:38:58] So I mean, that's the way the way he phrased it is you get the Switch too early, but you can only play the Switch 2 for a year.
[01:39:06] So my guess would mean, I guess, theoretically, you could put play the regular if it's backwards compatible the way we hope it is.
[01:39:14] Yeah, I think theoretically you could play your old Switch games.
[01:39:17] That's not really cheating there.
[01:39:19] Yeah, that would be, that would help.
[01:39:22] It's a no brainer for me.
[01:39:24] My Switch was recently stolen.
[01:39:25] So I need to replace it.
[01:39:27] Who stole your Switch?
[01:39:30] I'm not getting into that right now.
[01:39:32] Yeah, it's a whole thing.
[01:39:34] It's a whole thing.
[01:39:36] You have to fight somebody.
[01:39:41] I'd rather not.
[01:39:44] Fair enough.
[01:39:46] That's a whole bag of worms that I don't plan on opening right now.
[01:39:50] So I have the easy answer to this question.
[01:39:54] I would go for option two and get a full Saturn collection.
[01:39:58] I could live with not playing Saturn for a year.
[01:40:01] I can play anything else.
[01:40:03] I mean, I mean, by that logic, then, would I just get the console if I don't have the console?
[01:40:07] He doesn't specify.
[01:40:13] He doesn't specify.
[01:40:13] So, yes.
[01:40:15] I'd get a full PS2 library.
[01:40:18] Put it in the storage unit.
[01:40:20] Your room would just be.
[01:40:23] You wouldn't have room.
[01:40:25] I'll just to make my friend play hurdy-gurdy again.
[01:40:29] Hell yeah.
[01:40:30] The copies of Just Dance alone would take up a wall.
[01:40:35] Think about all the versions for Wii.
[01:40:37] Oh.
[01:40:38] I love that image of the like, it was like Just Dance like 2022, I think.
[01:40:45] And it says all the consoles, then Wii's just sitting in the corner and everyone's like, yeah, you're still alive.
[01:40:49] You bastard, you're still alive.
[01:40:51] And the only reason they stopped making them for the Wii was because Nintendo put away their like approval kits or verification kits for Wii.
[01:40:58] Otherwise, they'd still be making them for Wii even now.
[01:41:01] Because every like person who played Just Dance had a Wii sitting around it.
[01:41:05] They were super cheap.
[01:41:06] Oh, yeah.
[01:41:06] The only time I ever played Just Dance was on the Wii.
[01:41:09] Yeah.
[01:41:09] The only time I've ever played it.
[01:41:10] It was great.
[01:41:10] And Just Dance players don't care about the graphics at all.
[01:41:13] So it was like perfect.
[01:41:15] Yeah.
[01:41:16] They're dancing.
[01:41:17] I just love the fact that the final Just Dance came out on both Switch and Wii, but not Wii U.
[01:41:24] Like there's just something funny about that.
[01:41:26] You can tell they can play it on Wii U.
[01:41:28] It's compatibility, yeah, yeah.
[01:41:30] Which is a really funny like side note there.
[01:41:33] It's like on the Wii U some more, why not?
[01:41:37] All right, and then-
[01:41:38] Quest very mad.
[01:41:40] And then Bossman came in with one final question.
[01:41:44] Would you rather have fingers for toes or toes for fingers?
[01:41:50] Such an errant ass question.
[01:41:53] Theoretically, I guess fingers for toes, because like then you could be like a monkey and you could like pick things up with your feet.
[01:41:57] Boy, you could do more things, yeah.
[01:42:00] I mean, toes-
[01:42:01] Why would you pick the toe for fingers option?
[01:42:04] Like that's just dumb.
[01:42:05] Just have finger feet.
[01:42:07] Well, if you have fingers for toes, it's not like your hands turn into feet, you know?
[01:42:12] Well yeah, you still got your knees, you just now you have double hands.
[01:42:15] Well, just imagine like your-
[01:42:16] Just imagine a foot, but instead of your toes, it's just like long gross fingers coming out of them.
[01:42:21] Yeah, but then you could like-
[01:42:22] Like I can't use these!
[01:42:24] Then you could like-
[01:42:25] Bees for best night.
[01:42:27] You could like-
[01:42:29] You could be like that asshole on the plane and like put your foot up on the edge and then just touch people on the shoulder and be like-
[01:42:39] Imagine their wiki feet rating.
[01:42:43] I'm sure there's a Reddit page like Rate My Feet or something.
[01:42:47] You don't know wiki feet, Bill?
