A tough hurdle for many players, including myself. Initially, neither light nor medium builds were working for me. To overcome this, I replayed earlier missions to gather enough cash to switch builds. This tweak in strategy paid off, and after a few attempts, I managed to progress.

The key was getting close and getting those shiels down with the dual vvc-760pr, then barrage with missles. Once he's staggered just unleash HELL.