[01:42:48] Yeah, you don't-
[01:42:48] No, I'm aware of wiki.
[01:42:50] Okay.
[01:42:51] I was about to say Bill.
[01:42:53] Yeah, I was about to say they have like-
[01:42:54] They rate people too.
[01:42:55] I'm aware.
[01:42:57] It's lovely.
[01:42:58] Lovely shit.
[01:43:02] Well yeah, Bill buys the feet pics.
[01:43:04] You didn't know this?
[01:43:07] He secretly makes the feet pics.
[01:43:08] You thought he was collecting games this whole time.
[01:43:11] Oh, that's the collecting.
[01:43:14] It explains all those DMs I get in the middle of the night.
[01:43:18] You think this is a master system, but it is secretly a foot.
[01:43:25] His foot looks like a master system.
[01:43:28] Why is there a foot in there, Bill?
[01:43:29] Whose foot is that, Bill?
[01:43:32] My last victims.
[01:43:34] Bill?
[01:43:34] It's the Inspector Gadget foot, you know, from that movie.
[01:43:37] They have like the foot.
[01:43:39] Oh yeah.
[01:43:40] Oh yeah, the foot and it just like picks randomly.
[01:43:44] It's like, it's tapping!
[01:43:45] It's tapping!
[01:43:46] Kick the ball!
[01:43:48] Kick the ball!
[01:43:52] That movie is great.
[01:43:54] It's so bad.
[01:43:56] The best kind of plot.
[01:43:59] Oh yeah, and they threw in the Yahoo!
[01:44:01] The Yahoo!
[01:44:02] Oh yeah, back when Yahoo was relevant.
[01:44:05] Yeah.
[01:44:05] Yeah.
[01:44:08] But that ends...
[01:44:09] That was a staple when I was growing up.
[01:44:13] So that ends the Q&A portion of this episode.
[01:44:16] Thank God!
[01:44:19] Alex is like, I'm tired of this shit.
[01:44:22] I'm tired of this grandma!
[01:44:24] We appreciate all of your questions, everybody, though.
[01:44:26] That was really fun.
[01:44:28] I love the random ones, too.
[01:44:31] Alex says fuck off.
[01:44:33] The random words are always asked.
[01:44:37] There's no my question, so that's not fun.
[01:44:41] Oh, Alex is...
[01:44:42] Yeah, we need 14 Alex questions.
[01:44:44] Each.
[01:44:45] None of them directed at Matt, so she gives a second set of questions just for Matt later.
[01:44:50] Has that episode come out yet?
[01:44:53] I don't think so.
[01:44:54] Because I scrubbed through the last one.
[01:44:57] I was like, where is it?
[01:44:58] Yeah, you're not going to see that for at least in the two or three weeks.
[01:45:01] Damn it.
[01:45:02] Oh, man.
[01:45:05] So, that being said, though, I think it's time now we bring up the Run the Gauntlet cringe edition.
[01:45:14] Oh, boy.
[01:45:15] Before we start this...
[01:45:17] There's nothing that'll get us...
[01:45:18] Oh, I forgot about this, too.
[01:45:20] No, no, no.
[01:45:22] Okay.
[01:45:23] I've looked at it before.
[01:45:25] It says safe for work, and they're not kidding. It's fine.
[01:45:27] Okay.
[01:45:29] Let's see what happens.
[01:45:31] It'll just give you a virus.
[01:45:32] No, it's cute.
[01:45:33] Oh.
[01:45:34] Nope.
[01:45:38] So, what do I do? Do I just...
[01:45:40] I just tap the picture.
[01:45:42] And it's a video.
[01:45:44] Hi, my name is Carla Shaw.
[01:45:47] You can stop at five or six stores, or just one.
[01:45:52] I don't need friends. They disappoint me.
[01:45:57] Hi, I'm Todd LaRue.
[01:45:58] Damn right.
[01:45:59] You can stop at five or six stores, or just one.
[01:46:02] I feel like a deer in the headlights of love.
[01:46:06] What is this?
[01:46:09] You've got a big storm coming.
[01:46:11] A big storm coming.
[01:46:13] You could stop at five or six stores, or just one.
[01:46:19] You could stop at five or six stores, or just one.
[01:46:23] Can I ask you kind of a weird question?
[01:46:26] Please.
[01:46:28] You could stop at five or six stores, or just one.
[01:46:36] What?
[01:46:37] I am the queen of the universe.
[01:46:41] The waves part.
[01:46:42] They engulf me, and the water is warm.
[01:46:48] Or just one.
[01:46:51] I can see the Statue of Liberty from here.
[01:46:59] I can see the Statue of Liberty from here.
[01:46:59] You could stop at five or six stores, or just one.
[01:47:01] That's just me and me and her life.
[01:47:03] I can stand it when she touches me.
[01:47:05] People say that time is all goes.
[01:47:13] You know what this just made me realize is that I do this in real life.
[01:47:16] Yeah.
[01:47:20] She does that old man kick every now and then.
[01:47:24] I'm like, Alex.
[01:47:25] You go up to people and say, can I ask you kind of a weird question?
[01:47:28] And then finger guns.
[01:47:30] Oh, yeah.
[01:47:33] You know what this also made me think of?
[01:47:35] I had to sit through a safety training today.
[01:47:37] And the whole time in the video, it was talking about ergonomics.
[01:47:40] The whole time this kid is talking, and he's just doing this.
[01:47:43] This.
[01:47:47] Every word, he opened his hands and closed them like this.
[01:47:52] With the full, like this.
[01:47:55] We all have the training just.
[01:47:58] I can't understand your accent.
[01:48:00] Your accent.
[01:48:03] Next bust to Bikini Bottom.
[01:48:09] Think of that.
[01:48:10] Oh, yeah.
[01:48:11] But this is me.
[01:48:12] So it's not cringe unless I'm cringe.
[01:48:14] Bill.
[01:48:15] Am I cringe?
[01:48:17] We're all cringe.
[01:48:19] We all have the cringe parts of us.
[01:48:21] I literally do this.
[01:48:23] You embrace the cringe.
[01:48:27] That's the most non cringe thing you can do is just embrace it.
[01:48:30] Yeah.
[01:48:31] Let's do a couple more and then we'll end this off.
[01:48:33] I was gonna say yes.
[01:48:34] I think it's if you scroll down, it'll say next video.
[01:48:37] Yeah.
[01:48:37] Or keep going next level.
[01:48:38] Yeah.
[01:48:39] Let's see how far we can go.
[01:48:40] Oh, this one.
[01:48:41] This one's.
[01:48:42] Oh, God.
[01:48:43] This one's bad.
[01:48:44] Oh, no.
[01:48:45] You can read.
[01:48:46] Do you want to read the little description?
[01:48:48] So the description for this one is awkward kissing.
[01:48:51] I apologize to audio listeners.
[01:48:53] This might be a little hard to understand.
[01:48:55] It's just ASMR here.
[01:48:58] Yeah.
[01:48:59] Um, but for video listeners, the thing is awkward kissing on a first date.
[01:49:04] An awkward encounter with a couple on a first date when the chick just isn't into it at all.
[01:49:08] Watch her attempt to dodge this clueless idiot's attempt to kiss her.
[01:49:11] Oh, no.
[01:49:13] This is bad.
[01:49:26] Yes.
[01:49:27] Come on.
[01:49:28] Come on.
[01:49:30] Oh, no.
[01:49:31] Take a chance.
[01:49:34] Take a chance.
[01:49:35] Take a chance.
[01:49:35] I'm ready.
[01:49:47] Oh, no.
[01:49:47] Oh, no.
[01:49:55] I don't like what he's doing with his hands.
[01:49:57] He's like.
[01:49:59] I warned you.
[01:50:03] Jesus.
[01:50:15] Oh, God.
[01:50:16] Oh, God.
[01:50:17] Credit.
[01:50:18] Credit to her for like, you know, holding it in.
[01:50:22] Being as smooth as she could.
[01:50:24] Yeah.
[01:50:24] Yeah.
[01:50:24] Yeah.
[01:50:25] Because I think that I think this is from a show on like MTV because there's some other
[01:50:29] clips from this of like awkward first date shit.
[01:50:32] Yeah.
[01:50:32] There's one with this like guy like he brings a girl up, you know, like in a car or whatever.
[01:50:38] And he's like asking her out to a concert.
[01:50:40] And he has these like little toy boats to like ask her, you know, he's like, we've been on a friendship.
[01:50:45] But now we're gonna have a relationship.
[01:50:47] And it is awful.
[01:50:50] And it is awful.
[01:50:50] It's so bad.
[01:50:52] If you have to bring up.
[01:50:54] I'll find it and I'll send it to you guys.
[01:50:56] It is.
[01:50:56] Oh, God.
[01:50:57] It's so bad.
[01:50:59] If you need to bring props to ask someone out.
[01:51:02] I think you've made a horrible mistake in judgment.
[01:51:05] Yeah.
[01:51:06] If you've made a horrible mistake, your name is Gallagher.
[01:51:11] I love the fact, too, that she's like just like trying to like push away and he just keeps
[01:51:16] like getting like in there like forehead.
[01:51:18] He's like, come on, take a chance.
[01:51:24] Meanwhile, he's got like that like boogery like face all the time.
[01:51:30] Like he is desperate.
[01:51:33] Oh, yeah.
[01:51:34] I didn't like his hands, though.
[01:51:36] His hands were getting a little close to certain places.
[01:51:39] I was like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
[01:51:41] Oh, boy.
[01:51:42] Not good.
[01:51:43] Not good.
[01:51:44] We gotta look this guy up.
[01:51:46] Find out why he's in jail now.
[01:51:49] So we're running low on time.
[01:51:51] We'll do one more.
[01:51:52] We can go a little longer.
[01:51:54] Okay.
[01:51:55] It is a special occasion.
[01:51:57] This is pretty fun.
[01:51:58] Yes, it's a special occasion.
[01:51:59] Okay.
[01:52:00] Let's go.
[01:52:01] Let's watch it more.
[01:52:02] Because this is pretty funny.
[01:52:04] Yeah.
[01:52:05] We'll do a couple more.
[01:52:09] Come on.
[01:52:10] Next level.
[01:52:11] Okay.
[01:52:12] Oh, is that suck?
[01:52:13] Yep, it is.
[01:52:15] And some of these are pretty short, too.
[01:52:18] So I will pre I will preface though, like being real.
[01:52:22] Zucks live in the fucking life right now.
[01:52:24] Like, have you seen pictures of him recently?
[01:52:26] Yeah.
[01:52:27] No, he doesn't.
[01:52:29] He looks like he looks like he looks like a super villain.
[01:52:32] Okay.
[01:52:33] I don't know.
[01:52:33] He's been like out surfing.
[01:52:35] He's like ripped now.
[01:52:35] It's like fucking weird.
[01:52:37] He doesn't give a shit anymore.
[01:52:39] I mean, he's still like a weird alien potato face, man.
[01:52:42] True.
[01:52:42] True.
[01:52:43] Yeah.
[01:52:43] I just think it's funny how much he doesn't care anymore.
[01:52:46] And he's like fucking just living life.
[01:52:48] Yeah.
[01:52:49] That being said, though, Mark Zuckerberg, 10 evil seconds.
[01:52:52] Mark Zuckerberg once again with his jokes that only he laughs at.
[01:52:56] So this is peak Zuckerberg, I'm guessing.
[01:52:59] Yeah.
[01:53:01] All right.
[01:53:02] There's a good chance that most of your users are already on Facebook and for the ones who
[01:53:06] aren't, they probably will be soon.
[01:53:10] Jesus.
[01:53:11] No.
[01:53:13] That was it.
[01:53:15] Yeah.
[01:53:18] He always was kind of a goob like back in the day.
[01:53:22] I like the screen pause just like.
[01:53:25] Yeah.
[01:53:27] Are you struggling?
[01:53:30] Oh, oh, this, this one, this one's bad.
[01:53:34] Yeah.
[01:53:35] Oh boy.
[01:53:37] Tesla Motors to 2014 shareholders meeting super genius asks Elon Musk for a job as a future CEO at Tesla Motors.
[01:53:47] He's a level two, he's a level two stage at as well.
[01:53:51] So you're looking at a very advanced mind.
[01:53:57] I mean, look at him.
[01:53:58] Just just a quick follow up.
[01:54:00] I've been asking to speak to you now for two years to talk to you to tell you that I'm also a super genius like yourself.
[01:54:07] Okay.
[01:54:09] I'm not sure.
[01:54:10] I'm sure I'm one but all right.
[01:54:12] No, I'm sorry.
[01:54:13] I'm not.
[01:54:14] I'm just saying serious.
[01:54:15] This is all to all benefit of Tesla shareholders in the world.
[01:54:19] I am a capitalist like yourself.
[01:54:20] I am also a level two stage.
[01:54:22] I've been waiting for 10 years now for someone to give me a second look, a full second look.
[01:54:26] And if they did, they would see a very advanced mind in front of them.
[01:54:30] I'm in gross in the sign language.
[01:54:31] Can you give me a second look?
[01:54:33] Dude sounds like he's about to cry.
[01:54:35] Okay.
[01:54:36] I mean, I'm not sure what the second look and what I'm not sure in what they're going.
[01:54:39] I would like to come on board as vice chairman of Tesla.
[01:54:44] Hopefully.
[01:54:45] Oh my God.
[01:54:47] Shoot your shot, bro.
[01:54:48] Shoot your shot.
[01:54:48] We don't really have a vice chairman spot, but yeah, I mean, I think that's, you know, I don't think I'd have to say no.
[01:55:00] I'm sorry.
[01:55:00] I'm sorry.
[01:55:01] I'm sorry.
[01:55:02] I can also apply for a future CEO position, but at least, at least I would like to come on the board of directors.
[01:55:09] I apologize.
[01:55:10] Is it to the benefit of Tesla shareholders?
[01:55:12] I think we need to move on to another, another question.
[01:55:15] My apologies.
[01:55:17] I apologize.
[01:55:18] Thank you for your time.
[01:55:21] So was this bad when you make somebody sympathize with Elon Musk?
[01:55:25] Yeah.
[01:55:26] This was, this was funny.
[01:55:28] This was 2014.
[01:55:29] Was he still like kind of liked at this point?
[01:55:32] Yeah.
[01:55:32] Yeah.
[01:55:33] Yeah.
[01:55:33] People hadn't, people hadn't learned how much of a shithead he was yet.
[01:55:37] Yeah.
[01:55:37] Okay.
[01:55:38] Cause I'm like trying to think I'm like, I'm 2014.
[01:55:40] I'm pretty sure he was still like a meme.
[01:55:41] Like people were like, he's the savior on Reddit.
[01:55:44] Cause redditors are weird.
[01:55:45] I mean, people still think that, but fair, but I'm not going to lie.
[01:55:49] I've the whole time I'm watching the sign language lady.
[01:55:52] And I'm just like, I first, I was like, what is she doing?
[01:55:54] I'm like, Oh, it's.
[01:55:55] I always watch the sign language.
[01:55:57] They're great.
[01:55:58] I'm always, well, it always reminds me of that.
[01:56:00] Like one, like the fake sign language person who somehow got on stage that one time.
[01:56:07] I remember reading about that.
[01:56:08] Yeah.
[01:56:11] Well, cause I always, and then they were just like, I'm sorry.
[01:56:14] I always had that thought though.
[01:56:16] Cause I, I like watch that sign language for, I'm sorry.
[01:56:21] Oh, that's the only thing I remember.
[01:56:24] I just always remember seeing and being like, you know, I just do random like shit like this.
[01:56:29] And I'm sure like somebody in the audience will think it's real.
[01:56:32] And like, yeah, I'm pretty sure that no sign language.
[01:56:35] Well, I think that's funny.
[01:56:36] Cause I think the majority of people were convinced it was a real person.
[01:56:40] And then like the few people who were actually there who needed sign language, we're like, what the fuck?
[01:56:44] What's this lady doing?
[01:56:47] All right.
[01:56:48] That one was pretty cringy.
[01:56:50] Yeah.
[01:56:51] What do we got next?
[01:56:53] Oh, oh man.
[01:56:55] Oh boy.
[01:56:56] I said to read the title of new.
[01:56:58] Oh, just read the description.
[01:57:01] Wow.
[01:57:01] The description's pretty bad.
[01:57:04] High school rap battle fight.
[01:57:06] During a high school rap battle.
[01:57:08] This dumbass thing's bringing up a recent car accident where a couple of their fellow students were killed would go over well at the crowd.
[01:57:14] Oh boy.
[01:57:19] All right.
[01:57:20] You know, it's a short clip.
[01:57:22] It's a short one.
[01:57:23] You know, my reaction is the same as this girl's face.
[01:57:25] It's like, let's see this.
[01:57:37] It's a short clip.
[01:57:38] It's like a long time for trying to get out of trouble.
[01:57:42] And I know the audience at the hotel.
[01:57:45] They had, it's an incredible group.
[01:57:54] And I got to sit down and talk to them.
[01:57:54] And they're absolutely right.
[01:57:54] This is super fun.
[01:57:56] Yeah.
[01:57:56] And then if we're on a good show, I can't wait.
[01:57:58] Okay, just throw away a lot.
[01:58:10] well that took a turn yeah uncomfortable yeah a little bit i love the fact that like
[01:58:17] there wasn't even good like what the hell well i love the fact that like they're all into it and
[01:58:22] the second that happens it's just like completely like oh oh no immediate turn like that's a heel
[01:58:29] turn like like this guy right here like he didn't have to say a word just that face like perfectly

[01:58:40] thinking he was gonna get punched i was waiting for it i'm surprised i'm sure he did afterwards

[01:58:49] running away he no sold it but yeah like that was that didn't work out too well no like that that
[01:58:55] got uncomfortable real quick oh yeah you know you know what that reminded me of was that that

[02:03:26] that was so cringy
[02:03:30] okay I think we've
[02:03:32] I don't think we can go beyond that
[02:03:33] yeah
[02:03:35] that was
[02:03:36] I like the stress ball a lot
[02:03:38] that was
[02:03:39] that was wonderful
[02:03:41] we stressed the stress ball

[02:04:02] it looks like it has a poop
[02:04:03] it has an N64 coming out of its butt
[02:04:08] actually
[02:04:09] that better be the title
[02:04:11] that being said
[02:04:16] that was a
[02:04:17] that was a trip
[02:04:18] um
[02:04:20] I don't know if I could take much more of that
[02:04:22] that was um
[02:04:22] oh it gets worse
[02:04:25] the cheesecake factory alone
[02:04:26] always like
[02:04:27] makes me feel dead inside
[02:04:28] when I go
[02:04:29] so
[02:04:29] I love the cheesecake factory
[02:04:31] I'm aware
[02:04:32] it's pretty red
[02:04:33] it's okay
[02:04:34] do you remember when
[02:04:35] do you remember the time we went
[02:04:37] and like
[02:04:37] the guy like assumed
[02:04:38] like gender norms
[02:04:39] and like gave you my salad
[02:04:41] and me your sandwich
[02:04:42] yes
[02:04:44] I was like
[02:04:45] I want my burger
[02:04:45] I think it was a burger
[02:04:46] yeah you ordered a burger
[02:04:48] and I ordered a salad
[02:04:49] and the guy just gave you the salad
[02:04:51] out of instinct
[02:04:51] I was like
[02:04:52] I want my fucking burger
[02:04:53] I was like
[02:04:54] excuse me
[02:04:55] I remember once
[02:04:56] um
[02:04:56] I was on a date
[02:04:58] and um
[02:04:59] this is back when I had long hair
[02:05:00] and uh
[02:05:01] the
[02:05:01] the
[02:05:02] the guy who brought us the food
[02:05:03] he came up from behind us
[02:05:05] so he
[02:05:06] when he had the stuff
[02:05:07] he's like
[02:05:07] here you go ladies
[02:05:08] and then
[02:05:12] but then I think
[02:05:15] he noticed
[02:05:15] me
[02:05:16] and then got real quiet
[02:05:17] and then when he walked away
[02:05:18] and I remember looking at him
[02:05:19] I'm like
[02:05:19] that motherfucker has long hair
[02:05:21] what the hell
[02:05:22] is wrong with him
[02:05:23] yeah
[02:05:24] see
[02:05:25] that happened to me
[02:05:26] that was iconic
[02:05:27] that happened to me and Alex once
[02:05:29] where like
[02:05:29] the waitress comes up
[02:05:31] and she's like
[02:05:31] well how are you ladies doing
[02:05:32] and I just looked over
[02:05:33] she went
[02:05:33] oh I'm sorry
[02:05:35] um
[02:05:35] sir
[02:05:36] and I'm just like
[02:05:37] oh yeah
[02:05:38] this dude didn't say a thing
[02:05:39] after that
[02:05:41] she tried to save it
[02:05:42] and I'm just like
[02:05:43] sitting there going like
[02:05:44] and your tiff is now in half
[02:05:45] um
[02:05:46] no
[02:05:47] no
[02:05:48] no
[02:05:49] I kid I was making a friends reference
[02:05:52] um
[02:05:52] that shit used to happen to me all the time
[02:05:54] it doesn't help that I'm a
[02:05:55] I'm a short guy
[02:05:56] no I
[02:05:57] I played it off
[02:05:58] I we paid
[02:05:59] but
[02:06:00] yeah I remember that
[02:06:01] I think the most awkward was the one
[02:06:03] the one waitress that came over
[02:06:04] was like
[02:06:04] you two make a great couple
[02:06:06] and I
[02:06:10] I just looked at her and went
[02:06:11] every time that happens
[02:06:12] I audibly barf
[02:06:13] I'm not afraid to
[02:06:14] I literally will look at the waitress
[02:06:16] and just go
[02:06:18] no no
[02:06:18] that
[02:06:19] that time
